raul rodriguez padilla: I didn't think the customer service was good at all, and they only sell wholesale, I go so far and I couldn't buy what I needed. Fortunately, there are plenty of places nearby that sell posters, trading cards, and other items at great prices, either wholesale or retail.
Mes Cortes: The person who attends is very despotic. It does not allow the customer to ask, it is already informing that it only sells wholesale and its customers already choose the merchandise and payment method from the catalog.

Damarix Ruíz: The frames that it has made well, but I had a PERSONALIZED FRAME made, they delivered it to me dirty, the back part without alligator, and it was not the size, I attach photos in the comments. THEY "RE-DID IT" for me and they put paper on it and everything is torn in the back, PAPER so that you wouldn't see that THEY DIDN'T FIX IT and they left the same crappy and poorly DONE board. I sent a soccer jersey to be framed, I personally went to drop it off and see how they were going to work on it and how much it was going to cost, the price is quality price it cost me $4700 to make the frame to measure It turned out better than I expected, it was not a father, it was great, I loved the quality of his work and speed. Kathya Nieves: I really liked the design of the frames and material, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired or they don't like their job or they don't know the meaning of customer service. Since I arrived with my partner nobody attended us, we asked a guy from the frames by mistake, because he was a client too and although they noticed it, none of the employees came to ask what we needed, for a change when they finally attended us and we placed the order, the girl reluctantly gave us the prices 🙄 It seems to me that to be a place that looks very nice, that is clean and above all that has very cool frames, they should invest in training for their employees, because at all times it seemed that they did not want to sell.

Rebeca Martínez: Good place for a coffee, drinks and food. The best part is that next to this its s bookstore so you can go in, get some books and read while you drink a good coffee. 👏🏽 They have a variety of drinks, food and coffee, and teas for any taste. Highly recommend the “terraza” so relaxing. Good vibes. (I recommend the tea and all the matcha types)

Bobby Garcia: After having dinner nearby, I took my mom to the little café/ bar they had there because it looked really cute. I informed the waitress we were just there for a couple of drinks and she gave us the barcode to look at the menu. I asked for two martinis and a shot of tequila (I just wanted a photo op) to celebrate our first day of vacation. The server insisted I order food. When I explained to her that we had already eaten and that I had informed her about it when they sat us down, she said she thought we were going to order coffee. She then explained she could only bring out two alcoholic beverages at a time. Which, if we had been a pair of young teenage looking people, I'd probably agree with that rule. We're 40 and 65. Did I mention the place was more than half empty? It looks like they didn't want any business. As we were walking out, she quickly told the hostess and she just shook her head. We ended up getting the best "three" drinks next door at Hooters (who would of thunk).
JAH shoo uh HYNZ man: This restaurant has a nice atmosphere to it. Basically, it's within a bookstore. While the food was good, my only feedback is that they were short staffed which made service take a long time. Otherwise a nice place with quality food.

Mari D: Went in wanting to do something for a pair of wooden cartwheels we had and were helped by the staff to find flowers to fill it and then by the teacher to do the actual DIY, it was tiring but the final product is absolutely worth it.
Adam Owen: We had a very bad experience. Employee didn't understand the concept of a gender reveal despite us explaining very clearly. She ended up spoiling the gender by taking us to the boys' aisle trying to sell us more stuff and making us purchase two of each item (one for each gender) instead of the one we required. Especially entertaining when they have a no refunds policy. Go to Party Store instead

You'll find materials for party decor, home decor, jewerly making materials and for christmas and halloween they have a wide variety of things. They also offer courses.
Marco De Leija: This is the closest you will find to a michael's or hobby lobby. But mainly for handcrafting, not so much for arts supplies. The place is huge, well stocked and the employees are super helpful.
Pedro Baranda: It's indeed a good place. All you need for your handcrafts, art, hobbies and such, it's there with reasonable prices. And on top of that, the attention is superb. I'll keep on going back
