Balmori Roofbar: what do users think?

Shuai Yuan: food cocktail and service are all great!

MLDND: In my opinion this restaurant matches, if not exceeds, the rest of the quality restaurants in the neighborhood. The place so many good things going for it. First, the place looks great and the ambiance is fantastic. The music selection is good, pretty groovy and the volume is just right. The stars of the show are the food and drinks. O ordered a Mezcal drink with Jamaica. The drink came on this really cool mug and tasted great. I ordered the superfoods encrusted salmon as a main dish. This dish was phenomenal. I have never ate salmon like this before and I would highly recommend it to anyone who visits this place. I felt the need to ask the server to thank the chef for making that dish for me which I have never done in my life. Last but not least, the staff is friendly, attentive and very professional.

Sean Howell: Interesting food and drinks. Open late. Perfect after landing late!

Enrique Velasco: Very nice ambiance. Food was a delightful surprise. If you’re looking for a dinner and drinks night out, this is a very good choice. Prices slightly higher than other alternatives but you’ll be satisfied. For more experiences like this follow @quiquinnv

Diego Ortiz Garcia: It was a good surprise. Order esquites, they’re VERY good and tasty. Cocktails were good. I would recommend and the terrace is nicely decorated.

Alex Langlands: Easily some of the best tacos I have had, service was amazing and a wonderful rooftop vibe. Will be coming back when I return to Mexico City. Keep up the great work

Mark LeMessurier: Good selection, nice view and setting. Prices are a little high and service somewhat lacking.

Jessica A: Went to this place just looking for a drink, but I’m extremely glad I ordered food too. It was yummy. Fresh and delicious. I received great service. It wasn’t crowded but I get the feeling it gets that way sometimes. The staff was super friendly and even though I don’t speak much Spanish not him much english he was still patient and accommodating. The drinks were stone and delicious. But not as cheap as some other places in Mexico City

Nahum Lemoignes: Good place to have drinks. Trendy music.

Diana Orozpe Frias: Good service and music 🔥 but it is a little bit expensive

Gianfranco Miranda: Nice place to chat and have cocktails

GAMBINO OROZCO: Nice rooftop place. Nice entrance and cool swing. Parking lots are around area and if you go to this place to have fun you need money since prices are high in drinks. Cheaper to buy bottles in groups. Other than that had a blast.

Koko Ordonez: The best Drag Show, Ms Fong & Lizza San Zussi

Aitana Junco: I went to a gig for a friend and the place is nice, it depends on what you go to but in general the decoration is very nice and modern, although the prices are somewhat high.

Cityzen: what do users think?

Kurt and Sheila Team: Top floor of a beautiful hotel. Easy access via two elevators to the top. Great cocktails and appetizers. They also have a full lunch/dinner menu including steaks. “Grandmas Hands” was a delicious cocktail made with whiskey. So good.

Penelope Sloan: This is a must for any visit to Mexico City! The views are awesome. The menu is kind of small but the Octopus tostadas I had were yummy. Had a nice iced mocha. On the bottom of your build they will give you a 20% discount to their other restaurant. Will be returning soon for drinks and a sunset view! -@nelavision

Angelica-Joy Dumervil: We stayed here over Christmas for our honeymoon and it was been incredible. The food and service is excellent and it is the best view in the city. The tostadas are my favorite and Bruno has been so helpful.

Isabella Garcia-Mendez: I came here for cocktails and a light dinner with my boyfriend and my cousins. The cocktails were fantastic and very reasonably priced. I’m from California, but the rest of my party were from Mexico and they agreed that the prices were great for the location. We ordered tostadas de pulpo and tacos and we loved them as well. They had great music, views, and we had an over all great time. I visit Mexico City often and will be adding Cityzen to my rotation of rooftop bars I frequent :)

Joon Park: Amazing view, great cocktails, and food. Omg, the octopus taco is something you must try if you like seafood. It was the best quality ingredients and super fresh octopus. Wow.

Jennifer Mann: Great view of the city with yummy cocktails (highly recommend the rooftop colada). We made a reservation well in advance, but were seated inside, which was a little disappointing. We asked to move and they let us take the next available table outdoors, so overall good service.

Karina Asher: Cityzen is a gorgeous 40th story bar situated in the heart of Juarez. My goodness, even on an overcast day, this spot provided gorgeous views of the city and mountains. Even sitting inside offers a fantastic views! The servers are so kind. Drinks are strong, use top shelf alcohol and cost about 200 Pesos (approximately $10 USD)- completely well worth it!

