Galanga: what do users think?

Robert G: Really cool decorations/location. They did a great job of building a beautiful restaurant. Cocktails were amazing, you have to get one. The food presentation was excellent, quantity was adequate. Where I was left short, in my opinion, was the actual flavor of the dishes. There was no spice whatsoever in their dishes, even when ordered “Thai Spicy”. This kind of surprised me in Mexico, because even the water has spicy to it here.

Lindsay Veenstra: Honestly don’t understand how anyone could give less than five stars for this restaurant. I’ve eaten Thai all over the world and I think the quality and price was so high. The service was attentive, knowledgeable and prompt, and the dishes had beautiful flavours and creative presentations. I would come again and again. Between two of us we had two starters, two mains, and three delicious cocktails plus mineral water for 60 USD each and enough left over for two lunches. 10/10.

Agnes Theresia: It’s a high end restaurant located in Roma. Authentic modern Thai food. The herbs and spices are fresh since the owner plants some on her place. Saw a lot of pots with Thai herbs around. You need to make reservations before because this place is always full and most people already made their reservations beforehand. Their tom yum is amazing, the pad thai is good and the desserts are the ones to try! The vibes is great too! I came here for lunch and dinner, it’s a romantic place to bring your date for dinner!

Saera Fernandez: I wasn't expecting to make a stop at a high end Thai restaurant in Mexico City but I'm glad I did. The food was incredible and the service top notch and friendly. The space is sunny and airy with lots of plants, too! Worth a stop, albeit limited vegetarian options and a bit pricy.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Cecilia UK 3010: Prices here on Google are $$ On the actual menu $$$$. Appetizers $300+. Mains from $450 up to $950. By far the most pricey place in La Roma. Def tourist prices. Much others better options around. Food is good. Tasty. Portions are average, not sharing portions. Friendly staff. Waiting time to get the food served LONG. Seriously LONG. One glass of red wine $180 one fish main $450 ( ie. Lamb $650)

Michelle Van Heiningen: We came to the Galanga in hopes of Pad Kee Mao and satay. Which, unfortunately, is no longer on the menu. The new menu was completely different from what we expected, so we told the waiter that we would just have some cocktails and go. The cocktails were AMAZING! No complaints. But once we told the waiter that we weren't going to order food he was extremely rude to us. Making sighing noises and giving us annoyed looks anytime he would come by. It got to the point where we chugged our drinks quickly and left because it was so uncomfortable and so apparent that we were no longer welcome. I'm sure the food is great, and I'm sure that that if we would have ordered a main dish this review would be different. But it was a truly uncomfortable experience for us.

Marco Andrade: So good. The duck curry and pad Thai were delicious. Also the typical drink, forgot the name. Our waitress was very nice too, wish I had her name, she was beyond helpful, attentive and friendly.

Felipe Barousse Boué (febb): Great venue for dinner. Thai food but, honestly I was not that happy with my green curry. The curry sauce was spectacular, but the chicken pieces were awful: with nasty-floppy chicken skin and not very enticing chicken meat pieces. Would have loved it with clean boneless chicken breast bits. Expensive and disappointed, if you ask me, for this kind of meat in the curry.

Ari Rose: It’s been 7 months since I went and I still have frequent memories of how poor the experience was. Good things: Decor was beautiful and one dish was partially tasty (one of the desserts, which included rock hard pieces of rices in the mix to eat around). Bad things: I don’t mind paying for a high quality experience, but this wasn’t it. Outrageously overpriced, dishes ranging from average takeout to inedible, with painfully slow service (waiting an hour for a dish, etc etc). Hate to be a negative nancy, but some of the wiser, more recent reviews make me think the restaurant still has not improved. When a place charges these prices, they place themselves at a certain standard which Galanga did not even close to meeting. I’d stay away from the seductive decor until prices come (way) down or food/service improves. There are so many other amazing places in CDMX.

Israel Plata: Best Thai restaurant in Mexico City 😍 I’ve been here 3 times and every time I tried something different. Everything I’ve tried here looks and tastes amazing! Highly recommended.

Pad Thai: what do users think?

Reginald Williams: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our shrimp pad Thai and tofu red curry dishes here. Though the pad Thai was just a little sweet for our taste, it was very true to what we had expected based on pad Thai we had had in Thailand. Even so, I expect that to others the level of sweetness may be just right. The noodles were the right kind and the veggies and tofu in the curry were good and fresh, as well. Properly cooked Asian rice made it well worth the visit. We’ll likely return while we’re in the city. We went back again today and, once again, really enjoyed our food. I will say, however, that we were disappointed with the mango sticky rice dessert. We specifically asked if the rice they use is authentic Thai sticky rice. Assured that it is, we placed our order. Unfortunately it most definitively is not the variety of rice used in Thailand. Rather, it is the California rice (I saw a huge bag of it in the hallway after noticing at the first bite that the rice was the wrong kind) so highly prized by lovers of Japanese rice—absolutely not appropriate for this dish. The condensed milk mixed with coconut milk was also not quite right—perhaps just not enough coconut milk. While I still highly recommend this restaurant, anyone expecting the “real thing” for Thai sticky rice with mango is bound to be quite disappointed, though the dish was reasonably tasty as a substitute.
Response: Thanks , we expect you to come again. The rice we use for the dessert is glutinous . As for the bag in the hallway is the one used for fried rice . See you soon.

