Roma Records: what do users think?

Josue Nunez Torres: This has to be my favorite record shop in the world. It’s hard to find the classics rock en español back in the States like Caifanes, so I always make sure to do some crate digging here every time I visit 🦇

Ting Lung: Went up to the counter to pay for $800 of records, was charged $1200. Do they think I can't add? Have some dignity as a small business owner, you aren't selling souvenirs on the street.

Raul Morales: If you like music in high definition as the artist thought this place is for you, the best records of all kinds, the price of vinyl is around $ 500 pesos are not accessible to everyone but you find some more accessible used options .

Ann Fratti: Small but incredibly well stocked record store. They also have a variety of cassettes and CDs.Parking space Difficult to find parking Parking options Paid street parking …More

simon: this place is sick, such a wonderful atmosphere and their catalogue is absurdly large

JEFF DOJILLO: Mostly represses, focused on Rock Music. Small Jazz, Soul, Funk Selections.

Ben -: Solid record store. They seem to specialize in newer releases, unopened records. Great, great store for that sort of thing. Prices on both used and new seemed high to me, most used records were not graded. For example, an unopened copy of Arca's self titled LP for MX$1100 (~$55 USD). Amazing album, but a bit out of my price range for a 1xLP.

Andy Newman: Cool little gem in a city full of choices.

Liam Silva: They have a lot of vinyl records and they can take you a special order.

Alex Delechambre: A must for vinyl lovers. The store is small but has a well-curated selection. An especially nice offering of box sets when I was there.

A: Amazing record store for digging. They had ALL the genres, and everything is graded. You could spend hours here. Prices seemed fair and reasonable. They also carry some new stuff. They play records in the shop too which is a nice touch. This was also the most spacious record store I checked out during my visit to CDMX.

Jeremy Uzan: Best Vinyl Shop of Mexico City for me. You can listen to the vinyls, the prices are very interesting. They have various styles. Real

Zach Martinson: This shop is amazing! Found an incredible Phil Ochs vinyl here. If you like vinyl this shop is a must!

D Max: Excellent place to do some music shopping. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Staff are really friendly and with a nice attitude to help the customer's needs and demands. There are listening stations with turntables where one can listen to the records. Prices are really good, and wide variety of genres! This shop is highly recommended!!

Susana Contreras: Lots and lots of bins to dig through. You will definately need a lot of time for this spot but I have found a few gems. Also, it's a bit disorganized because there is a lot to go through, hence the gems.

Carlos Jacobo: This a great vinyl store. It has an amazingly large selection of discs. With all type of generes and the people who works there are really kind. They have great prices and it also helps that they are working in an internet web with all the names available that they are selling at the time. And they open daily so that's great also

Erik Barns: Good prices and a good selection. Good selection of used records. Wish i could have spent more time digging

Brian Gharala: Buena atención y amplia selección. English-speaking staff will help you find new music. They played us a variety of records upon request before we purchased them.

Bernardo Navarro: Great assortment of records at amazing prices and in pretty decent condition. Service might be slightly rude at times, but overall a great store.

O Nails: Support indie record stores like this whenever and wherever you still can!

A Richter: I was open to finding something unexpected, but was disappointed with recommendations for medium quality second hand 800 MXN vinyls. Bought a new one for 1.000 than. The store got a style makeover, probably moved a few meters down the road from the photos you see here.

spencer byrnes: Absolutely quality selection. If you're a DJ or have love for funk, disco your wallet will be hurting. Prices are a little high on certain records but you'll find things you didn't realize your looking for. Very nice owner, stayed open for me to personally browse.

Jeremy Uzan: Nice shop.Nice Guy who advices good stuff.

Uli Schumacher: Wasn't expecting a store with my exact taste. Hip Hop, Funk, Soul, Salsa, Jazz, Afro-Beat. Was looking for something local and got a good recommendation and had a nice chat with the staff. Has a lot of stuff you can get elsewhere (e.g. Online or outside of Mexico), but since this place is really nice and has a great selection I left some more money there. If I'd live in deefe (was there on vacation) I'd be a regular.

