A Carlton: This is a big Walmart! I love the bakery area, I wish the ones in the States would give so many bread, pastry choices. You can even buy scooter, bikes in this store :) Beware that you need to bring bags, I was lucky to have a backpack with me. You can take a taxi right across the store
Josiah Wadsack: Great store layout, but slow cashiers. Also, when raining there are many many leaks, resulting in wet floors and water-soaked product. Not at all the quality standard expected of the Walmart brand.

Fowzer - travelideasusa: It’s like in the US but obviously with Mexican Food and other items. It’s really cheap if you traveling from the states. You cannot carry your bags or backpacks inside the store. It needs to be checked in. The no 181 was my checked bag no. I found it pretty safe to leave it with them. Clean store and helpful employees. They didn’t speak English but we communicated fairly well. Have patience you will be good.
James Concepcion: Nice complete Walmart that has everything you would need. The area is a bit sketchy with a fully guarded fenced perimeter. They also have armed guards all over the store interiors. I do not think they are there for shoplifters. I was able to buy Anejo Tequila, quinoa, soup and sauce mixes specific to Mexico, canned goods and other yummies to take back home. They have Chai Tea sweetened with Stevia. Agave sugar was like $2 a box. The prices are like 1/3 the price in the US. So this is like a paradise to shop.
Ayako Maeda: A large Walmart in the city. Did a lot of shopping and the parking fee was 5 pesos. It was good to have many Palmer’s and BaBylissPRO products which are my favorite. There are only a few types of eye drops selection.

ASIF ALI: Few minutes walk from the library. Neighbourhood was not that great but honestly no one bother us. Lots of food cart just outside. I think this was one of the biggest on in the city. I don’t recommend this place for late evening.
Jean Paul Puican Vigo: It's. So. Biiig! I almost lost myself inside and even with the signs if kinda hard to know where is what. Like, a vacuum cleaner is near the other electronics, but the mini vacuum are apparently only for cars and are at the car appliances zone. Figure that! Nevertheless, it was a great place to buy at. Just... Could you guys please also accept Diners Club card?

Hugo Camara: I took my s10 plus to be repaired on October 18, I take it with mere badass and it even seems that they don't want to sell or work, it turns out that they send my equipment for review and they detect that it is the display that had to be replaced, something that we already knew from that was entered, the problem is that they never contacted me to confirm its repair and they returned it likewise, do not waste your time, terrible logistics from this store.

Bastian Spekker: If you have trouble with airpods better go for a different shop. First they figured after reviewing that there was a technical issue (no recording properly first 2 seconds) and no cleaning issue. They told me my AirPods would get replaced and a week later I got a standardized mail that they would need to clean them first and charge me around 30 USD. After calling to make sure there’s no misunderstanding, they affirmed they would first clean (and charge me for it) and then they would most probably sent them in anyway for replacement. So first make me loose time and then charge me for a unnecessary service! Very bad practice and even worse experience. Update: They didn’t even bother to explain themselves when I went to get the AirPods. Literally don’t care about their customers.
Konstantin Grachev: Don't trust these guys. They charge you for doing a diagnostic to find what the problem is. And when they can't find the problem, they charge you anyway. Had my motherboard changed there and, suspiciously, my airport card stopped working just a week after. Never had problem with it before. Now they're asking for $3,500 to replace the airport (a cheap part that takes 10 minutes to replace). I have reported my concerns to Apple and you should do the same if you have any problems with them. EDIT: my girlfriend had her HDD cable changed here. It had a 3 month guarantee. 3 months later it broke again. WHAT A SURPRISE

I went to have my AirPods Pro case repaired or changed because it had been damaged and no longer worked, the headphones worked perfectly, at first everything was fine, they told me that they would give me a new case and that they would keep the headphones for perform service tests etc. When I received the new case, it worked perfectly, but when I received the headphones I immediately noticed that they were giving me others that were not mine because mine had brands that I recognized perfectly, I immediately told the TechSupport guy and he told me yes, they had notified him that they would give me "new" ones when I never asked for a change of headphones because as I already mentioned, they worked perfectly, when they were delivered I tried them quickly without being very meticulous and everything seemed to work fine, As the days went by I noticed that the left earphone had a sound problem and it vibrated all the time, I went back to complain and explain that those were not my earphones and they washed their hands telling me no, that they were mine and that they had not had other AirPods Pro for fix or repair in a while, I WENT FOR A CHANGE OF HOUSE, do you understand the fraud and theft of these rats? They should shut down this fucking black market store.

