Sol Celeste: (DO NOT BUY FROM THEM) Terrible experience, I had the dog for one day at home and she got very sick. Showing symptoms of parvo virus, she spent almost one week in the vets. She didn’t get to return home, past away the 5 day at the vet hospital. The company gave me every excuse that she ate a plant at my home and that it may have been my fault for her death. Still to this day I have not received my money back. I may also include she want very cheap either, $1400. USD to be exact, with their so called discount. This wasn’t a very fun experience for me, I got very attached to the dog and was very sad and upsetting that she couldn’t be her with me now.

Natalie Tomy: Thanks so much for providing great service. I was completely satisfied of their service. I just bought cute and healthy Border collie puppy in this store. The guarantee of the store is more than enough. The puppy wasn't in this store but Guadalajara. So the staff took air plane to Guadalajara and came back with my puppy in one day. After I had really bad experience about ordering a dog in the +Kota ( I wait 2 months to get puppy but couldn't get it and the deposit is not refundable in +Kota and they say different information in each store! ). After all the bad experience in another store, I feel so confidence buying dog with Petland. The owner has a lot of knowledge about animals and a connection to get what you want. Some of the review says very negative way that they treat animals like a products. But this is business and the animals are their product. All the store is the same. The most important things are to be clear all the information and sincerity. If they could clean better the animal cage it could be even better.

Mr. B: The sellers are moody, there's times I'm really interested in a specific species or accessory and it's like they don't care, a take it or leave it attitude. If you can get over that, there's wonderful things inside and around, you can find filters, heaters, decor, beautiful fish, tanks, substrate, driffwood, different aquatic plants. However if you want aquatic plants I believe it's Mondays where there's an older couple who come to the market in a white pickup full of all kindz of aquatic plants to sell, even the people inside buy from the couple because they have players price, it seems the couple grow the plants in their home and sell them outside the market right on the corner you can't miss them they are near a front entrance. The biggest plus is that in the market towards the end there's a guy which makes the tanks. Big tanks at a cheap price, I got on different occasions two 55 gallon tanks for about $550 pesos each, which is crazy cheap and I haven't had any problems with either. Anyways the prices of the tanks are alot cheaper than the ones outside or around the area even cheaper than other places I've been to. Take a trip and check it out.

Juan Pablo Martín: The hot dogs at this place besides having high quality ingredients, it has really good combinations and one HD is almost like a meal. Bit definitely the best part of dinning here is metteing Ramirez himself, you will laugh through the meal, and he will tell you what's best. For me, being the first time here, was the chilly dog.

Sherif El Hayawan: It's one of the biggest palacio stores I entered in mexico The ground floor have all the luxurious brands like fendi, burberry, Louis vitton ,dior,cartier, rolex In the secibd floor the store itself starts and there is sale in most of the sections not like the ground floor Also the first floor they have Starbucks and pop corn selling point beside the kids games area which was huge
Andrea Gregor: It is too big and has too much stuff since it has 3 floors. In the gourmet part, it has wines, liquors, beers, coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, food, snacks and candy. There is also the electronics section which consists of televisions, cell phones, cameras, computers, tablets, musical instruments and video games. Another home section consists of things to decorate your home such as appliances, furniture, kitchen, mattresses, table/bar, bathroom, pets, decorative items, luggage and exercise equipment. There is also a beauty site where you can find facial care, makeup, perfumes, hair care, body care for women and men. There are watches and jewelry, and clothing. A lot of brands like Boss, Burberry, Chanel, Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Versace and much more. And not only that it also has plenty of restaurants if you get hungry after walking a lot. I highly recommend this.
Phillip Jares: We purchased carpeting from them and then walked around. The department store is well designed and beautiful. Stopped at the tapas bar which had a great selection of finger food. Enjoyed a beer.
Jawad Malik: A high end shopping mall having high end brand stores like Rolex, Louis Vuitton, etc. an expensive place as expected. Couldn’t see any food court or restaurant there. Toy store has good variety of toys. The design and layout of mall is distinctive and offers you many spots to have good photos.