Alex Chew: Tom Yum soup here was great! Pad see ew was not typical of pad see ew dishes in Asia, but still good (lots of additional vegetables). The satay is . The peanut sauce on top doesn’t taste great- if you skip anything here, it should be this dish. The mango sticky rice however was SUBLIME. I would come back time and time again for this dish. Please don’t skip dessert here- the portion is plentiful BUT so delicious!

Cindy Chu: Really good food! I got the drunken noodles, veggie spring rolls, and Thai ice tea. Brought my friend here who's never had Thai food before - he got pad Thai, and really liked it too

Linda Mckeith Lam: Went here bc I was craving noodles and it’s def hit the spot! I ordered pad see ew and fried rice. The noodles were just the right amount of saltiness and full of flavors. It was cooked just right! The service was also great. Affordable. Overall my favorite thai place in Mexico City.
Response: Thanks for coming, we expect you to come back soon!

Taylor Jones: Sheesh, we visited with high hopes but it was unpleasant from arrival. The waiter that evening was fairly dismissive with no remote hospitality that remained throughout the dinner. My wife politely asked if he had any hand sanitizer and he swiftly said no, only for us to see a huge bottle right on their counter. Truthfully, this would not have been an issue if the food were not also utterly dissatisfying. The shrimp spring rolls had fresh cut vegetables but little to zero shrimp present. We both ordered "pad thai" in hopes of a decent version of the staple dish, but it was abjectly terrible. The noodles seemed of cheap quality, the chicken was bland, the overall dish was wet from excess fish sauce, and I could not even keep the plate in front of me because of the foul odor from this excess fish sauce. We are easygoing diners and love Thai food, but the noodle dishes and overall dining experience made this a completely regrettable experience.

Paul Farrow: This used to be good Thai food, but this time the papaya salad was soggy, had clearly been sitting in the fridge for days stewing in it's sauce. The red curry, which specifically says with bamboo shoots, had no bamboo shoots and was thin on protein. Terrible experience, they've lost a good customer.Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5 …More

Elizabeth Zavala: I had the chicken pad Thai here and it was the best and closest to authentic I’ve had so far in CDMX. The service was fine and it was pretty busy so I definitely got the impression that it was a good spot. Will be going again!
Response: Thank you, we are waiting for you

Nezuko Kamado: Food is okey. Unfortunately nothing impressive. It has Thai flavors but not enough. I would say if you are craving about the flavors you would get. Interior is nice, staff is friendly. Prices are average but I think they don’t worth the food. I wanted to have Chang beer but they only Singha.

Mike Lewis: Food was ok, almost on so-so levels. They put vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, and brocoli that were not normally found on Thai cuisine. I do liked that the portions were big, so me and my friend got pretty full in the end.

Matthew Dunn: We ordered two pad thais and they were bad. Not authentic and swimming in a thick sweet sauce. I left hungry. It isn’t cheap either. Service was good

Kiin Thai-Viet Eatery: what do users think?

T Le: I probably ordered delivery from this place at least 3x a week since visiting cdmx for only 2 months. It is Vietnamese/Thai fusion but the flavours are still quite authentic! The tofu pad Thai is my husband’s favourite and I love the juicy chicken wings!! For my last day, I knew I had to dine in the actual restaurant and I wasn’t disappointed. Friendly staff and the atmosphere was very open and lively. They also allow dogs!! Can’t wait to return and try all the other dishes!

Sanel Selimovic: I did not have high expectations for this place going in, but I had one of the best meals in recent weeks here. The spring rolls, Bunn Mi sandwich, steamed buns and the accompanying sauces are on par with some of the best Vietnamese I had before. The only area for improvement are maybe samosas which are great inside but a bit dry outside. Could use some nice salsa to pair with it, but otherwise it’s great.

Brian Davis: For the quality/quantity, it's overpriced. More expensive than comparable places in Washington DC. Maybe it's the neighborhood, but you are definitely paying extra for the ambiance (which is quite nice) its hip and chic. The service was upscale and prompt. The flavors are quite fresh. Didn't try the cocktails, but they looked pretty good. The mango sticky rice with blue ice cream was the highlight. The papaya salad was spicier than being in Thailand so be warned! The green curry was tasty, but not amazing. Presentation of the plates was top notch tho. If you are looking for Instagram worthy food pics, this place is probably worth it. But we spent over $1000mxn for 1 appetizer, 1 salad, 1 main dish, and 1 desert - not even drinking alcohol - so yeah, not a cheap date spot by any means.

Hope Elleston: I tried the "pho on the rocks" cocktail which was absolutely delicious, and the banh mi to eat. Both were great but I feel like it's kind of over priced for the serving size, my bill was 360 just for those two items!

LUIS LEBRUN: I am a regular client of this group of restaurants where the chef is the same girl. I evidently love it and recommend it. I've read mean reviews here, do not pay attention to those as the food from Vietnam is not that wide in Mexico City and this place is a jewel which deserves to go on. I love the flavors and the great times one can spend down there. The service is always flawless. The food it’s worth every peso. Don’t miss it On 3rd July 2022 I did return and I’ve added more photos to my original review. I am granting 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ once again I attached the QR menu so that anyone can have a look 👀 This time I ordered a bottle of white wine , -magnifique- 😝 it’s a Portuguese albariño.

Anne Marie: Delicious food, cute decor, and ambient music. I've been a few times, and the service is consistently slow, so don't go if you're in a hurry. However, if you do have time to spare, I recommend the beef pho (Pho Huang), and the shrimp Pad Thai. They also have decent craft beer and internet.

