Ryu Kim: I decided to make an appointment after reading all the reviews. Nyree’s work was beyond expectations. She worked on my body to release tense muscles especially around stiff areas. I felt really stretched and realigned. She used earthy scented oil towards the end which put me in good spirits. She later on informed me that the oil is directly sourced from India. It is so rare to find such a caring and powerful therapist - I will definitely come back when I am in CDMX next. Highly recommend.

Robin Prince: Nyree is a talented bodyworker. I highly recommend her if you are dealing with any discomfort in your body. I booked two 2h sessions with her and she relieved a lot of pain and stiffness that was making me uncomfortable. This is more of a therapeutic treatment rather than a relaxing day at the spa. She is going to stretch and pull and twist and work on tight places until they are relaxed and flexible. I highly recommend her.
Beau Seil: This was the most powerful massage experience of my life. As a lifelong athlete who has tried to increase flexibility and struggled to do so used on traditional stretching and massage work, nothing has worked well in the last. Nyree’s unique methodology has helped me tremendously and i have never made such progress and achieved the flexibility, pliability and strength goals i had prior to work with her this week on my visit to Mexico City. i cannot recommend her more highly….i now need to find someone back home who can try to replicate her mastery
Lorenzo Martinez: Wow! Just wow! The reviews are real! Nyree is one of those rare master specialists that has spent over a decade honing her craft. In the first 30 seconds of my session she released so much pressure in my back I had to laugh. She thoroughly stretched and worked out all tension from my body. I’m absolutely serious when I say going to get a regular massage at a spa is a complete waste of your money when compared to a session with Nyree. So glad I found her! I’ll be back weekly!

Tina Nguyen: I had one of the best massages here. We communicated via WhatsApp to schedule a massage ahead of time — be sure to specify what kind you want, and for how long! My deep tissue masseuse was Mariel and she was amazing: she asked me about my problem areas, made me feel totally relaxed, and was in tune with my body. I never wanted to leave, which means I’ll be back! PS: she had amazing hair— they do cut n color at the spa, too. I am very interested in her facials, which I trust will also be amazing. Next time!

I got a gel Mani+Pedi for $1,000 pesos and my partner and I both got massages which were fabulous! During my relaxation massage ($800 pesos), I had brought my own mask and the attendant put it on for me!! My partner is an athlete and he raved about the deep tissue massage ($1,200 pesos). The service was amazing, we didn’t feel rushed and felt very attended to. I planned to propose to my partner later that day so I thanked them for making our experience special and for putting her in such a pleasant mood. Since then, I have booked several services for my now fiancée and a few friends. I plan to go back a few more times before we say goodbye to Mexico City. Rémi Ferrante: One of those places that makes every visit magical. Perfect staff. Kind and thoughtful. They will definitely make you feel special. Each masseuse I had, was on top of it. They have all kind of services like cacao ceremony as well that I would really like to try since I caught a glimpse during my last visit. I recommend the deep tissue massage. The shower after the 90mn felt really amazing.

Oliver Dunn: I stumbled upon this place as I was walking around the Hipódromo, it was an inviting little oasis with good vibes. Turns out they have massages and meditation sessions, so I decided to treat myself to both. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality and cleanliness. So many massage places feel creepy, but here I was able to relax completely, enjoying the massage, the scented oils and calming music. The meditation area is also cute and cozy. I was almost a little too relaxed on my walk home, I had to be careful not to get hit by a car as I crossed the crazy streets. Living in Mexico City, this is going to be my go to spot from now on.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted so sweetly. You can tell they take pride in their offerings. I steamed before my massage which was so lovely. The massage itself was very thurouh, and the perfect amount of pressure. Room was dark and music was soft and relaxing. Highly recommend this place.

I came and got a deep tissue massage, let me tell you that I’m a big guy and Julio is strong enough to work all the nudes that I had in my back and in my legs, I truly recommend his services because he is very professional and he’s a good talker too. I found Ingrid on Google while searching for massage therapists in the Polanco area, and after consulting with her about my limited flexibility and stiff areas, she recommended that we start with some acupuncture and then deep tissue massage. Not only did I feel great the next day, but I was not sore either which I was surprised - I felt healthy. My flexibility increased in both my shoulders and my neck. I highly recommend Ingrid if you are looking for acupuncture or massage therapy in the Polanco CDMX area!

