Alejandro Tapia Cardoza: They lie about selling controlled medications, my veterinarian confirmed that the one I needed is not controlled and they tell you so to force you to take your pet with them. The veterinarian who attends with a terrible attitude is called Selene Rios.

On the other hand, we are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. However, as we mentioned to Mr. Mich Bonilla, as a clinic and veterinary health professionals, it is our duty to request a prescription with the veterinary doctor's prescription, either digitally (as requested) or physically, this applies to all the medicines we have for sale, whether they are controlled or not, in this way we avoid self-medication, which, far from solving a problem, often aggravates it. Georgia Kerr: After a day of being unwell and a visit to another vet, my dog Fred became very sick in the middle of the night and I was relieved to find a 24/7 clinic near me. I cannot fault my experience at VetMe, the care and patience they provided us with was exceptional, especially as I do not speak Spanish, the Doctor that night was so patient and took his time to translate everything to me thoroughly. Fred had to be hospitalized over night which i knew was necessary with his fever and not being able to drink without throwing up, reading the reviews re cost, my emergency visit at 5am, over 24 hour hospitalization fee, medication, x-ray and ultra sound was 5000 pesos all up, I am from Australia and lived in the USA, so this is more than reasonable and actually quite cheap. All the reviews here stating they only care about money - my experience couldn’t be more different, they showed so much care and kindness to both of us. During his hospitalization I was called and messaged constant updates on his recovery along with being able to come visit and take him for a walk. It’s heartbreaking to have your pet be unwell but it is a huge reassurance to have this kind of care close and available at anytime needed. At out follow up someone came in and Fred trotted up to greet then happily wagging his tail, it was the very kind vet from our ER visit ☺️ Thank you VetMe, I cannot recommend this clinic more highly, it gives great peace of mind to know that your care is here! 🙏🏽

Kayla Jade: Traveled with my dog to CDMX from NYC. APHIS website mentioned I needed a health certificate to get him back to the USA (requirement =free of parasites). I visited the clinic to get the certificate and they helped me without an appointment. The check in clerk was helpful. The vet however insisted that she needed ‘lot/batch’ numbers for every vaccine my dog had received and wouldn’t issue the certificate without it (supposedly a requirement for ‘exiting’ Mexico which doesn’t really make sense but anyway).. My NYC vet never kept the batch #’s (but shared my dog’s full health records and schedule of vaccines/de-worming with the vet). I ended up paying to redo all the vaccines and de-worming. I asked the vet to charge for the medications but not administer them.. I got charged administration fees despite this and no one could tell me if the meds actually got administered or not.. Also asked the vet opinion on what appeared to be a wart-never got a response. The administration fee for administering Bravecto was 350pesos.. Parvo vaccine administration was 780pesos. Certificate 640pesos plus consultation fee. Total was around 2400pesos. No-one asked for any paperwork when I exited CDMX..

Lilly Ngairi: Had to come here for a last minute certification to fly a small dog to the USA. They told me I had to come back with more paperwork to get a cze pet passport. Which I later found out is an outdated requirement to travel to the USA. I did about 3 hours of running around and stressing for paperwork I’d never heard of before. I ended up going to another vet and getting the certificate in 15 minutes and had all the right paper work in the first place. It was so stressful. I’m not sure where they got their information but it is wrong. The guy who talked to me was kind but really unhelpful and gave me wrong information.

Adrian Carp: Good pet hospital. Been taking my dogs for more than 10 years. Service is only OK, staff is very nice but even if you have an appointment you usually have to wait at least 30 minutes. The whole place, including each examination room are usually unbearably hot! The do have air conditioning but it is always off. The best thing about it are the pet-care plans, which have helped enormously with my 3 elderly dogs.

Mariana Batsheva: I took my Pom for a bath and cut and they left him beautiful and smelling delicious. They treated him well, since it was something that worried me a lot. They gave him a lot of love (well I love my puppy and I know that anyone would love him because he is beautiful ☺) They did all the service very well. ♥️ They gave him a bow as a gift, it looked BEAUTIFUL and your pet really comes out happy. I was thinking of taking it to Petco, but there has been so much bad news about them that I preferred to look for something else and luckily I found them, without a doubt it will be their bathroom. The cost for a small puppy ranges between 150 and 200, depending on the size and the service you require.

Gaby Del Angel: Wrong. They cut my dog in the last aesthetic we did. At the time of delivering it, the "dra" instead of apologizing still made her a pex because according to her it was only a cut. I had to take my dog to another vet and I spent more. They charge additional commission if you want to pay by card. Customer service is not good and it is not cheap either. Bad in general.

Till James Deadpool Christ: 24 hour veterinary hospital. The truth is that they helped us a lot with Ares, we arrived for crystals in his emergency bladder, and they treated him very well, the visits to see him reassured us and we were able to pay every day as well as keep track of our expenses. Now he is home and we hope he gets better, but we totally recommend him, they are in communication with the owners and treat pets well.
Luis Noguez: They attend well, they have a 24-hour service (night after 8pm and emergencies with a higher price). The doctors explain well the procedures and results of studies and analyzes to the little animals. There is nowhere to park nearby, except in the surrounding streets.
Yazmin Acosta: They are very professional doctors, who, from my experience, have not invented procedures to get money, they avoid invasive and unnecessary procedures at all costs. The service is excellent.