TB: Picked up some Salsa records and enjoyed having a look through the new stock. Good atmosphere.

Marcela: So many awesome finds here! The owner is really knowledgeable and friendly as well

Franz Sunyovszky: very cool store

Derek Aguila: They sold me a record for 500 pesos and inside it had a 400-peso sticker. I want to believe that it was a mistake, the store is very good and has a good selection.

izak mendoza: One of the best record stores (LP's) in Mexico City, you can always find something new to listen to. Recommended if you are looking for: Hip Hop, Salsa, Funk, Jazz, Reggae, AfroBeat, Soul. EYE: Prices may not be for everyone (they vary from 500 to 800) But they are worth the titles you can find, they have limited editions and / or quite good exclusives that are not found elsewhere. The staff is always attentive and have extensive knowledge of the genres without problems can help you with your purchase, can ask for recommendations if you want to buy something new that you do not know or by a title that you found interesting. They have a section of used discs quite good, they can try them in the turntable of the store. You can find other things like: t-shirts, some accessories for your turntable, magazines / books, among others.

Claudia Hernández: Very good selection. Great collection of 7” Everything I took VG/VG+ It could be a little better with more light to see the discs better.

Demian 666: A store with a good variety of music. Affordable prices. Good vibes and specialized store staff. Good attention. A store also focused on 100% Mexican bands. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Carlos FraderaBrunet: Vinyls, CDs, cassettes, posters and diverse musical paraphernalia, for niche music lovers. Unique pieces!! Excellent attention.

Nestor Godoy: It is a music store with vinyl records, Compact Disc, some boxsets, books, patches, t-shirts, sweatshirts, pins, it is varied and the guy who attends is cool, I will definitely be back. The best thing is the music that they play very cool

Arturo Madrid: Place with good attention and atmosphere. The small detail arises in national drinks since they contain a minimal amount of alcohol, barely perceptible to the palate. good music and atmosphere
Response: hello, good afternoon, I think there was a little confusion, we are a vinyl store, greetings

Selene: A gem in the center of Mexico City, plenty options to buy and they got a bar you beer and mezcal for $100 , great music!!!

Davin Rothschild: We stumbled into this place expecting a small record store and instead found a DJ spinning everything from M.I.A. to classic disco and surf punk, terrific home brewed beer, an eclectic collection of records, and one of the friendliest staffs I've ever met. One of my favorite places in Mexico City and an absolute haven for people who love music.

Mar Sphrr: Best record store in town 😍✨ they have showcase, drinks, Dj sets on vinyl ad of course a lot of records 🔥😍

A: Cool little record shop housed inside a multi-story building amongst other cute shops and eateries. The shop is on the second floor.

Cyril ARNAUD: Very Good Welcome, Very Good Staff. Large Choice & Excellent Selection! Many Thanks✌

Raúl “Rulo” Avila: Cool 🤟🏻

Carlos Lujan: Nice

Desireé Becerril: The place is very nice. It is a bit hidden inside Colonia Roma, but when you enter, you are very struck by the decoration. The variety of discs is not vast, but you can find pleasant surprises. The problem is attention. No one greeted us upon entering. The menu is small and with high prices. A domestic canned beer at 55 pesos and some nachos at 60. When they were delivered it was on a small plate with little cheese and a few jalapeños. The ones they sell you at the movies are even better. This left a lot to be desired. The place is nice, but they have a lot to improve.

Dianne Soto: Excellent place to listen to music on vinyl, buy it and have a flirty drink. Super nice atmosphere.