The service is extremely well priced, and worth every penny. I have already scheduled another appointment and will be doing so regularly during my stay in CDMX.

J D: Amazing Thai massage, like the ones you would find in Chiang Mai.. 600 pesos for 90 minutes fantastic deal.. NOW HERE IS THE CATCH... contacting the place was super easy through Facebook messenger.. instant response, the place is difficult to find, follow Google maps and no problem... There is a security guard at the stairs and sign in... Off to the 2nd floor your there, they give you clothing to wear.
Dilay Kartal: This small massage center definitely brings Thailand to you. The quality of massage I have received was perfect and I see no harm saying that better experience than I had in Thailand. Service deserves every single penny you are paying for. It is in an office block there is no opportunity you can find this place while walking on the street but the door is opening you a very nice and relaxing experience.

Crista Aladjadjian: The service is absolutely fabulous. The folks at the front desk and the masseuses were all wonderful. Definitely the best service we’ve had anywhere in CDMX. Only reason for 4/5 stars is that the facilities are quite small and all they have available in the spa beyond treatments is a small sauna. I’m accustomed to better amenities at that price, but I understand this is an older property. If you’re just looking for a massage, 10/10 recommend!

Roger Knau: I did a walk-in off the street because I’d read previous reviews and got seen to right away. I got a full body, deep tissue massage from Laura that was just perfect. I’d been doing a lot of walking and I really needed the message and it was the perfect remedy for tired muscles. Laura is very skilled at what she does and she also speaks English. The cost was 700 pesos which was very reasonable. I highly recommend a message here.
Foysol Miah: I’ve probably had 50+ massages in several different countries. Which is why it’s worth saying that Laura is the best massage therapist I’ve had. She was very skilled and proactive in finding any issues I had. Especially some tightness in my neck from working at a desk for long hours which was giving me tension headaches. She literally found the trigger points and quickly removed the knots - there was no pain afterwards. Aside from that she cracked my neck and back in places I’ve never had done before. Great value for money as well. Will definitely try to go back another time before my holiday is over.

I told her what type of massage I wanted, the pressure and areas that were bothering me, and she handled it like a pro. I decided to do 90 minutes because it’s really important for a first visit that the masseuse learns your body and what you prefer. Laura incorporated deep tissue, acupressure, cupping, Thai stretches, and some adjustments (chiropractic). I had 3 other massages since coming to Mexico in July. She was definitely the best. I might try to get a 60 minute massage in before I leave after the weekend.
Rahul Dodhia: If I had found this place at the beginning of my stay, I would have returned again and again. Making an appointment was very easy over text. Went up to the 3rd floor, where there are 3 or 4 establishments. They are located at number 307. The massage was mostly lomi lomi, but included a couple of other touches, including some mild chiropractic, very satisfying, adjustments at the end. Laura, the therapist, is very good, obviously an experienced professional. A deep tissue massage for an hour is 700 pesos, 35 USD. Plus tip.

Andrew Janss: I am a cellist from NYC down in Mexico City as a tourist on vacation. Playing an instrument like that causes a huge amount of repetitive stress issues, so I make a habit of seeing a massage therapist in NYC on a regular basis. Tilla was one of the absolute best massage therapists I’ve ever been too. While it was not an easy massage, it was done with great patience and care. She is very diligent about taking the time to let your body respond to the intense adjustments she is making. The worst kind of massage is the “deep tissue” when someone just smashes your muscles and you just end up bruised. Tilla was incredibly empathetic to where exactly your body held it’s tension, and didn’t rush anything, responding to my body’s needs rather than dictating to it. I went back two days later, and I will probably try to find a time for a third visit before I leave the city.

The massages were so wonderful- the massage therapists are very skilled, checked in with us throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good, and paid special attention to requested areas. The facility is nothing fancy but has everything necessary for you to relax and enjoy a great massage. My friends and I who had approximately 3 different therapists loved each massage fully.
