Salsa Dance Club Condesa: what do users think?

Shabina Begum: I am super grateful to the dancing instructors for making me feel so welcome at the studio. The dancing made me feel more connected to this country and the classes enabled me to make some amazing friends and create a special community during my stay in Mexico 🇲🇽 I was also super grateful to the instructors for trying to accommodate the fact that I didn’t speak much Spanish. Towards the end however I found myself picking up Spanish phrases thanks to these dance classes, so in effect I learnt not only salsa and bachata but also some Espanol! Gracias ☺️

עומר ש: Dancing is a lot of fun I like to explore different styles and the private lessons was very good for that! I had a lot of fun dancing and the guide was very professional Highly Recommend
Response: Thank you very much we continue to your orders

Gen Lee: Arelli has been nothing but amazing in teaching salsa cubana and I am glad that I had taken classes with her!! She is very meticulous and technical and I will definitely continue learning from her whenever possible!!
Response: Thank you so much! Hope to see you soon! Salsa Condesa is your home :)

Alicia Desantis: First review I’ve ever posted in google, but wow I just have to: I was traveling from NYC and a beginner who thought to try out some classes — it turned out to be 8 weeks dancing with Marco and it’s hard to express how wonderful it’s been. I have improved wildly but really it’s the place and the people — excellent, warm and welcoming. I could not recommend it more highly. As someone else said here — if I could give more stars I would.
Response: Thank you! You’re a great dancer !

Andy Neary: Came here for a beginner salsa class while visiting Mexico City. Decent class but before the class started was told the classes were m$150 per person, afterwards we were told by the same person that they were m$250 per person! This was the only time I was ripped off during my 5 days in the city which was otherwise a fantastic experience colored by meeting many very nice people. Avoid this place if you are a tourist.

Preethi Nallu: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am completely new to Salsa and signed up for 8 private classes and really enjoying them. I am at my sixth class and can see huge progress since the first one. I would definitely recommend Marco as an instructor. He makes the lessons fun and light, but also pushes students where needed!

Chenyu Zheng: Wonderful salsa studio with great and attentive teachers! I learned a lot :) it’s also in a great area and you can find good food afterwards.
Response: Thanks a lot!!!!

Julio L M: Positive: Professionalism, QualityThe best place to learn salsa in Mexico City by far. Classes are incredibly funny and after 3 months I was dancing without even notice. 100% Recommended

ISM Salsa Bachata: what do users think?

Tam Pham: ISM is the BEST place for travelers to learn how to dance and meet international friends. The makeup is half expats and half locals which is perfect for those who want to have that variety. They have an active dance schedule throughout the week along with frequent socials. The class sizes tend to run large so expect to learn lots of moves but for specific technicalities, I recommend to book a private with one of their local teachers. I’ve met some of my closest friends through ISM and I am forever grateful to Kentaro, the team, and the people who make up this amazing community. 🙏😊
Response: Thank you Tam!! I am appreciated for your feedback! see you soon

Becky Olivares: I moved to CDMX recently and am a long-time salsa dancer. I was missing dancing soooo much given the pandemic. I was so happy to find Kentaro’s group and his salsa classes. Although the classes are geared toward beginners, he does throw in challenging choreography…the classes are always well-attended and people who attend are keen on learning which makes it enjoyable (even for a more experienced dancer). Everyone is quite friendly. I’ve attended at least 4 sessions so far and will keep doing so as long as they continue. Also, as you can see in the pics, we all wear masks 😷 in accordance with Mexico City requirements so people are protecting themselves and others. Kentaro is a great teacher, patient, upbeat and he’s a great dancer. 💃🏻🕺🏻💃🏻🕺🏻
Response: Hi Becca, thank you so much for the positive feedback. and great comment. I will do my best to keep this group active and continue!!

Álvaro N: Kentaro has built a community where you can relax, connect with cool people and make friends while learning salsa and bachata. He teaches from a very basic level to intermediate and advanced. If you are new in Mexico City and want to learn how to dance while making new friends ISM Salsa Bachata is a must!

