Luis Cielak: My experience with Sooth and Arantxa Súarez as my therapist has been very positive. I injured my shoulder during quarantine. With no many options around for treatment, Aran was able to evaluate my situation through Zoom and design a treatment plan for 10 sessions. After my first session my pain level had decreased drastically and I was given hope that the unbearable discomfort I was experiencing could actually go away. Aran guided me through many exercises during our virtual sessions. She helped by correcting my form, encouraging me, improving my mobility and eliminating pain with every single session. I feel very grateful for Sooth’s flexibility in providing long-distance sessions for clients and Arantxa’s level of expertise and care she provides her patients. I would recommend Sooth and Arantxa to anyone looking to recover after an injury to improve their mobility and quality of life.
Fernando Garcia: Hello I share my experience in Sooth - True Physical Therapy I started my therapies last March, achieving a very important advance of the injury to my right hand (wrist) so far in this first stage of 20 sessions. Danielle DeFeo: Roots prepared and trained me for my first half marathon by creating a customized virtual plan aligned with my athletic ability level with specific directions for hydrating, resting, stretching and dieting. The specialized training plan helped me to beat my marathon pace by almost 2 minutes and meet my goal with no injuries. Dr. Nicole provided weekly check-ins with me and modified the training plan according to how I was feeling. She is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond and genuinely cares. However, I see my sessions with Nicole as an investment into my healthy, fitness and physical education! I came to Nicole after knee surgery. My knee didn’t heal as well as I had hoped for. I tried out many different Physiotherapist in the city, but I wasn’t able to improve past a certain point and I continued to live in pain. In all honesty I gave up and I started to believe that I wouldn’t regain the strength in my leg again. I’m a Pilates Instructor by profession, so I thought I could rehab myself but the result was that I over compensated in order to do the things I loved. Sara Murillo: For many years I suffered from very intense pain in my leg and neck, so much so that it limited my day to day life. I went through many doctors, including Los Angeles and ABC, and the situation did not improve. Until finally a friend recommended me to come here, and I am more than happy.
