Sherif El Hayawan: It's one of the biggest palacio stores I entered in mexico The ground floor have all the luxurious brands like fendi, burberry, Louis vitton ,dior,cartier, rolex In the secibd floor the store itself starts and there is sale in most of the sections not like the ground floor Also the first floor they have Starbucks and pop corn selling point beside the kids games area which was huge
Andrea Gregor: It is too big and has too much stuff since it has 3 floors. In the gourmet part, it has wines, liquors, beers, coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, food, snacks and candy. There is also the electronics section which consists of televisions, cell phones, cameras, computers, tablets, musical instruments and video games. Another home section consists of things to decorate your home such as appliances, furniture, kitchen, mattresses, table/bar, bathroom, pets, decorative items, luggage and exercise equipment. There is also a beauty site where you can find facial care, makeup, perfumes, hair care, body care for women and men. There are watches and jewelry, and clothing. A lot of brands like Boss, Burberry, Chanel, Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Versace and much more. And not only that it also has plenty of restaurants if you get hungry after walking a lot. I highly recommend this.
Phillip Jares: We purchased carpeting from them and then walked around. The department store is well designed and beautiful. Stopped at the tapas bar which had a great selection of finger food. Enjoyed a beer.
Jawad Malik: A high end shopping mall having high end brand stores like Rolex, Louis Vuitton, etc. an expensive place as expected. Couldn’t see any food court or restaurant there. Toy store has good variety of toys. The design and layout of mall is distinctive and offers you many spots to have good photos.
Stephania R: You have all the high end designers here from Louis Vuitton to Hermes to Dior etc… they take proper measures for COVID when you enter with temperatures and hand sanitizer. You can shop till you drop here

Mark M (Pimiento463): Going to CDMX was an overall positive experience and "El Palacio" was no exception. We'll start with the positive first and I'll give an overall idea of the experience. Here in the U.S., we have malls with multiple independent stores, whereas this is a store with multiple branded "boutiques" within the same store - think luxury boutiques/Best Buy/high-end patisserie and bars, all under one roof. After an hour and a half in the store, we ended up buying a couple pieces and then proceeded to their rooftop bar for a glass of wine before our dinner. Now on to the not-so-good...going to a foreign country to be followed around a store, by MULTIPLE staff members is not so fun. I will let the reader of this review make your own assessment as to why that might be. At first, I thought I was seeing things and then when I saw a person from a section I visited 20 minutes before conspicuously watching me was a bit unnerving. Then, when I saw other staff peeking around corners and asking "do you need assistance?", it became a little crazy. I was over the whole experience at that point and I wanted to pay so I could leave. I live in greater Houston, so everything available at this store, I could get at home. Definitely, no need to go back when I visit again.
Martin Tuason: Great shopping! Great food court! I found lots of great cloths for my daughter. I got to eat cinco jotas with pan con tomate. Good pizza and sushi. Even great churros.
Jeff Mastin: If you want to go to a place full of pompous people who think they’re god’s gift to earth. This place fancies itself Mexico’s Rodeo Drive, in a box. But their shops are half filled, relatively, and only stock the basics. They’ll list one marquee item, just to convince you it’s “luxury”. Meanwhile, they’ll sell you something you could pick up at a Best Buy, Ceconomy, Elkjøp, Argos, etc in the budget, last season bin for a 50–100% markup. Sure, whatever, typical low class make-you-feel-like-trash-so-you-think-we’re-high-class shenanigans. It would all be fine if their service actually matched. Except it’s worse than Liverpool, with half the selection. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, just use Amazon. For all their evil corporatocracy, at least the prices are better and they offer good service.
Rui Li: Alfredo and Manuel Garcia from concierge helped me a lot about finding the item that I need, they are so patient and so enthusiastic about my selections. Give them 5 star+ and my respect!

Walter Vergara: Bristo palacio has an outstanding menu the black tea on the menu is amazing. Had the roast beef on a baget with mustand off menu, try it guarantee you will not be disappointed. This place also serves amazing breakfast and craft coffees. On the first level look for the yellow doors.

Rafa Rivera: Valet parking staff are awfully rude. From the valet attendants, the cashier and even the car delivery guys. Make sure they write down every single one of your belongings, or they'll claim it is not under their responsibility. If visiting use street level parking meters instead, cheaper and you will avoid dealing with unnecessary rudeness.

J. Jesús Ramírez: In my opinion the best products that they offer is the fresh meat, these products have a good quality and good price. Twice by month they offer you some products with a 10% of discount (buying 10 pieces).
D Max: It's a big supermarket which is practically a brand new competitor for Sam's and Costco but the membership is cheaper $250 pesos (year 2018). A big advantage is, that perhaps not many people know it and the shop is almost empty everyday. Some things may be cheaper than Sam's and some others more expensive. But it is worth paying a visit.