Mark M (Pimiento463): Going to CDMX was an overall positive experience and "El Palacio" was no exception. We'll start with the positive first and I'll give an overall idea of the experience. Here in the U.S., we have malls with multiple independent stores, whereas this is a store with multiple branded "boutiques" within the same store - think luxury boutiques/Best Buy/high-end patisserie and bars, all under one roof. After an hour and a half in the store, we ended up buying a couple pieces and then proceeded to their rooftop bar for a glass of wine before our dinner. Now on to the not-so-good...going to a foreign country to be followed around a store, by MULTIPLE staff members is not so fun. I will let the reader of this review make your own assessment as to why that might be. At first, I thought I was seeing things and then when I saw a person from a section I visited 20 minutes before conspicuously watching me was a bit unnerving. Then, when I saw other staff peeking around corners and asking "do you need assistance?", it became a little crazy. I was over the whole experience at that point and I wanted to pay so I could leave. I live in greater Houston, so everything available at this store, I could get at home. Definitely, no need to go back when I visit again.
Martin Tuason: Great shopping! Great food court! I found lots of great cloths for my daughter. I got to eat cinco jotas with pan con tomate. Good pizza and sushi. Even great churros.
Jeff Mastin: If you want to go to a place full of pompous people who think they’re god’s gift to earth. This place fancies itself Mexico’s Rodeo Drive, in a box. But their shops are half filled, relatively, and only stock the basics. They’ll list one marquee item, just to convince you it’s “luxury”. Meanwhile, they’ll sell you something you could pick up at a Best Buy, Ceconomy, Elkjøp, Argos, etc in the budget, last season bin for a 50–100% markup. Sure, whatever, typical low class make-you-feel-like-trash-so-you-think-we’re-high-class shenanigans. It would all be fine if their service actually matched. Except it’s worse than Liverpool, with half the selection. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, just use Amazon. For all their evil corporatocracy, at least the prices are better and they offer good service.

Seth Sarviss: Perfect pub in Roma Norte. I came here in 2021 and loved it. I have been again in 2022 and it is still as great an establishment as I remember. Tasty craft beers and burgers. They play rugby and UFC which is cool as it is sometimes hard to find in CDMX. Attentive and friendly staff. Faultless :)

Guy Ovadia: This place was almost empty on a Saturday afternoon during a UFC main card…and I can imagine why. It’s a nice English pub with excellent service and a very extensive drink menu (including beer cocktails and more). I had the grilled cheese and it was one of the best I’ve had. They made English food taste good! Highly recommend this place if you want to watch a match or just have drink in a Pub.
Christoph Mclaughlin: Pricey for what it is, portions small. Ordered the Shepherds Pie and tbh was rank. Smallest portion I've seen, meat was barely cooked and was essentially mash potato floating in water with some stale vegetables in there. Wouldn't recommend food basis
Jason Southwell: Great staff and excellent food. The owners are clueless though. They turned away 30 people for the second half of a college football game because the owner said they had to prepare for reservations later that night. It's almost like he's afraid of money. The staff was very apologetic but said the owner just didn't want the crowd. How does a business like that even work?

Asano76: A small pub in the center of Mexico City. They have several beers from tap, however crazy expensive. I ordered their 590ml tap beers and they gave me the beers in European 500ml glasses, but charged me the full amount for 590ml. I ended up paying 840 Mexican Pesos for a couple of beers, which is 3 times more expensive than in Europe. Cheaters!
Response: Hello Asano. Thanks for your review. Our tap beers are craft beer of excellent quality and we have two sizes of beer. American pint or imperial pint. Our most expensive tap beer is $160 and is a Imperial pint (590ml). We also have tap beers from $99. (American pint).

Richard Thompson: I rather like the Dog House; the Mexican Macanuda (Brown Ale) is highly enjoyable, the staff are friendly and the feel of the place is right –the beer seems a little on the steep side for me at what I consider London prices ($130 or £5.30 a pint), but that notwithstanding I will be back.