Tope Farotimi: Be careful with these people. They priced their USED 8th gen IPad as more expensive than the BRAND NEW latest gen model from Apple. When i found out 5 minutes after i bought it, i tried to return it and was told i could only get a store voucher. I had to show them their store policy and argue with them until they would agree to refund me.

Sam Ardeecee: This place is a ripoff for buyers... being new in the country i was unfamiliar with the phones sold here, so i bought a decent mid-range phone for what i thought was a decent price Then i discover the plaza de technologia and the phone stores near it on lazaro cardenas - most of the stuff being sold at CEX, used, can be bought NEW for half the price at these less polished, but far more cost effective shops where locals who are not wealthy enough to hang out at Buenavista buy their phones hopefully CEX will buy this back from me at close to what i paid for it but im not holding my breath (i turned out not to need it, but that's not their fault) oh well, at least the phone WORKS
Frankie Inmann-Arbo: Decent inventory but I'm not satisfied with the return policy. Due to the poor return policy I was paid nearly half the amount on a game system despite the fact nothing was wrong with it and it was returned in the original box with the sales slip.
Roy Trigueros: You can find pretty much any Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 Wii, Wii U, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 4, Xbox, Xbox One, Switch, PSP, PsVita, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo DS, and even Gamecube game in the store, however the sell/trade in checkout is terribly slow, employees are going up and down forgetting about customer waiting down the line, sometimes even the buying checkout is terribly slow, they need to improve productivity and organization.

Cornelius Michael: UNACCEPTABLE! I went here recently to get the battery of my iPhone 6 exchanged under the current exchange program. They took the phone in for checks and came back saying they couldn’t do the exchange due to severe corrosion and water damage. I didn’t get suspicious when they offered me a replacement for 6000 pesos, but kindly refused. Now, I thought I‘d try to exchange the battery myself and, to my surprise, there is no visible water damage or anything in the phone at all. I can‘t help but think, that they were trying to trick me. Perhaps, Apple should rethink their sale incentives for their employees. To me this is fraud.

The last time I went there the guy was trying to explain me something I wasn’t at all interested in, plus despite me telling him, he would just go on; treating me as a total technology dumb. Not cool. In addition, if I hadn’t insist in my arguments, I would loose $1000MXN. Luckily, after 15 minutes of discussion he decided to call some else, who knew much better...
Sergio Sanchez: According to customer service the store is still not open to the public without an appointment. I was looking in to buying a new macbook with a trade in. but after several minutes waiting i was told that it wasn't possible at the time to make an appointment.
Phil Chambers: The store is newly opened and not very busy considering it's the first in Mexico. Like other apple stores, there is a huge number of staff members who are pleasant and eager to please. All the staff I spoke with were kind enough to ask me if I preferred speaking in English or Spanish. I had a Genius bar appointment which was on-time and efficient. I wasn't satisfied with the outcome of my appointment and felt they didn't give me a satisfactory solution to my problem. The shopping center doesn't have good signage to find the store (none of those "you are here" kind of maps of this giant mall). It's right next to the El Palacio "home store" on the second floor in the newer section of the mall.
Jim Heaton: I don't usually give reviews but I was so pleased with the service I got at this store today, I wanted to write. I just arrived in Mexico when my iphone 7 began splitting apart. After trying to get it repaired at an Apple reseller, we drove across town to Apple Via and I'm glad we did. We were helped by one of the managers with very little wait and he and his staff replaced the phone with a new one and helped me move everything from icloud to the new phone. Thank you Apple Via!
Jana Fainsod: Not a happy client!!! Today was my 5th visit to the store, everybody smiles without resolving the problem, just want to take advantage of the clients. This started a couple of month ago, my daughter’s phone had to be changed for a problem it manifested, I was asked to pay for the exchanged of the phone, I asked if o can upgrade it? They said NO! Has to be the same exact model. I paid for it and was given a new “phone”, a week later the cámara became loose and went again. They exchanged the phone again. I asked about the guarantee they said 90 days from the first repurchase A few weeks later some lines appeared on the display, I managed to go today, to be told that it was damaged by water......(not true) and that they recommend to buy a newer version instead of this one???? And they are willing to make installments to help me? WHY SHOULD I TRUST THEM THAT THIS TIME THEY GAVE ME A WORKING PHONE? BUT OF COURSE I HAVE TO PAY BECOUSE THEY ARE NOT SURE IT WAS DAMAGED BY WATER???? Not happy at all with them.