Il contenitore ristorante: Absolutely delicious place. Price almost cost them a star but the flavor was outstanding!

C P: decent flavors though not exactly the same flavor profiles as the real authentic dishes. got the papaya salad (could be spicy), grilled prawns (decent), pork skewers (decent), pad thai (least favorite dish bc the noodles were wet/too saucy and sweet). mango sticky rice with ice cream was okay.. mango is better cut in chunks than thinly sliced to taste mango bits better. sticky rice was too mushy.

Isabella Beham: The first time I ate here, I really liked it. But each time the quality has gone down & it’s just not worth the price. Last time we ate there there must have been a plumbing issues because the restaurant smelled like sewage. In general, kind of average & way over priced with bad service.

Donya: I was pleasantly surprised! I'd been craving Thai for weeks and was extremely disappointed by other restaurants. This one was different. They nailed two of my favorite dishes but failed me on the curry. I arrived at 5pm (am hour before closing) and was quickly seated. I ordered the papaya salad and larb moo. The papaya was spicy and delicious, but sweeter than the normal Thai style. The latter was served hot and with rice. I was expecting it to be a cold dish. Both needed more fish sauce. However, again, best papaya salad I've had in Mexico. To satisfy my Thai craving, i ordered a curry - the chicken moo grob prik khing. While flavorful, they were SUPER stingy on the sauce. The chicken was more so coated in curry sauce as of its ordered wings. I was also told there was no way to order extra curry sauce. Bummer. I should note here that they kept taking my silverware in between dishes as though signaling it was time for me to go. I took their hint and ordered my check and the mango and sticky rice to go. The dessert was also delicious. Will I return?? For the papaya salad and the mango and sticky rice. I'm still on the hunt for a good curry.

El 123: what do users think?

DG Yoo: Not the place if you're looking for authentic Thai cuisine. But that being said, their rendition is still amazing. A bit sweeter than I'd like (e.g. Tom Yum), but still plenty of room to be enjoyed.
Response: Thank you very much!

Tad Samson: Phenomenal place!!! The food, the service, and the atmosphere is all top notch. The food is a blend of East Asian flavours and you can tell that the kitchen takes pride in what they send out. Each dish was well prepared. Pleasing to the eye and the palate. The service was attentive and quick... without being pushy. For example, they had no oranges as a side to our mezcal so they offered alternatives. Quick thinking and well done! Totally in love with this place. I will definitely go back for more! One piece of advice is to check the closing hours... since I find it does close early. Vegetarian options: Many dishes are offered with or without the meat protein. It's your choice.

Ivan Vetcher: The restaurant is quite pleasant with the open layout and many plants. Service was excellent. The upstairs was more relaxing. Food presentation is beautiful. The dishes were ok and eased our cravings for Thai. The cold shrimp cocktail like salad was very interesting and delicious. The soups were also enjoyable. The baba ganoush and shrimp/octopus tostada were interesting, but they were not as enjoyable. The pad thai was also ok. The other like dishes are the same I think. A bit too sweet and noodles are overcooked. The egg rolls, "everyone play," and desserts were disappointing. Egg rolls were mostly wrappers and bland. The "everyone play" biscuits were just fried dough with a salad. Mango with rice was made with regular rice and not sticky rice. The texture of the muffins didn't quite pair well with the flavors and ice cream. *We were surprised with the baba ganoush, which is a slice of eggplant with some mayo-like sauce on top.

Hugo Cervantes: A very trendy place with very trendy cuisine with prices on the pricy side. The staff is super friendly (now) and attentive, so hopefully they can keep the game up. The special chai latte is superb, I totally recommend it. Gluten-free options would be a great addition to the carefully curated menu. Will certainly be back.

Nathan R: In globetrotting, I love to taste authentic fusion food. Sometimes, it’s a hit and sometimes it’s a miss. This is a perfect example of a ***winning*** combination of Thai and Mexican food. Absolutely loved the discrete use of Mexican spices with my Pad See Ew. Don’t expect traditional Thai here, but do expect to be delighted. For the discerning traveler only. The vibe checks out too—make sure to see the art and eating spaces on the second floor. My spouse and I will definitely return next time in CDMX.
Response: 💕💕

Akanksha Bhatt (iamfab.us): In terms of expectations the food was terrible! Everything I mean everything was super sweet except for the dessert. It wasn’t sweet. We ordered 2 noodle dishes both super sweet. We ordered green curry- it was just sweet green water with boiled veggies. It came with salad that was topped with melted ice cream as dressing. And we ordered Thai sticky rice with mango that’s my favorite dessert but to my surprise it was regular rice dumped in watery coconut water topped with blandest mango ice cream. Service was good and chai latte was good. Pictures don’t do justice. They came out nice.

Tiff: Pad Thai was decent, service was nice and quick. Only thing was the Thai tea didnt have enough flavour. Otherwise it was pretty good

Ifan Chang (Yifan): lovely foods and place. my first meals in Mexico.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Diriki R.: Great atmosphere and cuisine. My first time having a different version of Chilaquiles.
Response: Thank you very much!

Erik Akhmetgaliev: The interior is nice, but neither Tom Yum nor Tom Kha were good - too much spicy (I love spicy Thai food), flavor was far away from the traditional one (don’t know what is the reason to add sugar into soups). Also the area where this restaurant is located is not that comfortable. Next time I rather select another place to eat Asian food.