Miguel Martim: Hands down the best city view in CDMX! We check this place after a late check-in and were able to get an high table with an incredible expansive view of Mexico City. From our vantage point at the top of the 38th floor we could see the St. Regis and the BBVA skyscrapers at a distance and the Four Seasons tucked away near the bank. The American Embassy is a dot below and to the right we had a clear view of the Angel of Independence and surrounding square. We only ordered a couple cocktails and both were excellent and strong nightcaps. A must visit place when in town for a drink with a view at reasonable prices.

MUBECCEL BERTUG BALOGLU: We stopped by on a Friday night before dinner elsewhere, without reservations and just hung out at the bar. The cocktails are very well made, albeit somewhat overpriced. But the music, the ambience, and the crowd is good so it may be worth it. Nice terrace, has heaters. Surprisingly, they had shisha service and it was way better than the ones I had in Turkey.

Jasmine Shelton: Great for the view and atmosphere. But you need a reservation and the drinks and food are just so-so. It’s what you expect from a beautiful rooftop - their food doesn’t have to be good.

Joseph Collea: Once you get past the un-assuming entrance you enter a beautiful vista of Mexico City in a lively and well decorated rooftop space. The drink cart was a nice touch, along with that day’s gin drink special 🤤 that just kept on coming. The food was spot on and the service was impeccable. If in the area, I would highly recommend a visit.

Damien Malian: Very nice view, decoration, food and service. At the end of the day they had a dj, cool music. 100% reccomended

Satish Maharaj: A very fun rooftop , the views are great , the drinks are nice , the dragon mezcal was one of my favorites and it looks stunning as well. Seems like alot of tourist and more on the higher end as well. The service was great and always ready to answer questions . Definitely a place to check out and highly recommended.

Terraza Catedral: what do users think?

Matthew Fagan: Great rooftop bar overlooking the square and cathedral. Cocktails are too sweet with little alcohol. Do yourself a favor and get shots of Don Julio instead. Servers are nice and the rooftop views are outstanding.

Estephanie Herrera: After an awful experfience in another rooftop, the waiter and manager made us feel like home by giving us the ultimate service and great cocktails. The music was super cool and the hole environment is worth itDefinitely, one of the greatest views in the City

Olia Bosovik: Amazing view , amazing drinks, amazing service! If you’re in Mexico City you have to check out this bar. You will not regret it.

Just Jane: Beautiful spot with great views and excellent staff. A spot to go just for the cocktails alone. Thank you Manuel!

Angeliki K: We had a coctail and watched the sunset!! The place has amazing view!!! The servive was also eccellent!!! Worth visiting!!

paul morandi: Very very very good place to have a Rooftop Sunset cocktail. They are very very very good btw, just a little bit expensive compared to Mexico, but just European prices. Make sure to arrive 45-60” before sunset in order to enjoy it ! Cheers!

Forest Rogers: Awesome rooftop bar! Really good DJ, playing some dope house. Legit cocktails! The views were also amazing 😎

Shackie Aziz: Nice terrace and good service. I really liked the veggie burger, but the fries that came with it was a mix of half cooked and overcooked + a bit cold. But I was more focused on the burger and the view.

Supra Roma Rooftop: what do users think?

trevor pullen: Went here for my Birthday. The view of the surrounding area is humbling. At first our waiter seemed a little impatient with our lack of Spanish. I think they switched waiters and the new ones were very nice to us. The prices are on par with the service and quality you get. The fried olives is an absolute must. Never had anything like it, would order 100 if I could. The middle eastern potatoes were nothing spectacular, but still tasty. The guacamole and chip were fairly spicy, I liked that. Drinks are unique and the music was fantastic.

Esty L: This place is a chill trendy vibe. A lot of Americans hang here. There’s a DJ playing, the drinks were actually really good and tasty. The ahi tuna was delicious. Note: if you want to sit down make a reservation if not you’ll have to stand by the bar and eat there. The booths are only for drink/bottle reservations.

