Val Y: Super friendly staff, decent supply of pet food. Certainly not nearly the selection of the stores you’d see in the states but you can get close enough to what your pet needs here.
Cassie Grimm: It's usually not too full of people (though there's often a wait to pay). And it's pretty good-sized. I usually get my cat litter refills there. The downside is that it's relatively expensive - sign up for the newsletter to get good deals - and with club petco you get a 50 peso coupon for like every 1000 pesos spent.

Allison Warhol: Medium size pet store and grooming salon. They sell a lot of products for pets, including food, toys, collars, tags, beds, pet carriers and more. Everyone is polite and wants to help you, it was not crowded when i visited and the employee helped me with my problem (i had to return a product because it was defective) quickly and efficiently. It´s easy to locate, you can walk from Sonora metrobus station to arrive.

Brenda Kuankiu: Found helpful staff, everything I wanted and was even given advice on some troubling matter when it came to my pup's health. The prices are a bit higher but they have stuff that is quite difficult to find online.
Jesse Hafen: You can pick up your animal meds for less than half of USA prices. It's a small store, but well stocked.

Alberto Mendoza: Very good store, it just takes quite a lot of time at checkout if there's people
Jordi Albatross: All you need for your pets and mostly all you and your pets do not really need but many still buy. Hairdressing and adoption avaliable but no regular vet services. They have efficient home delivery, very handy if you buy big and heavy bags of dry food or cat litter.
Belisa Cedillos: Came in looking for some pet accessories but ended up having my 14 yrs old Chihuahua examined after a long trip from the US. I was thoroughly impressed by the ease and affordability of service. We went home with meds and detailed regime.
Derick Vasquez: Best place to find up to date and current items for your pet. It is kinda expensive, so avoid buying things you can find at a supermarket. The veterinary staff is pretty good, they let you take informed decisions and are willing to give you follow ups and intake on your pet's condition. Please be aware that the return policy of the dog food requires the original ticket, which they do not let you know about unless you ask. Lastly they could work on the checkout queue which can become pretty long if left unattended.
tony asda: Grooming: They hurt and strangle the dogs if they are stress/move. The staff don’t care. We took a video to take legal action. Don’t go there.

Larry Yannakoudakis: Parking costs $5 when the ticket is stamped. Good range of products and pets. Adoption center in the back with dogs and cats. Also sell reptiles, fish, and ferrets. Can get very busy on the weekends but the queue doesn't move too slowly.

The food is pretty pricey for Mexican standards. Been here numerous times with my Dogo and never been offered a treat. I thought all pet stores offer a lil treat to your lil best bud. Everytime we leave I feel like my dog feels shafted. Fish and reptiles can be purchased here as well.

sanam rezaei rokhsari: The best place for your dog to stay or have a day playing with other dogs… I left my Barney with them for 12 days and everything was just perfect… they send multiple videos and photos everyday and whenever I randomly wanted to check on Barney, they were there to respond. Grecia Cárdenas: The service is VERY good, it is a great place for your furry friend to live and play in kindergarten. And if you have to go out, it is the best option for lodging. In all their services they take care of them, they pamper them, they keep you informed all the time and everything is without cages.
Rex Keeble: Excellent nursery. They have helped us maintain the health of one of our special needs dogs; They do his physical therapies when he is there, he goes to aquatic rehabilitation and they help him to use his wheelchair and to stand up during periods of time. Absolutely the best place to take care of your dog when you can't. The dogs play and live together freely, supervised at all times and the staff sends you photos and videos of these activities, as well as of the furry ones when they eat. The hotel service is also excellent and follows the zero cage concept. The dogs stay in small rooms (similar to a luxury stable) that are located within themed rooms. If you have several dogs, there are rooms for them to stay together overnight. The admission process is more complex than elsewhere, since not just any puppy can attend. The behavioral test is the most important, since it determines if the furry will be able to live with the rest of the family. We Dog You really changed our lives and our dogs are the happiest when they go, especially to one of the birthday parties.
Montserrat Zamudio: A very good option for those of us who are not comfortable leaving our dogs at home while we are gone. The place is small but they take very good care of the puppies. They have several options for stays. In particular we use per day. 10 days are paid and you can use them as you need. They are active all year long.
Libia García: We love We dog You, they are the best, all the boys are very cute and kind to our dogs. We take our dogs to kindergarten and grooming, they always come out with a very good attitude and super happy, that gives us total confidence. Also when we leave them in a hotel we leave very calm knowing that we leave them in the best hands, they are zero cages, they always keep us up to date on how they are doing and they send us photos and videos, even when they eat and go to sleep. They handle very good prices compared to other places in terms of lodging and kindergarten. What has made us trust We dog You 100% is that our puppies always arrive and leave very happy.

SAM: This is an average for the franchise, not too small but not one of the biggest. Most of the time, the employees are nice and helpful. But recently, the service from the chief of pick-up deliveries is terrible. They refused to dispatch my order and said it could take up to 2 days to be ready, when every other time usually they help you. I had to contact the call center, and they confirmed that there was an attitude failure from the employee.

Making Waves: Pretty nice pet store. Kinda small. Had a good selection of cat food. My cat liked the dry food I bought him. That's the most important part. The location is kinda weird since it's outside. Will be shopping here again.