Thai Town: what do users think?

sina h.: Very good meals and „water of the day“!Had a nice conversation with the owner. Best best regards from the German girls :)
Response: Thank you for your comments! I'm glad you enjoyed your meal and I hope you enjoyed your trip to Holbox. I'll meet you someday at the feuerzone ☺️

Jose Pablo García: Quite unique thai style. There’s a twist to traditional Thai flavors, however it is a good one and makes it unique. Limited but tasteful menu with great service. The place is within a tiny market, therefore there’s shared seating with indoor and outdoor options.
Response: Thank you very much for your comments José Pablo!

Logan Diaz: This restaurant only sells pad Thai so you would think it would be good. Wrong! First, it was cold. Cold?! She cooked it in front of me and it was cold. The noodles were also hard, not much flavor. The spring rolls were also cold so the chicken inside was hard and gross. The employees were also not very friendly. I would never return.
Response: Hello Logan. I am sorry that your experience with us has not been to your liking. We work hard every day to improve.

Joshua F: I ordered food from there on UBEREATS. It was terrible. The chicken spring roll was saggy and very oily without no taste. But the worst part was the chicken padthai with very bad taste that I couldn't even finish it. A lot of oil. I got terrible stomachache after. Last time I am ordering from there

T G: Almost didn't order from here because of the negative reviews but I was really craving phad thai so I gave them a chance, and i'm glad I did because it was delicious! I had chicken phad thai which was yummy and a huge portion, it was exactly what I was craving. I haven't lived in Thailand so I can't really comment on how 'authentic' this is but don't worry about these people whining about how phad thai in Mexico doesn't taste exactly 100% like how they remember it in Thailand. It was authentic enough and it was delicious. I also tried the banana spring rolls with cajeta for dessert and those were yummy too. I ordered from Uber Eats and it arrived exactly when they said it would, hot and nicely packaged. If you're craving phad thai don't hesitate to order from this place :)

Victor Estrada: This place used to be very good when they first opened but the quality has been steadily declining. I don't know what they stopped or started doing but they should go back to how they started. The quality of the ingredients is not great, the Pad Thai is now soggy and it is unnecessarily oily

Philippe Bun: What a disappointment! What we had could hardly be defined as pad Thai but at best "way too saucy" rice noodles topped with greens. The tamarind sauce was nowhere to be found and tasted ... The texture of these pad Thai was hard to define: creamy (yes...kind of a mayonnaise...) Is probably what comes first to mind. A strong acidity was overpowering any possible flavor left in these pad Thai (arranchera and chicken). And what to say about the rice noodles: impossible to find one single intact noodle! I couldn't disagree more with the past positive reviews: one should expect more while craving for thai food! For sure, portion was hugely sized for big hunger. My take: go for other options in the city!

Elizabeth Skoll: Great pad thai flavour, but the rice noodle texture is a bit off. Sufficient service sizes and great service.

Ernesto Alonso Hernández Gutiérrez: Tasty thai food!

Marie L: Alto of choices to pick from. :)

Manaw: what do users think?

J. Olvera: Really good Thai food in a beautiful setting. The Green curry dish was delicious and the sticky rice pudding dessert outstanding. Service was excellent.

David Duchen: Great Thai restaurant in Polanco! The ambiance is hip and lovely, and the food is delicious - especially the Bun appetizer and Pad See Ew (photos below). The staff is also awesome, very kind and welcoming.

Gerardo Linares: The food is good but expensive. The service was not great and the hostess at the entrance did not want to receive us after 10 minutes. 4 out of 5 Service 4 Food 5 Ambiance 3 Value 2

Kristyn Maier: I really enjoyed this restaurant. The spring rolls, chicken satay and pad Thai were great. Cool vibe in the restaurant and they have English menus available.

Lana D: I’d like to start off with the fact that we had THE BEST TIME at Manaw tonight. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, the ambiance was beautiful, and the service was impeccable - thanks to Martin, he made sure to go above and beyond for us. Now, from what I see on most reviews is the complaint that the food is not 100% authentic Thai, and I would agree with that. However, if you go with an open mind, and are up for a Thai-Asian-fusion kind of gastronomic adventure, I assure you that you will have a blast, just like we did! Ask for Martin - you won’t be disappointed 😉

Jorge Mejia Ribadeneira: Not good at all.Food is far from real Thai.Service was pretty bad.Location and ambiance is great !

Donya: I was super excited about having a Thai cuisine in Polanco. I'd heard from others that it was good. I have since confronted those friends and reevaluated our relationship. (From now on we'll only discuss books and films.) Came here to find alone and ended up joining a table of friends. They had ordered appetizers prior to my arrival but assured me that only one of them made their taste buds dance. I was in a hunt for good Thai and was insulted. The papaya salad was horrible! Other than having papaya, nothing about the dish gave me Thailand. I've been to Thailand. I took cooking lessons because I became addicted to papaya salad. I've made the salad multiple times. What they brought me.... Let's just say everyone at the table tried a small grated piece of papaya and none of us were willing to keep it on the table. Please remove the imposter! I opted for the pad thai as an entree. Underwhelming in every since of the word. It's a though they knew noodles were involved but unaware of the flavor they should take. My soul, nor tastebuds will allow me to return. As for recommendations - try anything non Thai or possibly the water....