Aurora M: Stunning views and delightful fare. We came on a Sunday so it was quiet but would love to return when it’s livelier. Armando was a visiting guest chef the weekend of 2/27/2022 so those are the menu items depicted here. They even had chicken and waffles which was quite unexpected lol

Tanja Swinkels: We came here for a drink during the weekend. We had delicious cocktails at the bar. The whole restaurant has amazing views over CDMX. Just for the views it’s worth a visit. We had some very weird experiences though, you get help with the door and soap at the toilets. Also we weren’t allowed to sit anywhere because everything was reserved, though there would’ve been more than enough time for us to sit somewhere before people with reservations came in. The place is quite expensive, but not if you see the view in return.

sabi: Really enjoyed the amazing sunset with the 360 view of the city. Drinks were very good, maybe a bit too sweet for me. We had a few appetizers and all of them were delicious! I really recommend trying the Damascus Olives.

Nate Lassiter: This place is great. Excellent vibe and music. The city view is nice too. Good spot for drinks and food. We’ve also done brunch here and enjoyed it. Much more chill then the night vibe.

Brian Walls: Didn’t have a reservation but they found a table for us in the bar. Bar is really cute and fun. Food was amazing. Grilled Avocado, Daikon radish salad, grilled fish…all so yummy. Save room for the cheesecake!

Ugnė Ringelevičiūtė: Great food and vibe. More expensive than you would expect to pay in CDMX, but you ger what you pay for. Really good food, plenty of vegetarian options, service is great. Recommended

Monica Rivera: Great service. Attentive and relatively fast. Loved the food and the charbroiled concept. The eggplant with hummus was delicious. The grilled rib eye was perfect (medium rare) and tasty, so was the Ceasar salad side (however kind of expensive for 300 gr (800 mxn). The banana could have been more ripe as it was not as sweet as it could have been. Drinks were good, not very expensive. The terrace was cozy. Overall, a good place for lunch or dinner.

Cacey Deavoll: Had a bite to eat and a negroni with their house made vermouth! Was great, will be back. Highly recommend. Nice vibe and good staff

Simon Pouliot: Fantastic service. Small menu based on a charcoal grill. Nice wines. Good prices. If I lived here this would be a go-to. Book here you won’t regret it.

Terraza Cha Cha Chá: what do users think?

Camilo: It is a nice and spacious restaurant. the menu has many gourmet dishes with Mexican flavors. They especially have dishes with seafood and fish. the prices are high but the flavors are worth it. the music is very good but they could lower the volume. It is difficult to speak and listen but otherwise very attentive to customers.

Vasti Online: The amazing view on top of this terrace is accompanied by good food and excellent service! A must visit… We were not hungry when we came in, but the food parade (and a sprit) worked its magic to open up our stomachs. We had a pastor-style fish with hand-made tortillas that was very good. Just beware of their sauces, as they are hot! Coffee, desert and music are the perfect complement.

Cesar Beltran: The restaurant is very nice and has amazing views even from the inside. The staff is friendly and really lets you enjoy your time there. They have a very cool bar cart experience, but really the best part other than the view was the marlin empanadas & fish taco! Both really tasty, and if you want some good cocktails and food I recommend it, but remember to make a reservation!

Matthew Sena: Independence Day was a blast! This place was very accommodating. Visiting from FL, we were able to reserve a seat for this event. The staff were super friendly and helpful with sending our wire to reserve. When we arrived were kindly greeted at the lower level, given a shot of mezcal or tequila then put in the elevator to start the party. Once we got in the restaurant l, they rush to set us up our own table on the balcony and gave us the entire run down. Super super fantastic customer service. The band came in later in the evening and supplied us all with great music and energy to celebrate the independence. Definitely recommend visiting this place. Awesome views of the Revolution Monument. 5 stars in my book. Also, the food and tequila was great.

Pokemon Mom: Wonderful views, super attentive service and the food was delicious too! Our favorite dishes were the grilled octopus, fish ceviche, pulled pork taco and beef quesadilla. I did not enjoy the octopus tostada very much. One of the dishes we ordered came with a side of grasshopper. Never had it before and was surprised to find that they are a pretty tasty morsel to put on top of the guacamole we ordered. They were cunchy and goes well with beer. :-) Price was as expected for such a venue. We had a great time dining there!

Gold: Easily one of the best rooftop dining experiences of my life. The staff are very accommodating. The ambience is world class. The food is spectacular. The cocktails are delicious. Definitely try the beet root salad. Ribeye and bone marrow sopa was very decadent. The tempura fish taco was amazing. But also the views made everything come together perfectly.

Isabella T: We had the best margaritas clasicas in Mexico. Also the food was delicious, generous portions and with a detailed presentation. The service was kind, fast and readily available. Ambience and view of the Revolución monument is great for sunsets. Make sure you are outside directly in front of the plaza.

