Freddie Paterson-Morgan: Excellent hospital for expats. Had very bad stomach infection … arrived … saw a nurse in 10 mins … tests run and on drip in 20 mins … results back in 60 mins … doctor to interpret in 90 mins … back out in 180 mins. Most staff spoke English, super clean and modern facility, everyone incredibly hospitable, and to top it all: reasonably priced. Cannot fathom why anyone left <5 stars. Tip top!

Yves Dominique Reymond Vanegas: It takes about three days to get the results of an x-ray. If you have an urgency go somewhere else. Administrative staff is both unfriendly and rude.
Jordi Albatross: I have been here many times, had five surgeries in this complex and I can only say good things about the quality of the treatment and the staff. This hospital provides top quality advanced health care. It is for sure expensive and not everyone can afford it. The only thing that does not work is, despite the cost, the payment via insurance after discharge, they may keep you waiting for up to six hours, or even overnight at your cost of course, when the only thing you want to is to get out of the hospital to go home. Fix that bureaucracy please, and i will give you the 5 stars...

jamerson bastos: The worst experience in a hospital ever... 5 hours for one ray x ? 1 hour to pay ( due to they were charging us for medicines, analysis that we didn´t use. They bring me the ray -x in CD , any computer today has CD player ? In short, old hospital, archaic systems for billing and delivery of analysis, employees without commitment to the patient. There is a lack of transparency on the part of doctors in explaining you better why you should do a certain analysis. For example, why analyze potassium and sodium if you have a back pain problem? An MRI or X-ray can tell you better about it. If you are a foreigner, think about before going to this hospital, as they believe that foreigners, because they do not understand the language, can charge what they want. sorry there is no option for no star...
Teresa: This is a top hospital without any doubt. My husband was admitted at the emergency department, he was assisted immediately, had several doctors and nurses looking after him and a series of exams performed on the spot. I read some comments from patients here stating they were asked to do tests unnecessarily, well, in our case their screening was totally justified! The doctors are extremely professional and diligent, the nurses, helpers, cleaners, all staff are extremely dedicated, professional and really kind. I read some comments from clients complaining about the staff not speaking English, well, I would like to kindly remind those individuals this is Mexico and the official language is Spanish! And I take pleasure in stating that, in our case, despite of my husband not speaking Spanish (he tried his best but to no avail) some of the nurses even used google translator to communicate with him, which is far more than they would be obliged to do. As for cleanliness, the room was cleaned to perfection and all treatments and exams were done exactly on time. Everybody was extremely polite and caring and they made my husband feel as comfortable as his health situation allowed. Some may say it is expensive but in our opinion the price is totally justified and most of the procedures and exams were explained to us beforehand so we knew what we were in for. I have absolutely no criticism of any kind, on the contrary we are both very thankful to the team and definitely recommend this hospital wholeheartedly.

He truly took time to discuss my health problem and my history and he gave me a thorough physical exam, I feel like I have not had an actual physical exam since I was in high school. It is such a blessing to have found Mediland! Great staff, clean and modern facility in a beautiful neighborhood Don’t hesitate to go here if you are sick!

Narciso Dominguez: To my fellow US Citizens I suggest this hospital but please don’t get services from Dr. Gilberto Hernandez Bautista. Unprofessional anesthesiologist. Be sure he won’t be involved in your surgery.
Dale Dilworth: The attendance to the patients was good enough, but they are very backwards and archaic when it comes to money. I had to put a $20,000 peso deposit on my wife’s room, to be returned upon her release. No. I had to wait 11 days, or two weeks. When I finally got the check and deposited it at the bank, it was rejected. I now have to wait three weeks for it to clear, or a total of five weeks! This is ridiculous! They’re holding my own money hostage for more than five weeks. I can’t pay tuition or anything else because of a really bad and archaic system. The people there are stubborn and completely unwilling to help. Welcome to the Medieval Ages!

