Unfortunately, in the visits I have had to the store in these years of pandemic, the workers mostly serve you reluctantly, as if you were doing them a favor, whether or not you buy items.     Alan Pilgrim: The place is neglected and dirty, when I arrived and asked for a product, one of its employees told me that they did not have it, then another employee took me to the area where they supposedly had it to tell me again that they did not have it, claiming that in their system They had inventory, they began to search more thoroughly and if the keychain they were looking for was there, they didn't even know what they had on display. The attention was terrible since they have some metal bars so you don't get close to the products but if you ask them to show them to you they make you expensive. They mislabeled their products since they had a different price that in the end in the box was not like that and they did not respect the price with the excuse of price changes without prior notice, terrible attention I will never return to this branch in my life, disgust of attention.

    Fernando Viurques: It is the largest video game store I have ever seen, it has a museum dedicated to video games, there you will find a journey back in time from the first consoles, the unforgettable Fred, Atari, the first Nintendo, all this in this place !!!!. ..100% recommended !!! .... all for $ 15 pesos .... worth it, better than the Cera and Ripley museums and for a change .... your children will be fascinated !!!!

    Carlos Lopez: Expensive store I was checking to see if I could find something for a reasonable price to take home but it was more expensive than many US retro stores. They did however have better selection than most stores in the US.

    Kia Orion: this place rocks! the owner (Alan i think) is a super sweet guy and KNOWS GAMES. he must have spent a solid 30 minutes going through and recommending different titles with different vibes for me. speaks great English and the prices are fair as well. i got these two for 600 pesos. even better? once you beat the games you can return for store credit. can't recommend enough, support your local gamer!

I went looking for a video game for my boyfriend and from the moment I arrived the facilities were super disgusting, but well I continued and the attention at first was very, very strange, all the time they were behind me as if I was going to steal something or so I thought, but it wasn't until I realized that one of the people who works there was looking at my legs and others, I have to mention that I was wearing a dress and stockings when I saw that they only stared at my legs, I just looked at him ugly and from there the attention changed drastically, they became super rude I do not recommend that you visit this place unless you want to suffer harassment or you want to be kicked