Stephania R: Great rooftop with a nice vibe and a nice view. They have outdoor and indoor seating. The food was very good. Great spot to come with friends and share a couple dishes. The setting was great the food came out quickly and the cocktails were fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Ramon Torres: Wonderful views and great staff. The food was A+++ and the recommended drinks were super. We had duck tacos and the guacamole with chapulines. 10 for 10

Terraza Gran Hotel: what do users think?

Christopher Clark: Best view of the plaza. James Bond fan so wanted to see inside of beautiful old hotel with glass ceiling and iron elevator and also have lunch up here. We had the pasta with mushroom cream sauce which was flavorful and good for the price of $185. My friend had the chicken skewers fir $309 and looked like a lot of food. Very busy but food in about 20 min.

John Jacob: The rating is for the view, shrimp tacos and margaritas. Two thumbs up for the margaritas. The batter kind of fell off the shrimp when you bite them. I would Order something else next time. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful!

Dan Salas: 1st time here ever, brought a friend from the States. Incredible view, must book a table prior. I recommend to pick the balcony view. Need to arrive 10 ~ 20 mins earlier in order to wait for the elevator.

Savannah Foerschler: The view is incredible & I would suggest again for drinks and appetizers. We went to celebrate our one year anniversary in Mexico City and wanted to spend our first night with an amazing view - we ordered a bottle of wine and the Sabors de Octubre and the first course, soup course, and dessert were delicious. They even sent out a second dessert with a special "Happy Anniversary" message on it. Overall the experience was well worth it but the entrees ( salmon and steak ) were not appetizing and the service although very sweet and accommodating was very slow.

janie castro: Location, views, and atmosphere! Food was delicious, We recently visited Mexico City and asked out Hotel concierge for a place with a nice view and delicious food, he made a reservation for us, The Terrazza restaurant was able to sit our party of 7 the same day within a couple of hours. I would totally recommend to enjoy a meal, and a hibiscus mezcalita.

Lupita Nieblas: If you are looking for a friendly staff, good food and a nice view, Terraza at Gran Hotel is the place, I loved the food the service and definitely the view, thanks to Lazaro and Rogelio that made our celebration very special as well to the Manager Ruben that was always happy to help with our pictures 🤩

Elizabeth Keeler: 5 stars for the experience! Sneaky elevator up and beautiful views of the plaza. The drinks are HUGE — two drinks in one (so be careful!) Was not the best margarita I’ve had, but you’re paying for the experience.

Vlad Didenko: The cowboy steak was absolutely awesome for two. Lean just enough to be great rare-done, yet still with some fat to taste very good. Add their asparagus, a bottle of Casa Madero 3V and the date night is unbeatable 👍 Bella Alaska (ask for a fork) and Tarta de Manzana are optional, but highly recommended.

Tom Tango: The kindof rooftop gem you keep coming back to. Cozy ambiance. Nice music. Great Views. Awesome food. Stellar Cocktails. A must visit when in the center! Go there after the palacio de bellas artes! Cool Art and hip shops on the way up too!

Thang: Come for the ambiance and good vibes. View isn’t too bad and the food is okay.

Mariela Lam: Nice view and the best arrachera we had, drinks are good and the servers pretty attentive and helpful. We visited this place twice and in both days we had only good experiences…. Also the tuna tostaditas as appetizers are delish …. Buen Provecho 🇲🇽

Gil Posner: Went one afternoon for a drink and snack. The vibe was really cool with great electro chill music. The terrace has beautiful view on the neighborhood and is well shaded so that you can perfectly sit and enjoy the breeze. We ordered papa rellena with arrachera and chimichangas, both were ok but not stunning, the papa rellena was really flat in flavours. The margaritas were too sweet. Overall nice.

Maria C Villegas E: The food is really good. I highly recommend it. The prices are very affordable. After a visit to Palacio Bellas Artes the perfect place will be la Azotea Restaurant.

Mara R: Great great music and ambiance, good selection for food and drinks but at the back (bar area??? ) there is some whiteflies that will be bothering you aaall the time.

vasilpapa_photography: Very tasty both 👌😋

Brenda Olivia Pérez: The view is amazing and the food was just ok. You’ve better take ur sweater with u after the sun goes down.

Attention was nice, although it was somewhat empty. Food was delicious and with the added view of mexico city at night, it was something I could recommend to someone.