MiriNa Ortiz: City Club is the place where I buy groceries approximately every 2 months, they have a great variety although they could have more, the prices seem good to me, perhaps the only one but that I would put is the following... Yesterday, Sunday, October 24, I went to do my shopping and I found myself treated somewhat awkwardly by the security of the site, I could not do my pantry with the same freedom that I regularly do, corridor after corridor we met with the presence of one of the security guards of the place, I have to admit that I was a little out of line and even awake (because it was a rest day), which seems a bit silly to me, we decided to finish our purchase and leave the place, the treatment by the cashier was very good and it is a good place to make a large pantry. P.S. It is clear that this is what happened for the first and hopefully only time.

James Bellingham: Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. They compare countless booking web sites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. Loved staying at this hotel! The people were kind, the rooms were clean and looked so chic! The look of the whole hotel is great honestly. The breakfast is lovely here, so much variety and the team made us all feel at home.
Kristyn Maier: I stayed here for 4 nights during my first visit to CDMX. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s in the perfect location in Polanco, close to restaurants, shops and most importantly, Chapultepec. We splurged on the park view room… and I must say, it’s totally worth it. Absolutely insane view of the park. We spent a lot of time just looking out the window! Also, the room was nice, comfortable and clean. Water bottles are provided and the air conditioning was awesome (there isn’t air conditioning in most places in the city, so it’s a treat to come back to a cold room during the summer!!) The lobby, pool area, restaurant… all beautiful. We used their car service for airport transport which was also so nice. At the time, Covid tests were required for entry to the US and the hotel scheduled for a nurse to come to our room which was so convenient. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this hotel if you’re looking to stay near Chapultepec.
Lexie Demirali: We stayed at the Hyatt in Mexico City and found the hotel clean and welcoming and the staff very helpful and friendly. Specifically the concierge Raymond went out of his way to make my first visit to Mexico City memorable. We didn't realize how difficult reservations for new years eve would be, but Raymond found a delicious restaurant for us to have fun and good food. I plan on returning to Mexico City and staying at the Hyatt.

Jonathan Mears: They say it's a pet friendly hotel... ALL LIES!!! They aren't allowed anywhere other than your room. Try to run and grab breakfast at the lounge and bring it back to your room so my boyfriend and I don't have to eat every meal apart? Nope- we received the message that we should order room service instead. Never again... And the digs aren't nice enough to stay here again, even sin perro.
Melissa de la Torre: Juan- helped us with our bags as we arrived, he was the most friendly and welcoming anytime we saw him, he also offered many great tips. After our week stay we fortunately had him help us again with our bags and flagging down our uber to the airport- quality service from him! Nearby activities: Many fantastic restaurants, near the metro/bus stop to take you around the while city, Bosque Chapultepec, various museums. Walkability: Located in Polanco- a great neighborhood to walk in and right across from Bosque Chapultepec a beautiful enormous park.

Stalin Muñoz: El Huerto Palacio. Nice place. Good quality food. Service is rather good. They used to have several vegan dishes. Sadly, that is no longer the case. We went with the tomato soup. It was rich in taste. There are tacos made with oyster mushrooms. Nicely presented, although somewhat dry in texture.The place atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.
Randanoa “randanoak” N: It's ok, it has many good and exclusive brands but I'll tell you, it's pricey on clothing, something that'll you see almost immediately but they had stuff for everyone. However I think that you could get some better deals at other stores or online, specially on electronics. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Azzeneth Torres: Staff in the facial care area are extremely unknowledgeable of the products they are selling. Specifically at the Shiseido boutique. Trying to give a new company a shot, I went in asking for daily moisturizer with SPF, I was sampled one product on my hand and then sold on another after they claimed the ONLY difference was the SPF levels. So the next day I'm excited to try on the new product. I needed a daily use sunscreen, so I put it on top of my other daily products and my face looks good not too oily and lightweight. The issue was that when I went out for se fun with friends getting off the car I am embarrassed to find out my face has turned to a ridiculously pale time due to the sunscreen. I had to turn back home as I looked like a clown. Bottom line is, DON'T go to these stands inside Palacio de Hierro unless YOU are familiar with what you are buying and not going based off the supposedly experts recommendations. No returns on these products even after their workers were at fault.

I Hernandez: Great department store. Flawlessly clean. Prices may be extremely high for some items, but high quality.

Diane L: Lovely lovely hotel, a real iconic hotel in Mexico City. Stunning property, beautiful rooms that face the courtyard. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff could have been a little more attentive but it was fine. The pool staff though were incredible. Very sweet very attentive like they deserve a bonus for how great they were. Very thing was explained well and you felt very welcomed. Lovely heated pool. Perfect escape from the city life.

Virginie Bilodeau: Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The place is magnificent, with a perfect balance between coziness and elegance. With the warm welcome and the fireplace, we felt at home the moment we step in. We received flawless customer service. The staff thought of everything and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The concierge gave us the best recommendations and had excellent follow-ups. If we needed anything, it was at our fingertips. Regarding location, the hotel is in a safe area within walking distance from Chapultapec Park. There is a lot of restaurants and tourist place nearby. The essential oil and the outdoor garden make the place very unique. December was an excellent month for our stay, as we could feel the holiday vibe and Christmas magic. Our visit was worth every penny, and the room service was also very prompt.