Jonathan Ng: My partner and I took a 5 day salsa challenge with Kentaro and were able to go from 0 to competency in majority of basic salsa moves! Kentaro even invited us to a salsa party where we tried our moves with more seasoned dancers. Kentaro was always on time and patient with us, with extremely reasonable rates. His sense of humour and lightheartedness made classes with him extremely enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to try out salsa!
Response: Thank you so much for your great review. I had so much fun dancing with you! I hope to see you soon!

Alyssa Young: The best experience I’ve had in Mexico City. Learning to dancing and meeting locals and foreigners who are having a great time. Kentaro and his team are the best salsa dancers in the city.

April Hong: Kentaro was super welcoming and made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. Amazing teachers amazing songs amazing people and amazing place. Would fly back to CDMX just to dance 💃🕺🏻💃🕺🏻

Salsa Dance Club Polanco Condesa: what do users think?

Anna L: Really fun classes, great instructors, learned a lot! Since I am in Mexico City just for a little bit, I am paying per class which is currently 150 pesos/session. There are instructors for different levels at all classes, so definitely feel free to join. The classes were small and I received a lot of individual attention, which was very nice. Would highly recommend!

Alexa Dannemiller: Victor was our instructor, we took a private lesson just tonight and will sleep well tonight!! He went above and beyond to teach us and push us with new salsa moves. A kind teacher, and I hope to come back to learn from him again.

Brenda Ojeda: Great place to learn Cuban style salsa!!!

Guillermo Sánchez García: Very good place to learn to dance, some instructors feel very forced when talking to people, but I think it is because they have too many people in charge. And the bathrooms are very small, at least for me that fear 1.80 hehehe. But they are clean and with toilet paper. There are good discounts when you take them in bundle.

Aldo Carreon: Excellent classes, they handle different levels, starting from scratch and every 5 weeks you level up. Highly recommended.

Nativo Mexicano: Excellent dance academy, they teach salsa and bachata. Qualified instructors. The most attractive thing about attending these courses is that you do not need a partner. The number of girls who arrive is almost proportional to the same number of men, there are even times when there are more women than men and it also happens inversely.

Juan de Dios Quiterio Vázquez: Excellent place to learn to dance, I highly recommend it

Fabian Guerrero Escobar: It is a great place to learn to dance and has a very good atmosphere
Response: Yes!!

Saray Morales: A beautiful experience dancing there, 3-level facilities, monthly party, and promotions to make the payment, teachers committed to learning

laura eliz hernandez juarez: Excellent place to learn to dance CUBAN SALSA, pleasant atmosphere.

javier armenta: Very practical classes, a lot of good vibes, you have fun learning, recommended!

Javier Pérez C: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe teachining is very easy to learn, good place to enjoy a moment out of work and make me happy.
Response: Thank you dear student, we will continue like this out of love for our vocation and out of love for you, our students 😎💜

Felix Martinez: The teachers are good, but their behaviours are so unprofessional, and they just want money.

Gustavo Carrillo: Excellent dance academy. The teachers are very professional and funny! You have a great time in the classes and they give you more confidence when it comes to dancing. In just a few classes you will learn a lot and you will have the tools to start dancing more at events. 100% recommended.
Response: Thank you very much.. We will continue like this for you, thank you for being our student

Ricardo Meneses: The owner not only knows how to dance professional salsa, but she is also a pedagogue, which gives her the necessary tools to transmit all her practical and theoretical knowledge to the students without any obstacles. In addition, the owner is patient and a good person.
Response: Thank you very much for such beautiful words, let's keep dancing for real...!!!

Fernando Atlahua Rockefeller Slim: Excellent cost/benefit ratio. Learning is methodical and didactic. I suggest taking private lessons first and then group lessons. But I learned a lot from both.

Jaime Prieto: I really appreciate the classes I took with Marco. After many salsa classes I took, I finally learned the basics of rhythms and time signatures. now I feel more confident to move on and improve my dance

NANCY SARAHI SANCHEZ: In my experience, we started from scratch , the technique with which they teach is super good, impossible not to learn😎 and the teacher Marco is most patient, kind and to teach 10 out of 10. I loved the experience now to practice what I have learned💃💃 we started with Salsa but he definitely came back for another beat soon.
Response: Thank you very much, we always look forward to your experience!!