Diana Cecilia Alvarez: Food is definitely NOT Thai, service sucks. We had a reservation but the host had us seated in the smoking section when I specifically asked not to be placed here. The service was slow and their attention to locals is terrible. Polanco is an exclusive place as it is so if you are local, do not expect the same treatment this place offers foreigners. The best thing you will get is a table, do not expect your waiters to remember everything you ordered and to bring it in time because, you know, you're not a foreigner. As for the food, it lacks traditional Thai flavors. Nothing was spicy, nothing tasted Thai. Our waitress forgot one of our plates, too. The ambiance has good visuals, their building is beautiful but we did not get to see the interiors as we had an outdoor smoking section table.

J-Vlog Parrots: Super happy with this place, amazing decoration, customer service is the best, the owner is really nice and friendly, especially foods re out of standing. This our 1st time but definitely gonna b back 👍

Simon Renshaw: Had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner here. The restaurant decor is sensational, you MUST VISIT THE RESTROOMS! The food was very good, certainly not as spicy as I like my Thai. Service was very good. If I have a hankering for Thai when next in CDMX, I'd return.

Bangkok: what do users think?

Mike Lewis: Food was good for an asian restaurant in latinamerica. We ordered the Khao Pad Sapparot, Tom Yam, and Khao Phad Bai Ka Phao. The Tom Yum tasted mild, almost like Filipino sinigang na hipon instead of authentic Tom Yum (still tasted good). Meanwhile, the other two dishes tasted good and on the spot. They are also selling southeast asian ingredients like fish sauce, sriracha, red and green thai curries, and asian sweet and spicy sauce. Apart from that, they also sell Thai fridge magnets and other souvenirs.

Alfredo Medina: Good Thai food, had the names and decorations, if you wants to try a traditional Thai dish you must try here

Gabriel Ratener: Disappointing place. Portions are small and food seems quite compromised over Thai food I've had in Thailand or the US, or even other Thai places in Latin America. They don't spice the food enough, even though I requested it spicy.Mango with sticky rice was good.

Jan Willem van Kerkhof: My friend and i had dinner in this thai restaurant. We had the vegetarian Pad Thai with fried tofu and no meat. The restaurant crew was very friendly. We felt welcome the moment we stepped in. The food tasted very good. The restaurant is very well decorated. The atmosphere is very authentic. We will definitely come back to this place. Tip: the restaurant is located inside a shopping mall on the second floor. The center is called Galeria Plaza de las Estrellas.

Siddarth Rupani: Not suitable for vegetarians. They said they will customise the curry to make it with vegetable'S' and the only vegetableS that came in was carrots....the curry paste was tasty though...even thought it tasted like a supermarket can curry..with some soft tofu which they added... The tv was blasting with some annoying loud cartoon. The place was clean but too cluttered and kinda dingy. Needs a bit of change of attitude

Sergio De La Cruz: Well, I expected more, I believe the need to work improving their ingredient quality

Lars Janssen: Nicely decorated interior, waitress was friendly considering that I can't speak much Spanish. Pretty sure she wasn't Thai so didn't try to speak Thai. Food was nothing special unfortunately, although I only had the paneng moo (pork) to go by. Worth it if nearby, not worth a special trip.

Ricardo Jiménez: Awesome food and theme

Javier Barrientos: A nice trip to East Asian food

adrian mandujano: Ok

Abad Vega: Ideal for people who like to eat light and something new for those who do not know Thai cuisine. If you eat a lot, we don't think you'll be full.
Response: Thanks

Ale Guzman: The food is fantastic, well prepared and the flavor is exquisite, it really has that characteristic flavor that one can look for in Thai food, the drinks are varied and very tasty, the service was very attentive and fast, if you have any questions they answer in a very courteous way and the prices are affordable
Response: Thank you for your comments, they are very important to us.

Rodrigo Magdaleno: We really liked the food, good flavor and healthy. The luxury attention very friendly and served very quickly, everything is prepared instantly. We would have loved more variety on the menu and were really looking forward to ramen or coconut soup. We hope to return another time.
Response: Thanks we are waiting for you

Cassiel Ortega Maldonado: Delicious and they prepare super fast. Recommended for the weekend. There is take-out and dine-in service there.
Response: Thank you for your comment, it makes us grow more, we are waiting for you soon

Azy m: Excellent place to eat woks... They are customizable, quality ingredients, good portions and incomparable flavor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Response: Thank you, your comments are favorable for us, thank you for your preference.

Axel T: Neither cheap nor expensive because it depends on how many ingredients you put in your order (with two or three it tastes very good); don't be scared by the size of the container if you order to go, they compact the food a lot
Response: Thank you 🙏

Luis David Ortiz: Excellent service! The personnel is very friendly. The food is the best. Super recommended.
Response: Thank you 🙏 we are waiting for you The day of your birthday 🎈

Alejandro Solis: I mean, it doesn't taste bad. But what fails them is that they should put together packages on their menu to give a better flavor. If you ask that they be combined how you want, there are flavors that are distorted and do not fit with what the Food should taste like.
Response: Hello 👋 if I understand the situation, I also want to tell you that if we have packages for your next visit, ask for them, thank you

Majo PV: I love the quality, the seasoning and the customer service of this restaurant! I have been consuming in this place since 2014-2015 and I love it. The portions are large and the food is super fresh!
Response: Thank you, miss, your comment is very important to improve day by day and continue to count on your preference, thank you 🙏

Marisol Primo: Very rich, fresh and clean. They serve very kindly.

COCO & CURRY Thai Cuisine: what do users think?

Spencer Rarrick: Very tasty Thai food and seems more authentic than other options in the city. Yum woon sen was my favorite of the dishes we tried, and the green curry was also quite good.