CESAR B. (Archie): Good place for recreation, rock nights... drinks at an affordable price and a good atmosphere

Melissa Diaz: Wow Wow Wow! A record diggers dream!! Super friendly owners, lots of 45s and records from Brazil, Cuba, Mexico & The States. Have your list ready and happy digging 😁
Response: Thank you for your review and your images, greetings and we hope to see you soon

Jürgen Kunstkammer: An incredible place, worthy of the world museum community and with a great collection of records

Josh White 2326: Thank you for helping us with the needle and for your attention! Very nice! Greetings from Ventura, California!
Response: Thank you for your comments and I hope the needle has worked, especially, greetings

Israel Flores: The place is very cool, cozy and with a lot of details that are not necessarily related to music. They have a very vast collection, especially if you are looking for editions of old records, although they also have recent records.
Response: Thank you very much for your comments, and we will be glad to welcome you again, greetings from all of us who collaborate in Discópolis

MENDOZA MARTINEZ ADRIAN TONATIUH: A nice place for music lovers and vinyl collectors, the store manager is super friendly :))
Response: Thank you very much for your comments here we are waiting for you, greetings

Hector Osnaya: Good location but an exterior sign on the sidewalk would help more to find the store in addition to the name of the business that it already has, I think the prices are very high
Response: Thank you for your comments

Elizabeth Sánchez: Great store, the manager is very attentive and helpful, we went with my partner and he was amazed with the order, the neatness and the vast amount of vinyl of great quality. Highly recommended!
Response: Thank you very much for your lines, receive a cordial greeting and we hope to see you soon

Luis Castañeda: I want to know if now that they have regular service they open only on Saturdays and Sundays?
Response: Hello good afternoon, for now yes; We have to deal with a family situation that greatly restricts our availability during the week, send us your messages and DM requests and we will try to give you a better response to your requests https://linktr.ee/discopolis.mexico

J. Arturo Aguilar: It is without a doubt an oasis of records in Mexico City. The staff is friendly, breaking with the history that precedes it. However, you have to go ahead of time, it is a big world and the prices are somewhat high; however the quality of the material is well worth the investment.
Response: We appreciate your review and hope to see you soon, regards

Samuel Lucas: A good place with a wide variety of all discs Currently due to the pandemic, new titles are not arriving but he has very good records at his disposal even so

Will Grice: Great selection of Mexican and Latin records. Plenty of stuff you won't see in Europe or the US. Would highly recommend to anyone keen on digging.

Valerie Sara Tonolli: Super cool shop to buy vintage records and clothing, vintage and new from Mexican designers. They also host live concerts in the space.

Susana Contreras: So sad that this gem clsoed, though I hear rumors that it is merging with another spot. Found some really rare mexiocan synth pop and post punk and other stuff... Plus, the owners are awesome - super nice and true music heads. The shop is cute with lots of used LPs and 45s as well as some clothing, pins, etc. Loved it!!!
Response: Hello!! We are now at Dr. Lucio 103, col doctors.

Twee Lovers Outdoor Club: Doesn’t exist.
Response: Yes, of course, but we have had problems with our old address that appears in the center. But we are in Mérida 122 first floor, col Roma Norte you can find us from the newspaper.

Yael Mat: The coolest vinyl store, they have good prices and all kinds of genres. One random day I went in and sat down to listen to the vinyl I had chosen from the great selection and everything was very comfortable. I kept each vinyl very carefully and went to the cash register to pay, at the time there was a promotion that left me and my wallet happy. In addition to having an incredible vintage clothing section, a top tier store.

Ursula Matus: We made the purchase on the page, the deposit was made and we only went to pick up and settle, everything is really excellent, it is the second purchase we have made with them and we have no complaints ✨❤️

Karen Muñoz Ruiz: I'm a fan of their variety of albums and musical genres!! I love the merchandise they have for clothing and accessories

Johan Rodriguez: A wide variety of records in cassette, vinyl and CD formats, however the prices are high compared to other record stores.
Response: Friend, you are inventing your criticism, since we do not sell cassettes or CDs and our customers know it. It's a shame that there are people wanting to affect businesses, since apart from that we have sealed discs well below their market price here in CDMX. What a shame about the attitude.

Allin L. “Allin L. Reyes” Reyes: The best spot to enjoy the magic of vinyl long life to the noise record

Jose Valle: One of the best stores in the area. Good assortment, usually first editions. They also have a small selection of clothing and accessories or paraphernalia from the records. Their prices, although expensive for the area, are balanced.

