Charlie Huynh: One of my favourite gyms in this area. Has everything I need and good price and value. The multipurpose workout area upstairs doubles as a Functional fit class that goes every weekday. I just do all my workouts up here too as it has the free weights as well. The studio has multiple classes.
Modern EraNomads: Excellent place to workout. The weight room can get crowded during busy hours, but you can access the CrossFit area on the rooftop which has kettlebells and dumbbells. Separate levels for general weight lifting/machines, ab machines and cardio equipment, classes (which can be used for stretching, etc when there is no class), and CrossFit. Locker room with showers as well. Great gym at an affordable price.
Sven Molenaar: Day pass 150 pesos. Very decent gym. Equipment is great condition.

Daniel Sandoval: Visiting from California and needed to get a workout in. Upon reading the “bad” reviews I still decided to visit this gym. Daily rate is 170 pesos (great price considering most of the other gyms around wanted way more) staff was professional, restrooms were clean, A mix of new and old machines, got the job done. Gym is open 24/7.

Ana: I went to this gym with my partner and it was excellent! There is a lot of equipment (cardio, weights, machines) and the staff is very helpful and professional. The weights were all in the right place and organized. It is also one of the only gyms that was open on a Saturday afternoon. And they gave us free water bottles! I highly recommend this gym!

Carlos Alfaro: Update 1 month later. The number of people has decreased considerably so you can now train very well from 3pm to 6pm. Thanks to the team for taking the trouble to ask how to improve. Good facilities, very attentive staff and very cheap but I have come at 2 times, 7am and 4pm and it is stuck in an absurd way, type 1 person per device, equipment, etc. The place is very small for so many people. It really seems that they give away money from the full. For that reason alone, I do not recommend this gym unless you come from 11am to 2pm, which is when there are fewer people.
Manuel Cabrera: Excellent gym, staff and users are friendly and take training seriously. Appliances in good condition. 24 hours Mon-Fri is a luxury. I highly recommend it.
Eva Guadalupe Hernández Avilez: Excellent gym. Very clean and the equipment is in good condition. The staff is friendly and the users are very respectful. Some schedules are more saturated than others, but you can train very well. The building is secure and the street is lit and busy, even at night.

It is true that in the afternoon it is very crowded, but the advantage of it being 24 hours a day is that you can arrive at any time after 10 at night and do your routines at ease.

The most crowded times are after 8, but I have not had a problem taking turns with the teams. I told them that I was going to be in the city temporarily and they offered me good options. They have a rate in which you can go from 11:00-16:00 for 280MXN per month or if you want to go throughout the day it costs 450MXN per month, the best of all is that you do not pay registration. The place is super nice, the machines are very nice and very clean, the bathrooms are fine mneh, they are not pretty but they are clean and serve what they are, in addition to the fact that the trainers are super attentive (by the way, the gym always is super empty), 100% recommended xdd

Joshua Cooper: This gym has a variety of nice equipment, but is a bit expensive in my opinion. You’ll definitely be able to get in a variety of workouts: strength training, cross training, cardio, rock climbing, HIIT, and more. Giving it 4 stars because of the price. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in CDMX (Condesa/Roma areas) for a while.
Scott Breindel: Wonderful friendly staff. The whole vibe of the place super nice. Equipment is top notch. The free weight benches are better than anything I’ve seen in NY. Love the Cybex cable machines. I’m here for a month, if I lived here year-round, this is the gym I would join.
Yi Chiang: Amazing gym in condesa. Not usually crowded during the mornings and has a large assortment of equipment for workouts. Dumbbells going up to 58kg, heaviest that I’ve seen up locally and great technogym equipment. The 2nd floor has many cardio machines and a 3 story climbing wall! Would highly recommend as your gym of choice in condesa.

craig Stone: First rate gym.I see no flaws.Its good for men and woman .Nice locker rooms and equipment and a big place. Smart Fit wanted a one time fee around 1500 pesos and two months minimum to join plus 850 pesos per month.This is 50 US dollars for a month with no sign up fee .A little high for my taste but I seen no choice I needed a gym.The locker a are also very good the way they open and lock.

Cynthia Esther Moran Rojas: I love this concept. I am a partner at Condesa but I have visited another office. In both he is a super father. The super-trained trainers, the very well-conditioned facilities, with a covid theme, you feel safe because they have cleaning protocols. steho x: Day Pass now 150 pesos (since last month). They doubled their prices without any upgrades or renovations. Its a small gym with good machines though, but imo too pricey for what you get.
Andreas Ehrencrona: Very cheap and reasonably clean. Machines are all in working order and fairly new. It is, however, not very well equipped. The smallest weight plate is 5kg, there are no mats for doing anything on the floor and there are no kettlebells. On the positive side, it’s generally not very full.
Robert Thomas: 10/10 for value - 80 peso day pass. Clean, modern design. Equipment isn’t state of the art, but all are perfectly fine.
Mar Azul: It is basic, the truth is that there are not many devices, a good place for people who only exercise for pleasure and not for passion, the bathrooms are rather rare, neglected.

Lettia Berry: Nice enough gym but very expensive for a casual visit ($250 pesos). Use the sauna to make sure you get your money’s worth! I was on holiday and couldn’t seem to find another gym that would allow casual visits in the area (I asked a lot of them!)
Mahesh Hari: Definitely a good gym for a city style 2nd floor establishment. A bit pricey but it gets the job done and it’s probably the best option to workout besides a studio.

J S: Old school, no nonsense gym. It’s quite tight without much space, but has all the necessary equipment for serious lifters. Squat rack, leg press, bench press, dumbbells up to 100lbs. Pretty quiet both mornings I went at around 10am. 80 pesos for a day pass and 300 for a week pass. Oh ya all the caution tape is just decorative, it doesn’t mean that particular machine is out of service.
Philip: It gets 4 stars not for anything fancy or luxurious, but for being convenient, affordable, and all the weights necessary to get the job done! The exception is the cardio equipment that is outdated. Regardless, I wouldn’t do cardio anywhere near location due to high emissions from vehicles. If you want a good sweat and lift, it’s a great gym.
Alexander Nowak: Definitely nothing fancy, but great rates, lots of equipment, and friendly staff. One month membership for 450 pesos without admin fee. Wish they were open longer on the weekends, but great service otherwise. No-frills. Loud music. Totally worth it.

alan Heaps: This is a terrific gym. It is large, well equipped, really clean, not too crowded and the staff are very helpful and nice. My wife and I were members during our two month stay in CDMX and would recommend this gym to anyone, whether a serious athlete or more casual user. Really excellent. The one issue for those visiting CDMX is that it does require a credit card from Mexico to join.
Alex: Apparently you need to have local credit card to sign up. Only monthly passes available! (no weekly/daily)
