Emilio Arenas Guerrero: The meditation house is a great place to get in touch with the teaching (developing mindfulness through meditation). The instruction offered by the teacher, who has great experience, is precise, guiding you individually both in the retreats they offer and outside of them, with personal interviews that strengthen your daily practice. Andrei Elizarraga: An incredible place where meditation is fundamental, I recommend it 100% if you are a person who has a lot of stress or suffers from many diseases, here you will find a space to relax and be able to express what we normally do not do. After September 19 they did free meditations just for that it deserves 5 stars.

There are multiple morning and evening meditations and special events led by Prem Dayal the founder and my valued teacher. Excellent place to live with other seekers of consciousness. Highly recommended.

Bruja: I had much higher expectations. I attended his $75 meditation class, got there 10 min. before so that they could give me some instruction, since it was the first time that I went. Of course, before anything else, first they charge you and then they check if you can pass. With 3 minutes to go before the time was struck, people began to arrive running and in a hurry to pay and enter the class. Quite disturbing, if you go precisely the opposite. Once inside the room, a 15-minute semi-guided meditation begins, then the 'class', which looks more like advertisements for everything they sell, and closes with another meditation almost in silence. Personally, I have found better stuff on YouTube and totally free.