Kayvon Khosrowpour: A great, small record shop in a cool area. Very helpful and accommodating owners. The owner helped me find various cumbia, danzon, Latin jazz, and salsa music. Some of the bigger names are more expensive, but that’s not unusual.
Response: Thank you very much for your review and for visiting our store, enjoy your records and we look forward to your return one day, it has been a pleasure to serve you

Matthew D: Joaquin was awesome. Incredibly friendly and very helpful. He knows a ton about the Beatles and rock, and was able to help me find some other genres of music as well.

Ryan Seiter: I had a wonderful time talking with the owner, who was so happy to share music knowledge and test records. People outside singing along. Great experience.

JK Di Crocco: The store has a wonderful selection of rare classic vinyl And a very friendly owner. Highly recommended for Beatles, Pink Floyd, LED Zeppelin, and ‘60s and ‘70s rock fans.
Response: Thanks a lot!, for your visit and your review, come back soon.

Saikat Biswas: The owner is very polite and very helpful. And ofcourse he speaks English. When I expressed my interest in buying a used turntable, he took his time and pointed me to the right place for turntables. Thanks a lot.
Response: You deserve at least that. I hope to see you soon

Carlos Jacobo: It is a small vinyl store with a extremely limited selection of discs.
Response: Well, we are a small record store, specialized in The Beatles and Classic Rock, we deeply regret not fulfilling your "big" expectations.

Gabriel Grignolo: Cool

Antonio Garcia Yañez: Small place, everything very well accommodated, easy to find the music that one likes, it is not cheap, but it is well worth visiting

A Dayanne PR: The place is small but nice, I feel like they lack a bit of variety and they have good prices. You can find some classics and promotions, it is one of those places where it is convenient to see what is there because sometimes you find hidden gems.

Miguel Angel Pérez Alvarez: It was a magnificent experience. I found someone knowledgeable who recognized the value of the collection I brought to him for sale. Ideal for people looking to buy or sell a collector's disc. Especially rock or jazz.

99 Records: what do users think?

Salvatore Viola: Surely one of my worst experiences I had in the last year. Today, Saturday, November 5, 2022, I went to have breakfast with my wife, we left for breakfast and right next to it was a record store, we are music lovers and lately we got our equipment to listen to records, we went with all the intention of buying new music but when entering 99 Records there were two guys who didn't even greet us, 0 customer service, a 2x2 place should at least have more vibes. Déjalo Ser Records: what do users think?

Vladimir: Nice little vinyl records store, the staff was helpful, and they have a vinyl record player (though very simple) to check the records onsite.

Gustavo Meneses: It was interesting to arrive. You don't notice it until you look closely. There is everything and all prices. A recommended place for those looking for vinyl.

A. Citlalli Ramírez Beltrán: An excellent place for lovers of vinyl and CD's

Liliana García: I loved it, there are all the records, new, old, classic, all kinds of music, affordable prices, very friendly staff

Alfredo Villalobos: They have a good assortment of vinyls and some CDs. I went to the store looking for CDs and knowing that it is a good option for collectors, I expected to find CDs in acrylic cases, but the ones they showed me are already digipack versions and those types of discs are still in Mixup at the same price they give them in this store. You are missing an order by genre for your CDs and vinyls. The prices on some products if they are high, have discounts of 5% paying in cash. Attention is good.

Carlos A. Valecillo Ochoa: The place is cozy and well located. Although the street looks a bit abandoned when you enter the store, you are safe. The catalog they have is impressive and the prices are very good. They have a lot of Japanese vinyl that blows me away. The treatment is very friendly and the lady who is always there is a very nice person and very helpful. Widely recommended.

Daniel Neri: Wide variety of arts and genres. You can find very hard to find albums elsewhere.

Adair Celis: Very good vinyl store for collectors. It has a little bit of everything and the prices are fair, the records are also well cared for and the people who serve them are friendly.

Martell Baca Zamora: One of the best vinyl stores in town. Wide catalog and reasonable prices, in addition to the fact that the staff is very friendly and knows what they sell.

Luis M. Núñez: luxury care. 100% kind. Top quality records in all genres. fair prices. In the days of RSD they shine with the releases. Easily accessible location. It is a paradise for those who call themselves music lovers. Come, you won't regret it.