Sukhbir Jolly: Update 9th April...I've been here 3 times now in last 2 weeks once for breakfast (review below),once for just drinks and now for horrible lunch. Ordered chicken and mushroom pie with mash. When dish came over pie was cooked on outside but luke warm in middle,mash was out right COLD with cold gravy on top. I let waiter know and he took dish back...this is were they made things worse. They drenched plate with extra gravy and put whole plate into oven. How do I know this? When plate came back gravy had a skin layer on top, pie was completely soggy and mash at best was luke warm....only thing hot was plate. I had 3 bites but couldn't eat as it tasted disgusting and looked like something you'd feed your dog. Waiter asked how was food in Spainish and I said "comida muy malo" translates to food very bad....he showed manager the plate and they said something in Spanish and didn't bother asking me anything else just gave me my bill. This place isn't interested wether you have a good time....I'm here for 4 month's and lucky theirs more pubs to choose from. Having been traveling South America for 2 years, seeing advert for English breakfast I could not wait to visit. Went Sunday morning and I wasn't disappointed....this is a great effort considering we are 5000 miles away from sunny England. Cumberland sausages were flavourful and beans , although not Heinz, were good. Staff were very friendly and service great. I saw they also do fish and chips so will diffinatley came back for evening meal and update.....

Stalin Muñoz: El Huerto Palacio. Nice place. Good quality food. Service is rather good. They used to have several vegan dishes. Sadly, that is no longer the case. We went with the tomato soup. It was rich in taste. There are tacos made with oyster mushrooms. Nicely presented, although somewhat dry in texture.The place atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.
Randanoa “randanoak” N: It's ok, it has many good and exclusive brands but I'll tell you, it's pricey on clothing, something that'll you see almost immediately but they had stuff for everyone. However I think that you could get some better deals at other stores or online, specially on electronics. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Azzeneth Torres: Staff in the facial care area are extremely unknowledgeable of the products they are selling. Specifically at the Shiseido boutique. Trying to give a new company a shot, I went in asking for daily moisturizer with SPF, I was sampled one product on my hand and then sold on another after they claimed the ONLY difference was the SPF levels. So the next day I'm excited to try on the new product. I needed a daily use sunscreen, so I put it on top of my other daily products and my face looks good not too oily and lightweight. The issue was that when I went out for se fun with friends getting off the car I am embarrassed to find out my face has turned to a ridiculously pale time due to the sunscreen. I had to turn back home as I looked like a clown. Bottom line is, DON'T go to these stands inside Palacio de Hierro unless YOU are familiar with what you are buying and not going based off the supposedly experts recommendations. No returns on these products even after their workers were at fault.

I Hernandez: Great department store. Flawlessly clean. Prices may be extremely high for some items, but high quality.
Gonzalo Sevilla: All top brands and everything you might need in terms of fashion and home stuff, but at least 20% more expensive than anybother store.

Ande Swallow: Spent some quality hours, with a friend of old, on the Palacio Terraza enjoying a looong breakfast and coffees. Such a lovely spot to catch the sun and enjoy the mountain views in a city of 22 million people. The food is good and is a favourite eating place of ours.
Hugo Miguel Hernández Mendieta: Excelent store for finding the best bransmds in the world fashion wise, so don't expect the lowest prices in town, also delicious food sold here, personally I love Zuky's cookies, simply delicious
Marco De Leija: One of the most expensive department stores of the area. Even though they have a vast assortment of items, they are either from the last season or older, so the price isn't justified. You are better off buying it in the USA or Europe for current fashion clothes for instance. The bistro on the top floor is delicious and highly recommended, just don't expect a cheap meal.
Aldo González Rubio: Very nice place for going shopping. It was recently remodeled and the result is marvelous. Their restaurant and cafe are nice spots too.

Hans Schmidt: Super cool atmosphere for pizza in the historic center of Mexico City. Pizza was very good. Lots of cool interesting and unusual varieties. We had one side that was nacho pizza. Very tasty. We would go again next time we visit Mexico City. They have another location in Roma Norte we would like to check out.
Jenna Truttschel: You barely notice this place from the outside,but once inside we were surprised at how big it is and such a unique vibe. Good service, tasty and interesting food. We ordered the BBQ wings and a small (chica) pizza (plenty for 2 people). You can order half and half.