I recently had to stay here and they did everything they could to make my stay a good one; From the moment they were admitted they were very friendly, the nurses and paramedics were very attentive and in general everything was very good. Of course, parking is expensive, but there are parking and boarding alternatives in the area.

David Pliego: My mom liked the physiotherapy that why I give 3, but, the receptionists working on the 7 floor in the tower 2 were so impolite and just looking at their phone. They should resign if they can’t help you for being busy on social media… yeah the 4 of them. Only the one at the end of the floor that was alone was helpful and polite
Ronald Sarti: I spent 4 days after my surgery of my spine vertebra,and I have to tanks to all the personnel from nurses to doctors these is the most clean and best hospital I ever been,my surgery was great and I’m pain free..
Jaime Martinez: The care and service to patients and families is excellent. The facilities are very comfortable and have a large parking lot. The prices are a bit expensive but below average for a large private hospital. As far as the medical services are concerned, they took a long time to find the diagnosis but in the end they solved the medical problem that I went for.
Efren Aguilar: Wonderful care from the doctors and nurses. The facilities are clean and with a relaxing atmosphere at all times. Also mention that the security, cafeteria staff, cleaning and administrative attention are incredible in terms of attention. They are very faithful on the issue of security because we are still dealing with Covid, which is applauded. We do not doubt that for any health situation you have, there they will be able to attend you in a more than satisfactory way.
M G: The care is good, the staff is friendly and so are the doctors. I would only like to make a comment about the cafeteria, I understand that it is small but there is almost never everything that is offered on the menu. I would ask you to pay more attention to that, for example, there are never juices or soft drinks, sometimes there are no certain ingredients so they cannot prepare what is offered on the menu.
Esteban Lopez: My wife was hospitalized here for COVID, she was left unattended. Her monitor was dreaming for 8 hours due to lack of medication (intravenous), she also had high blood pressure and she needed to go to the bathroom. We complained and nobody did anything. When she was released, I immediately paid to leave, and it took over 10 hours to get her clothes and a wheelchair to let her go. Bad treatment, sarcastic. They charge the same as Ángeles, but the service is unmatched. I would never go back.
América Lira: I just had some imaging studies done and the service is good. The cost of a study there is very convenient if you go through a doctor who works with them, because they have an agreement. The problem is the service, I requested the invoice the same day I paid to put it into my Insurance and normally in any hospital they give it to you at the moment. Here they made me fill out a "little piece of paper" and told me that they would send it, a week later I called and they told me that they entered it as "sale to the public" because I did not leave my data and I did not request it at the time. That I have to send an email, I send the email and they gave me the wrong address. I call again the next day on Saturday and no one answers. Really a pain to have to go to these little hospitals!
ALEJANDRO CASTILLO REYES: Terrible care, with unethical procedures, both from the administrative staff and from the doctors. It is clear to me that private hospitals are also a for-profit business, but having a person for more than 12 hours for procedures that do not exceed a maximum of 3 hours in any other hospital, in my opinion is something unheard of. I invite anyone who is thinking of hospitalizing a relative or themselves to think twice, why paying for worse care than at the IMSS is not profitable for anyone other than the hospital.

gabriela tenorio gonzalez: I am immensely grateful to the hospital and to all the staff from the police, social workers, nurses and doctors who treated my girl after four public hospitals denied her treatment for a broken arm. And at no cost totally recommended. You just have to be patient and follow the protocols.
Armando Mendoza Rangel: You dial the phone but they never answer, if they answer you they answer you in a bad way, they give you an extension dial and they never answer, the attention inside with the children is the best, the treatment is good. They should improve in answering calls.
ANDY: I am infinitely GRATEFUL to the Hospital, the work they do every day is EXEPTIONAL, I received spinal surgery, a success in all aspects, today I enjoy a full life without pain. Be persevering and tolerant if you have not been able to schedule an appointment, we are many children, but in truth they are doing their best to serve us. Regarding the staff, in my experience they are very kind and attentive, I recommend that you abide by the instructions and be kind, that being patient IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY.