Los veterinarios son muy amables y preparados, hacen análisis y te envian los resultados por correo y te llaman por teléfono para darte la interpretación, hay venta de alimento para mascotas y medicamentos y cuentan con un pequeño estacionamiento. He is the regular vet for my puppies, I like this vet since they have the complete file. The veterinarians are very friendly and prepared, they do tests and send you the results by mail and they call you by phone to give you the interpretation, there is a sale of pet food and medicines and they have a small parking lot.

Ubykus S.A. (Ubykus): The penultimate time I took my dog I was charged $250 for grooming services but the groomer insisted on giving me a receipt for only $200. Today I make an appointment for COURT AND BATHROOM, arriving they tell me that they only have bathroom service. How unserious. I will not come back. Although they say that they are not the same from the hospital as those from aesthetics. If so, an apology but how strange because the phone number to which I make the appointments does correspond to the hospital and they have always received my pet indistinctly above or below, how is that possible if they are not the same? Anyway, this serves as a wake-up call to clarify those points.

There we met Mario, who always treated my Great Dane with care and operated on whatever he needed. If we went to that clinic it was exclusively because of Mario... now that he is gone, we no longer have this clinic, we no longer take our dog, they made a mistake by not keeping the veterinarian Mario there.

rodolfo ulloa: PETS IN DANGER IN THIS PLACE. AWFUL DOCTORS. BAD DIAGNOSES. INHUMAN PEOPLE. I went to the consultation 3 times because my dog was sad, without eating and her belly was hard, her diagnosis was always "she is capricious but she is hydrated and normal". I took my dog to another clinic where they told me that he had peritonitis and sadly he died because he was found too late, all because he believed in the veterinarians of this clinic who did not even want to carry out studies because he was "capricious". I hope you think more than 1 time to take your pet to this clinic because they only make money, their diagnoses are terrible and they are inhumane. How many more dogs are they going to kill to feel compassion?

VETERINARY HOSPITAL little claws: what do users think?
Michele Back: I came here with my two cats last week because they were very lethargic and not eating or drinking water. From the moment that I walked in I did not get a good vibe from the place or staff. The front desk was very disorganized and the girl working there was not friendly at all. The consultation rooms are not closed off from the main front desk which is not safe for cats that can escape and run away, and also did not give us a private atmosphere to discuss the health of my pets. The doctor that looked at my cats was also not too friendly and did not do a thorough revision. He did not feel their stomachs, and did not mention anything about them being dehydrated. He gave them a very strong antibiotic in the form of a shot which caused more pain than necessary. Both of my cats continued to decline in health the next day and I decided not to take them back to this veterinarian office. Instead I took them to their previous veterinarian even though they are located much further away from me. The other veterinarian hospital treated my cats with care, love, and professional attention. The veterinarian at this office diagnosed my cats correctly and informed me that they had received an improper medical treatment at Garritas and this was why they were not improving. I only came the one time so I cannot say that my experience is a global one, but I did not feel that the people that work at this location have a love for animals the way you would hope when leaving your loved pets in the hands of professional medical staff.
Kimberly Miller: My sweet Duro had a great experience. Everyone at the office treated him so nice. He went in for vaccines and got a couple treats too! I would highly recommend.

Elsa Gil: The vet Marco seemed to be a caring person. He gave me a lot of confidence. It turns out that absolutely no one at that veterinary clinic has a heart or interest in helping their clients. I was given a fatal diagnosis of cancer in my pet and no one ever spoke to me to explain the diagnosis or tell me what to do. I had to go in person twice until another vet came out to tell me there was nothing they could do. Probably the worst member of this clinic is the receptionist who either hates her life or hates her job. She seems to be upset serving you and annoyed that you ask for help. If you love your pets I beg you do not go to this place.
Fernando Maass: Without a doubt, it is the best veterinary hospital that exists. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I can honestly say that their work is impeccable. They are exemplary human beings who dedicate a lot of passion to their work and above all to saving lives. In my opinion, when you mix human quality, professionalism and knowledge, you can fully trust the place. I write this review with a lot of thanks to Dr. Marco, who helped my little dog Idefix a lot. There are no words to explain the appreciation and admiration I have for him. Thank you very much and merry christmas !

The place has 24-hour service, there is also a very small parking space but you can park in the surroundings. It is important that if you bring your pets you also always seek a second opinion, the costs are a bit high but each puppy has a different problem.
Dan D.: The service at the reception is the only bad thing. The doctors are excellent, they provide wonderful care and the hospital is clean and pleasant. But the receptionists are an issue, they never have information about anything, they answer the phone after hours, they never answer whats apps on time. It really is a great area of opportunity.
