Angel Lo: Very good store for home articles. It is medium size, and with good quantity and variety of goods. The store is nice, clean and not that crowded. It is within a mall and has good parking site as well. The access to this shop is easy by public transportation or driving by. In general very good store if you need articles for home.
Jose Luis Grijalva: Nice place to buy home goods, however I noticed a better store in Gran Sur. Just a little bit more variety on glasses and cups, at least the things I was looking for.
Kristofor Sherdley: This shop is so expensive. Some prices are almost 3 times more than elsewhere in the city. Avoid it unless you are looking for something that is hard to find as they do have a lot of stuff here. Also the cashiers take way too long to serve the customers. We ended up dropping out over priced items and walking out.

Luis Castaneda: Great store, you can find any needs for your bar, kitchen, even for pets. Prices are fair but usually a lot higher than in USA.

Joaquin Londero: 1 year ago when I bought it I gave it 5 stars because everything seems to be going great, today sadly I cannot say the same, memory foam does not work in the same way and causes me back pain, my nights are no longer the same

Rebeca Re: I made a purchase on your website and they canceled products without explanation. These products are still visible and available on the web for purchase. After calling their customer service (which, by the way, takes an average of 30 minutes to answer a call), they tell me that the product is out of stock even though it appears available for purchase on the web. Zero reliable in a matter of inventory and not to mention customer service. What happened there Liverpool?

The chairs were given to me on time but one of the wrong color. They took the chair to change it and I never got the replacement!! The worst thing is that they have you talking between West Elm and Liverpool and nobody takes responsibility. Too bad they brought this franchise to destroy their reputation.

René Moulinié: The worst service and worst experience we have ever had. Since the purchase was made, Yumiko, the staff who assisted us at this branch, has given us terrible service. In addition, he had an incredible lack of attention to all the details of the order, such as name, mail, telephone, address, delivery date, EVERYTHING was wrong. It has been more than a month since the purchase and dozens of emails and calls have been made to the customer service center without being able to solve anything. In the emails, they have not paid attention to what they have been asked, their answers are incoherent, etc. As soon as they solve us, we will return everything that was bought. Advisable to avoid all these problems and go elsewhere.
Victor Mazariegos Zepeda: The service is excellent, a very cool store with ample parking, and best of all, the mattresses are of the highest quality and the delivery makes transporting it much easier since it is boxed.

Paw Godoy: The mattresses are delicious in that there is no complaint, between yesterday to try them with my girlfriend and the ladies who were serving quite a lot of suckers, they ignored us, they treat you as they see you, bad service. Hire more attentive and friendly staff, no matter how much one goes in appearance if we bring to buy but because of the deal we prefer to buy it online.

Phyllis Davis: This store in Mexico City has three (3) Large floors of products available for sale. This store is conveniently located near the train stop and it’s part of a LARGE MALL. The store was clean. We’ll organized and plenty of staff readily available to assist customers. Bathrooms were also clean, well stocked, and available for customers use. This is one of the largest IKEA STORES I have visited ANYWHERE! They even have lockers available for your use while you shop. The IKEA Restraunt and conveyance stand were very clean, staff readily available to assist customers . I found that MANY of their employees spoke fluent English!
Mack Villa: 😢 Very bad and sad experience, I ordered some products online and I received only part 😭 of my order, the worst part is that no one wants to take any responsibility 🙄 of my missing furniture, still waiting almost for one month 🧘🏻♂️😭🧘🏻♂️ buy at Costco instead they do guarantee & deliver your products 🤗❤️🤗
Alejandro L: If you’re familiar with IKEA stores around the world, then you will find exactly the same good service, the same good prices, and the same food than the other stores in other countries. (With some extra food selections only available in México, like Chiles en Nogada in September, which are a very popular dish) It’s located in a new shopping mall near of Mexico City airport, with the only objection being the area were is located. (The area is not very safe, so take precautions) The shopping mall has plenty of parking spaces with the plus of around 6 places for electric cars, with charging stations free of charge. I hope they open more stores around the city in the future.
Napoleon Rojas: Great prices on food, overpriced on everything else. Lines for checkout are stupid long, like 1 hour just to be able to pay. If you are still willing to overpay for forniture there, I would recommend ordering online.
Henric Carlsson: I am from Sweden and might even have been conceived in an IKEA store, however, in Sweden there are ALWAYS meatballs to set the romantic mode. Today, there where none. There was also a TOTAL lack of bookshelves and basically every other item we wanted. Please show an "Out of stock"-tag in the showroom! I will happily change this to 5 stars once these issues are solved. Now the self pick felt more like she shelves in DDR than an IKEA. I hope you will fix your stock before I travel all the way from Yucatan again!

Katie Gu: I was in the store today, when I was sitting on one of the sofa, the staff told me I can’t sit on their sofa. Very rude. I left right away and will never come back again.
Andrea Berbeyer: Be careful because there are some employees who charge you double and in the end "they make the return" (if you realize it) and the money never returns to your card, nor do they deliver the product to you. I have been fighting for money since October 2021, now I am with Profeco and the issue continues...
