Anna K: Nice store with a cool design concept. The variety of clothes was impressive but women's shoes was not. There was way too much staff for such a small store. There were more staff thancustomers, but you get plenty of attention from them all 😄🤣.
Jasmin: I love visiting this store when I’m in the city. The employees are helpful when you ask for something. I don’t however like being followed around t security everywhere I go. Makes me feel unwelcomed. I would have spent way more money if they weren’t over my shoulder all the time..
Sergio Ocampo: Very informed, cool, and unpretentious staff. The building and store are also beautiful but the employees made it a 5 star experience.

Brannon La Force: Just don’t go to this store. Two rude women cut the line where we were waiting outside. I went inside to see when we would be allowed in. I spoke with this horrid tattooed women with multiple piercings who told me to “get back in line!” I tried to explain that I was next in line, yet she sided with the nasty girls who had cut in line ahead of me. Again, another example of awful customer service in the city.
Mike Jacob: Hypebeast! Retail prices! It's Mexico though so a cervesa with a purchase over $100usd (any single item in the store) wouldn't hurt 😀. The new kicks and jacket are on fire though kind of like my wallet.
Paul P: They have beautifully designed Mexico exclusive stuff that you really can't find online outside of Mexico. Definitely a place to check out especially if you're from out of town.
nicolas vander biest: Great shop for the adidas lover, very well designed shop and lot's of cool stuff you won't find anywhere else. Great neighbourhood too with other nice discoveries to do.

Nat Nat: Lousy place. Employees watching TV and the only one who "answers" tells you that you can't try on the tennis shoes. How are you going to buy them if you can't try them on? And yes, they should be noticed because some are dirty or detached and at prices from other places, such as Nike or Adidas from 2000 onwards.

Jack Huang: Great store, one of the biggest Nike stores in Mexico, from the inside products might not seem abundant, but it still has a great variety. Came here to buy shoes, even though I didn't find the one I was looking for I was still amazed by this giant store.
Fernando Madera: So, went for a pair of shorts... The guy in store said they didnt have my size and he totally assured me they would have them at Inova sport polanco... Walked there.. The 8 city blocks at least... And nothing... The guy at inova said they should've called the store to make sure they had them and not just check in their iPad and make false affirmations... Margaret Krause: Fantastic sporting goods store in Mexico City! The have everything you need for a wide variety of activities. I was also to find a high quality microfiber pack towel there for an upcoming trek - and it was not expensive! English speaking staff. The street is full of other sporting goods stores, so it's a good one-stop-shop for all of your active needs.
Steven Corr: Excellent place to pick up some last minute mountaineering equipment. The gentleman that assisted me with my purchases was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this store to any outdoor enthusiast.
Daniel Jensen: Not the sort of selection you'd find in REI, but probably the best available in Mexico City. Prices range from reasonable to expensive, mostly depending on whether the item is imported or not.
Ricardo Reyes: Good selection and customer service. Their credit card machine doesn't work half the time though.

Edmundo Tzompa: From a few years to now the service has been very bad in the Mountaineering area. They serve you and some vendors seem to be doing you a favor by selling. Sometimes I complained to the manager and he listened to me, but as if he were doing me a favor. They have good prices, but if they don't change their bad service attitude, the competition will eat them up. Before they were the best, but with that service they hardly want to return. How advice should they copy Verti or Seventh Grade their quality of service, or outright hack one of their managers to put customer service in order.
