Nancy Garcia: The teachers are excellent and create a friendly atmosphere of fellowship. However, it is unfortunate that the management is lousy with a lack of integrity. In my case I had a lot of harassment from the administrative staff, they would stand at the door and block access if I didn't give them the control card, even when I had classes in force and even if I managed to pass by one side, they would follow me until the moment I started training. And it was the same with payments. They were constantly telling me that I had to pay even when the times were not to make the payment. Once I ran out of the package and at the beginning of class I told them that at the end of the classes I paid, they insisted on their harassment. I tried to ignore them, to avoid conflicts. On April 24 they told me that I could not renew the package because I insulted and physically assaulted them And that all this was recorded and there were audios. They were never shown. I was surprised to hear this, because when I noticed these attitudes, my treatment was to ignore their harassment. No one from Management ever took the time to ask what was going on. They downplayed the harassment he was experiencing from management. Finally, the Management decided that I could renew my package as long as it was a clean slate. I decided not to continue there for safety, considering that they have no qualms about inventing situations that did not happen and that the Management does not ask the students to know the version as a client before making a resolution. They don't care about your emotional safety by ignoring the situation and physical by having equipment that is very old, unmaintained and constantly falling down. I had been in Pole Fit Studio for more than three years and at the beginning the administration was very attentive to the students creating a completely friendly, safe environment... Today, that phrase where it says: FOR POLE FIT STUDIO YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is a FALLACY. They do not inform you of administrative changes, for example, you MUST deliver the card before your class (before they were in control) In a pandemic they did not respect the necessary measures imposed by them. The poles do not have maintenance, several colleagues have fallen or injured. I hope this place is what it once was, in an improved version.