YNK3: A++ for atmosphere! Food, mixed feelings. I feel like they're capable of better than what I had. It was just fine. The cheese wasn't very melted and I saw the pizza coming straight from the oven with no wait. The baked potatoes were also a bit raw in the middle. I'll probably go back to set the record straight
Nathan Garcia: This was hands down the best place I had while visiting in Mexico City. The atmosphere was awesome, music was cool, our waiter was cool, the food was very good. And it was just around the block from my place…who knew.

Great variation of pizza and Mexican cousin. Staff is very friendly and even if some of them don't speak English you can use translator.

Seth Ligo: Unfortunately, all the effort went into the atmosphere. And the place really is fun and unique! But easily the worst pizza I’ve had — crust pre-made, dry, and crumbly. Toppings were unusual, but of poor quality - canned olives, dry and cheap meat. And it was expensive to boot. Stick to the streets for food, come here for a drink!

Ambrosio Reséndiz Antonio: Birds are ok, but the food was cold when it arrived, the taste wasn't the best and customer service can improve.
Mariana Cestellos Ramírez: Wide variety of Mexican dishes. The quality of the food decreases every day but the prices keep rising. The staff is usually mediocre. The highlight of this place is that you can enjoy bird watching while you eat.

And except a big-store and also they are running a late-restaurant for late meal:) You can see so nice view of sky and cute cute birds ! Öystein Thorsen: A customer was friendly enough to talk us out of buying the cheapest coffee by arguing "it is terrible". We thanked him, and bought the coffee anyway when he wasn't looking (we've had it before).
Verbal: They have a lot of items available, and many which will be familiar to tourists. The meat and vegetables are of higher quality, and they have some specialty items which are harder to find in smaller stores - but the prices for meat, cheese, and many other items are actually quite expensive (similar to US prices).
Aaron Yeats: Every essential you need in an orderly store. This place is more grocery than home needs. You can find batteries, but don't expect to find a standing fan. That was a strange contrasting statement. It's the best I could do. Happy shopping!

A Carlton: This is a big Walmart! I love the bakery area, I wish the ones in the States would give so many bread, pastry choices. You can even buy scooter, bikes in this store :) Beware that you need to bring bags, I was lucky to have a backpack with me. You can take a taxi right across the store
Josiah Wadsack: Great store layout, but slow cashiers. Also, when raining there are many many leaks, resulting in wet floors and water-soaked product. Not at all the quality standard expected of the Walmart brand.
Vernon Dsouza: Great store but a bad experience for me. Waited for over 2 hours to get a power bank at the store there. Apparently, the lady went for lunch at 5pm and they couldn't get the item unlocked from the store
Fowzer - travelideasusa: It’s like in the US but obviously with Mexican Food and other items. It’s really cheap if you traveling from the states. You cannot carry your bags or backpacks inside the store. It needs to be checked in. The no 181 was my checked bag no. I found it pretty safe to leave it with them. Clean store and helpful employees. They didn’t speak English but we communicated fairly well. Have patience you will be good.
James Concepcion: Nice complete Walmart that has everything you would need. The area is a bit sketchy with a fully guarded fenced perimeter. They also have armed guards all over the store interiors. I do not think they are there for shoplifters. I was able to buy Anejo Tequila, quinoa, soup and sauce mixes specific to Mexico, canned goods and other yummies to take back home. They have Chai Tea sweetened with Stevia. Agave sugar was like $2 a box. The prices are like 1/3 the price in the US. So this is like a paradise to shop.
Ayako Maeda: A large Walmart in the city. Did a lot of shopping and the parking fee was 5 pesos. It was good to have many Palmer’s and BaBylissPRO products which are my favorite. There are only a few types of eye drops selection.

ASIF ALI: Few minutes walk from the library. Neighbourhood was not that great but honestly no one bother us. Lots of food cart just outside. I think this was one of the biggest on in the city. I don’t recommend this place for late evening.
Jean Paul Puican Vigo: It's. So. Biiig! I almost lost myself inside and even with the signs if kinda hard to know where is what. Like, a vacuum cleaner is near the other electronics, but the mini vacuum are apparently only for cars and are at the car appliances zone. Figure that! Nevertheless, it was a great place to buy at. Just... Could you guys please also accept Diners Club card?