Amy-p Amp: A great authentic Thai place, menu picked up all about popular dishes in Thailand, Coconut soup, Red curry chicken were so rich and end with Mango with sticky rice so missing Thailand again.
Response: Tks very much for your enjoying and welcome to come back.

Marisela: The soup filled with veggies and lots of flavor! It was exactly what I was looking for. Also, really good service!

Chi Phan: I had a very good vetgetables red curry. Not only was the curry sauce authentic, clean-tasting but every vegetable was cooked to perfection. The rice was also delicious. I wanted to eat more but was already too full after this. Both the waitor and the cook (Thai) were friendly and helpful. I did not take a photo of the beautiful food only because I did not have my phone with me.

Gabriel Ratener: Definitely best Thai food I've had in Mexico. There is room for improvement, but they definitely put in the effort to use hard-to-find ingredients like galangal in their dishes.

Hannah Ruth Walker: We came here a few weeks ago and had red curry, tom yum soup and mango sticky rice - everything was delicious especially the red curry which one of the best i've ever had. all so fresh and tasty. i cannot wait to go back, a new favourite in cdmx!

Lena: Loooved the food here, felt like I was back in Thailand. Very authentic.

Ricardo Ramirez: Great atmosphere close to downtown where you can get authentic Thai food. Recommend the pad Thai with chicken or shrimp. Lowkey spot to come grab a bite and relax.

Hiram Di Chiara: I use to work at a Thai restaurant behind the Wok and I know a little bit about a good curry and this restaurant is bar far one of the best in Mexico City. I highly recommend it. Come and try it for yourself.

Johanne Sivertsen: Great thai food, especially the pad kaprao. Service was very friendly and efficient, food came fast too.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Mauricio Cano: Not a good experience, especially for the price. I ordered the yellow curry. The dish itself was under-salted and under-seasoned; the potatoes and carrots were incredibly undercooked, and the rest of the ingredients were not allowed to marinate in the curry, making for mercurial, surface-only flavors. My favorite part of the meal was the Diet Coke I ordered. Save yourself some cash and go get a burger instead: guaranteed to be a better experience.

Damian Gonzalez: Nice food with Thai, Korean and Japanese flair. Staff was kind and provided useful suggestions.

Carlos Jacobo: The service is a bit slow, and the food is just ok, the place has a nice decoration, but I believe they can improve the flavors in their plates they do no accept American Express

N. ChD: Very good food and service. Bimbimbap is topThe tables and chairs are always sticky - been there a couple of times.

Rich Canseco Sánchez: Great place for asian food, entries are really good and good service.

miriam maya: Amazing place to eat

Daniel Cadosch Delmar: very good food and extremely hot. will be back

Ignacio Usobiaga: Great service. Food is just OK.

최원백: Expensive but no good service.

Jose de Jesus Reyes Cortes: Went on a sat night and everything was surprisingly good despite some reviews. Next to euphoric Rosetta’s bakery ….you’ll find this hidden cozy spot. The staff was super nice and everything we ordered was BOMB ! We enjoyed the vibe inside , the samosas, the dumplings , pad Thai, and ice cream. Everything delicious

Phillip Medalla: Very expensive for such type of restaurant and food. The portion was small for all that we ordered. It was kind of a hit or miss. Dumpling was bad, pork belly was great, Pho was good, the rest was okay. Value for money was not worth it. Service was also pretty lame! As Asian, I wasn’t very pleased. I would go to other places around Roma area.

Charlie Huynh: It's a real shame this place had a few bad reviews. I personally felt like it was definitely one of the better Asian restaurants I've been to. The two dishes I had were so flavorsome. I would definitely come back to hopefully see if the other ones are just as good.

Heather A Adams: The samosas are Awesome and I mention them first because pretty much everything we had after that was pretty disappointing. The steam dumplings with soup in them had thick pastry and were a bit cold and not that great. The steam buns with pork ribs were good but nothing new. And the entrée we chose we took one bite of and couldn’t finish it. It was an Indian dish with a type of yogurt and rice and the balance was ALL wrong. It was so disappointing and it didn’t get taken off of our bill or even addressed by our server. We really only saw our server in the beginning when he took the order and then didn’t see him again. The drinks were weak and not that great.

Cassie Grimm: The food was very flavorful and delicious with SUPER fast and friendly service. However portions were pretty small. I'd definitely go again.

Adriel Alstrom: Hands down the most delicious Asian food I've had in years. I live in NYC and nothing has compared to Sesame. We couldn't decide what to order, so we settled on a few small plates which is the route I highly recommend you take. They even split the pho into two bowls for us. The calamari was just so tasty, I'd go back just for that! It reminded me of a little Vietnamese restaurant you'd find in Ho Chi Minh City, they just hit every element so well.

Ahmad: The place is nice, we had to wait for almost an hour although we booked in advance. The service was very good, we were a group of 6 and we had different dishes ordered which were all good but not special. Desserts were not good for anyone and nothing “Asian” was served.