Israel Barron: The classes are very easy to understand due to the good verbal and practical management of the teacher. My family is happy to be advancing in dance!!! What before seemed very complicated to us, the academy is highly recommended.
Response: Thank you very much.. So my pedagogy.. Thank you for being my students!! What else is possible... Let's always dance!!!

Araceli Ibarra: Classes are super fun and very professional. They teach you the real technique of the Cuban style and of the other dances, both theoretical and with a lot of practice. Well located. A ten rating!!!

Erika Rocha: The academy is in a good place, however the instructors of the week are not very attentive, they want to take you out before the time and they waste your time, Andy is very attentive to the needs of his students.

Gerrard Mtz: An excellent place and service, it is very well located, the instructors are very patient and teach you well. Like the administration, any questions you have about the classes, they guide you and answer you in a very pleasant way, there is good communication. Without a doubt, I would continue to take classes

Juan Manuel Casco González: A great place to learn to dance. The truth is that I had a great time, in the three months that I was attending, unfortunately I was no longer able to continue with my classes but I highly recommend it, very good teachers, a beautiful place, with an excellent view of the Palace of Fine Arts. I appreciate the patience they showed me for having two left feet. Again a highly recommended place!

Miriam Nava: After taking my sample class I signed up I liked how they explain ☺️

Kevin Adame (OdaPevin): Excellent academy, I highly recommend it, since it has highly trained teachers with a lot of tolerance, the class is personalized, so you do not need to have any knowledge to enter. It has a great variety of rhythms and styles, it was where I learned and I am very happy with the results. From heart, I recommend this place for beginners. I especially thank teacher Jacqueline for having a lot of attitude and a vibe that spreads to everyone.

Fernando Cabello reyes: In every way, it is excellent, a great dance academy where they teach you in a very professional way and a super cool atmosphere, the spacious, quality, cozy place and the classes and the price are very good and the area is super good. I recommend it 😎

Deylyn Odalys: A cozy and pleasant atmosphere. You are always greeted with a warm welcome. All Instructors are very patient. Highly recommended

Raúl: Highly recommended. Excellent instructors, they are patient, enthusiastic and interested in their students learning. Wide variety of rhythms. Very good environment to learn to dance.

Uriel Niño: This place is perfect, the location, the prices, the atmosphere, the teachers and the staff. Especially Miss Brenda, she helped me from start to finish, she was very attentive to my progress, I took the 10-hour package, which is perfect for a beginner. If you want to learn to dance this is the perfect place 👌

Emigdio Fernández Cruz: Low prices and good attention. I took a course with them and in general it was good, although there was a lack of organization because two classes out of ten in total were canceled at the last minute as a solution. They gave us the option of taking it at another time.

Carina Varela Villazana: The perfect place to learn to dance, with excellent teachers.

Juan Pescador: I went to the Dance workshop for the parties, the atmosphere is very good as well as the teachers, I have advanced a lot and they have always taken care of providing excellent lessons, I learned to dance in this place and I appreciate it very much. highly recommended

viry tellez: Excellent place to take dance classes, I went to salsa and bachata, everything is super good, both the teachers and the facilities. I highly recommend it.

XOCHITL BERENICE ZUÑIGA APARICIO: The salsa workshops consist of 10 sessions of 1.5 hours each and there are promotions where you can take those fifteen hours of class with your partner for 1,200 pesos. The prices are very competitive. And the quality is excellent. Teachers love their job and are respectful Night and weekend hours are the busiest

Angélica Ang: All the teachers are very good, the classes are dynamic and you learn a lot, they have several schedules so you can adjust your times.

azucena alamilla: Very good place to learn to dance, all teachers are very committed in class, you do not need to bring a partner, time will fly by

Brend Alameda Estrada: I am in initial dance classes for parties & they are fantastic, the teacher is very patient & the price is more than affordable.
