The woman in-store, Paz, was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful, and, despite the language barrier, I speak very little Spanish, we easily negotiated a fair price for both wigs. She trimmed my bangs and off I went with gorgeous hair. Two days later I decided I wanted to have the 2nd wig trimmed and I returned to the store and they trimmed it just like the first, with no problems.