Skandar San: Yes, it is a bit pricy, but the menu is extensive and the food quality is great! With such a big range of options, anybody can find something worth trying. Food is fresh and cooked at the moment you order. Drinks (virgin and not) are great as well. We recommend it as a late meal and order to share. What we love ordering is: Pork Belly Bun - Sweet and works as an entree Kai Soup - Curry broth with noodles and chicken Tobiko Rice - The best you’ll ever have! Basil Ice-cream - Fresh and not too sweet

Lyndsey K: Was looking for Asian cuisine so decided to come here. The menu was much different than I expected. If you don’t like seafood, you won’t have many options. I don’t like seafood so I opted for the chicken curry which was pretty tasty! I wouldn’t have paid as much as they charge, but it afforded two meals so I guess it was okay. The staff weren’t that friendly… they seemed bothered by my terrible Spanish. Overall, I’d say come here if you’re in the area and you’re wanting some Asian cuisine flavor

Daniela de la Torre: If you go there, don’t expect to have real Asian Street Food… it’s really an Asian/Mexican cuisine, if you go with that in mind then you will like this place. It’s a good place to order to the center and share… don’t forget to add the Calamari (my favorite of this place and the reason I come). The price is a little bit higher for the area, but you get what you pay for. Pro Tip: next to Sesame there is Rossetta the best bakery in town, skip the dessert here and go for a sweet Mexican bread (order the rol de guayaba 🤤) and a coffee.

Pin-tó Thai MX: what do users think?

Juan Ramon Garcia Lopez: If you like aromatic food 🌸, spicy 🌶️, sweet and sour all this together, that's Thai food 👌🏾, I don't really like the concept of stopping for your food, but the flavor makes up for it with very good dishes, inside Palacio de Hierro food Zone

Pamela Corvino: The pad thai dish costs 280 pesos. Half the plate is packet bean sprouts. The other half are burnt thin noodles and not the slightest intention of Pad Thai flavor. I'd dare to say that it's the ugliest I've tried in the whole city, completely overrated for being from the same chef as galangal. It is a plate of 150 pesos and being generous

Ruth Alegria: Always super good Thai flavors !!!

Ireri Mata Vàzquez: I'm a fan of Kiin in the Rome and I was looking for some similar dishes that I have eaten there, I asked the girls for some options and they were zero empathy and friendly.

family villafan: Excellent place.

Michel Angulo: Delicious food, excellent attention and service!

Leonardo Díaz: Excellent service

angel gutierrez: I was amazed with Pin-tó this place of Thai food FASCINATED me !! Everything was spectacular, both super friendly girls at all times, despite the fact that they had a lot of people, they recommended dishes to me and explained all the doubts I had, the food is something else, it is DELICIOUS, I had never tried something of such magnitude as here. 1000/10 everything is great, they will have me in this place very often, I want to try everything, love is born from sight and without a doubt each dish is worth it! Thank you very much for such an experience that took me today.

Mónica Alejandra Páez Rodríguez: All delicious! The green tea is delicious, not too sweet, the portions are generous and the service is excellent.

Kosher Bamboo Asian Cuisine: what do users think?

Jacob Tsabar: Went for a late light dinner and had the Chicken Peanut Pad Thai which was very tasty. Service was great and quick. Included were fresh baked bread and olives. They serve Italian, Asian and hamburgers in the same place, which is certified Kosher! I highly recommend this restaurant. Went again for another late night dinner. This time I ordered the Matzoh Ball soup which was delicious and easy to eat after a day at the dentist…

Becky Michels: We had a phenomenal experience in the restaurant. The service was excellent the food amazing and tasty. I will come back on my next trip. Highly recommended. !

Fawad Ansari: Dominguez was a very gracious host. Steak was amazing! Pastrami wasn't what I am used to from NYC.

David Zohar: Impeccable service and quality of food .Probably the best sushi I ever had.Highly recommend coming in and trying out all the amazing dishes

Adina Erdfarb: I highly recommend this restaurant if you are staying in Mexico City! The ambiance is lovely, with an indoor/outdoor dining setup. The service was impeccable, with the staff attentive to every need, sometimes even before you ask. And the food was incredible! Fresh and unique, with a wide variety that will suit all palates. While it is difficult to choose only one standout, I highly recommend the Chicken Dynamite appetizer. It was a great night out and we plan to return again.

Tal Lopez: This is the chillest place. 3 menu/cuisine choices that are all kosher in one place. Great outdoor seating and the best service. Not to mention a large screen playing fútbol. We were so happy we found this food market! The bread is delicious- worth washing for.

Samuel Schuster: One of the best kosher restaurant experiences ever. Food was incredible, the service impressively great, attentive. Mr. Dominguez was on the lookout for anything we may have desired. I recommend it very highly. When in Mexico make sure you try it. You will not be disappointed.

Orah Gidanian: Wonderful experience. Fidel was a great server. We loved the sushi, salmon and the Chinese was light and fresh. The drinks were fantastic as well.

lena guedj: Excellent team & good food ! We had a great time, thanks you!

Gregory Presser: Everything was fantastic.Fresh and delicious!Thank You

Oscar J Jimenez V: Traditional menu but very good seasoning!! Very nice place to eat.

Martín E. Rodríguez: The food is very rich. The attention was very good, it made me a little freaked out that it wasn't Chinese food at all, but I was surprised by the taste of what they offered us. Also very good price!

Max Iturbe: I've been visiting this restaurant for a long time, it's great, the food is delicious and you eat a lot for a good price, also the atmosphere is another excellent thing (some things are a bit old that could be remodeled but that doesn't take away from the overall charm of the place), even the owner of the place comes to play the piano and sing, one of the favorite places in the city and the best for Chinese food, although they also come to prepare Mexican dishes, you can even hold events right there

Luis Mireles Zorrero: An example of the gastronomic variety of Mexico City is this small and modest café-restaurant "La Nacional" two blocks from the Torre del Caballito on Paseo de la Reforma. Nothing better to warm up and start the day on a fresh morning than having a delicious hot coffee with milk accompanied by a delicious sponge cake (bread) of the flavor that you like the most; croissants, biscuits, filled with pastry cream, pineapple cheese... a delight. Do not get carried away by the appearance of this modest restaurant and give yourself the opportunity to try the delicacies it offers.

Pedro Erick Muñoz Torres: Fair price. Good food. It is a quiet discreet clean place and the attention is perfect

Brenda Saenz: The place is nice since it is in an old building. The food is rich and at a good price.

Kwok Leung Sang: Restaurant With High Prices Poor Quality Of Your Menu Attention From Terrible To Regular Bathrooms Needs Cleaning I do not recommend it

Iván Valdes Nava: To eat is a good place. Acceptable seasoning and with dedication to the customer. The floors and toilets are damaged but not dirty. Recommended for something quick, clean and well cooked.

eduardo aguilar: They serve very well and the attention is decent. I liked the noodle and chicken soup, the one that can improve is the fried rice. They have a lot of variety on the menu and it's cheap. There is a lot of Chinese food in the Center, this place is above average, without being my favorite. Beware, the waiter was not clear with some options prices that we asked for and we ended up paying more, be careful with that.

Frida Iturbe: Good attention, kindness and the dishes are good, it is a good place to eat.

Sofia De la Mora: Loved the vibes of this place! Very tranquil, big Buddha statue. The food was very tasty, I was surprised at how flavorful it was. Highly recommend the Pekin mushrooms and the sushi (we got the spicy watermelon one). Ordering to share is great so you can try it all. The pad Thai is a must! Prices are fair.

Kevin Shah: We went to this beautifully designed space for my husband’s birthday party. We were a group of 8 with 50% vegans. The ambience is amazing the staff serve with love, friendship and joy. I liked the table as we got to be closer to the ground. Felt like plants that they were feeding and nurturing. The menu is nice and has a diverse selection. We got to try all the food and it was pretty decent. The sushi was heavy on rice and overall I think they could up the innovation and flavors a bit. The consensus from our group was 4 stars for food, 5 for the experience. I enjoyed their light airy ice-cream (pistachio- my fave). I liked the drinks and using plant based relaxants and stimulants.

Ricardo Ribeiro: Amazing vegetarian spot with Food to die for. We had a bunch of different plates to try as much as we could and every plate had its own charm on presentation and yum factor in flavor. Great variety on drinks also. I mean, if we lived in Mexico City this would easily be our go-to spot if we just wanted to eat well and spend a little quality time in a calm place surround by greenery and great service. One of the best vegetarian restaurants in Mexico City… If not the best!

Aránzazu Mancisidor Cruz: The place is beautiful, but with that being said the food does not leave up to the expectation. I love vegan food and have tried many places in Mexico City and this one is probably the worst one so far. The food and drinks were lacking in flavor, everything was quite bland and the prices are high enough that you would expect better. The service was really good though. The only reason I would come back is to show people the restaurant itself, I would probably stay for drinks and not order food. Food: 4/10 Price: $800 per person Service: 10/10 Setting: 10/10

Brittany Baumgarten: Plant-based and vegan food & drinks with a great vibe, fantastic service, and unique interior design. I don’t have a personal favorite on the menu. You definitely should try everything! I would recommend trying to order to share; they have huge portions. Definitely on my top 5 favorite spots to eat in Mexico City!

Vegan Dad Travels: As a vegan it's not often we find a place like this. Food and the flavours were amazing, service was spot on and the restaurant was well put together. When we arrived the place was almost empty but by 12.30pm there weren't many seats. It's so good to see vegan restaurants doing well. Support vegan and take your no vegan friends here, they won't be disappointed.

Claudia Maestre: Very charming concept, the restaurant vibe is pretty good. I have to admit that service was one of the best ones in CDMX, our girl was awesome, combined with good food made a fantastic experience. My sister and I visited Plantasia just to have a quick dinner after a long flight and this food was without any doubt a lifesaver for us. The sushi had a fantastic consistency and taste, also the truffle noodles were fabulous too. I will recommend this place again

Hanna C: As a vegetarian I really enjoyed this place! Was craving some veggies and Asian food after a few days in CDMX and this definitely hit the spot. - Walked in at 6pm on a Tuesday and got a table no problem although it was pretty busy - Lots of millennials and possibly Americans - The Taro donuts with the shot of Thai iced tea and the “Peking duck” wraps are a must!

Jay Her: The food was okay. I ended up paying 1280 MXN pesos for the food, I really wanted to try this place so I ensured to only get what I could afford. In the end, when it was time to pay, I paid what I owed. The manager came up to me and said I owed a tip and that it was not an obligation but I needed to give a tip. I told her I only had enough for the food. I ended up giving the waiter a 10% tip, but it was very off putting that the manager demanded a tip. I told the lady I only had enough cash to pay for the food itself. She then suggested to pay for the tip with a credit card. They made me feel uncomfortable and coerced me into tipping. My experience for plant based dining-in Mexico City has been great thus far, but this place has been my only bad experience. I always tip but this time I could only tip a little bit and the service was not great here either. I do not recommend this place unfortunately.

David Shelten: The restaurant is very beautiful and crowded. The food is tasteless. I ordered the cauliflower with orange sauce. It was extremely greasy. I also ordered the rice paper rolls (i thought it was fried but it is raw) the sauce that comes with it tastes like soy sauce. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this restaurant. Prices are higher than others and the taste is not there.