Erin D: Amazing hotel and they really went the extra mile as we were on honeymoon. Concierge was incredibly efficient and the pool staff in particular stood out as being very helpful. We did a brunch on New Year’s Day which was all you can eat, it was amazing. The bar was also lovely and everyone was so friendly. Very happy to have spent a few days here!

Luis Contreras: One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is amazing and very accommodating, the room are beautiful and spacious and the room service is impeccable. This is all standard stuff for the four seasons. But the staff just made it even better. The outside fireplace is lights up the corridor at night. Very safe location with lots of foot traffic. I can not say enough about the staff they went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. I will definetly be back to this location.

Warren DCosta: Overall it's a nice stay which you can expect from the Four Seasons. Comfortable, well-equipped room with the signature cloudlike Four Seasons bed. No balcony but you do get a window that overlooks the courtyard. Courtyard is pleasant to relax in and also has a bar and restaurant. Sometimes it's a little loud in the evening - Would stay again.

Francisco Vallejo: Love this hotel - it really is a peaceful oasis in the middle of Mexico City’s chaos. Great rooms, food and service. Really recommend Fifty Mills. Management could do some work around the pool area, which is a bit outdated.

Ande Swallow: Spent some quality hours, with a friend of old, on the Palacio Terraza enjoying a looong breakfast and coffees. Such a lovely spot to catch the sun and enjoy the mountain views in a city of 22 million people. The food is good and is a favourite eating place of ours.
Hugo Miguel Hernández Mendieta: Excelent store for finding the best bransmds in the world fashion wise, so don't expect the lowest prices in town, also delicious food sold here, personally I love Zuky's cookies, simply delicious
Marco De Leija: One of the most expensive department stores of the area. Even though they have a vast assortment of items, they are either from the last season or older, so the price isn't justified. You are better off buying it in the USA or Europe for current fashion clothes for instance. The bistro on the top floor is delicious and highly recommended, just don't expect a cheap meal.
Aldo González Rubio: Very nice place for going shopping. It was recently remodeled and the result is marvelous. Their restaurant and cafe are nice spots too.

Nikhilesh Sankar: Stayed here for 2 weeks en route to USA. Very nice hotel, good room and amenities. Food could use more vegetarian variety but is good. Staff is very helpful and friendly and do their best to satisfy you. In particular, Juan and Jonas in the restaurant were always very warm and friendly and provided excellent service.

Mosti Ghu: The staff is always friendly and nice. Room (Double King Size room) Everything was fine and almost clean. There was dust on the lamps next to the bed and a Shoe-horn is missing in the rooms. A must have for a 3 star Plus Hotel. Furthermore the toilet was broken. The flush was running all the time and no air circulation at all. There is a Mini Bar in the room but it was locked. And I couldnt open any window to get some fresh air. Thats very bad. 🤷♂️ I love the rain shower Pool Area - No towls at the Pool area, nowhere. Had to call the reception to get some. - Seats broken and unconftable - Tables missing for the seats. If u get drinks u need to take another seat to place them there. - The telefon at the Pool area has not stored the number for the bar service. - Dec 26 the pool cleaning started around 11 am. The best sun time and we had to leave the area. - quit full of children and dogs playing in the small pool Fitness area Decend training area👍

Alexander Burt: The hotel staff is amazing, everyone super polite and helpful. Especially Juan during breakfast. The downside of the hotel is the infrastructure, needs renovation. I had issues with the bathroom, energy went out once for hours and public areas seem old.

Ajoy Abraham Alex: Stayed at the hotel for over 6 months in 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The manager Felipe was amazing and was very helpful. It oversees the Hilton and is close to movie theater and shopping malls. The staff are courteous and always with a smile.

Brad Harrelson: Ambassador review: The Ritz Carlton Mexico City is a stunningly beautiful property with an exceptional team that truly makes your stay here incredible. The building itself soars over nearby Chapultepec Park and provides excellent views and easy transportation access if you're headed elsewhere for the day. The staff here will make you feel right and home (and you'll never want to leave!), so I want to extend a special thanks to Giovanni, Alejandra, Daniel, Mauricio, and Jimena for making my experience extra special. The food and drinks are really great, and the Carlotta Reforma at the Sky Lobby level provides a nice ambiance to take in the sweeping views of the city while you enjoy your meal or evening cocktail (the staff there are great, too!). I am in hotels nearly every single day of the year, and my experience at this property is one of the most memorable over the last few years. If you're debating about staying here -- DO IT! Dagmar Barcelos: This hotel has a very modern beautiful design and gorgeous views to the Bosque de Chapultepec and part of the city. I stayed during the weekend after September 15th. The 1st day I had dinner at their restaurant “Samos”. Food and drinks were incredible. Next day I went to their “brunch service “ and food was delicious and more than plenty. The service was the best! I was in a hurry and one of the members of the staff made me a little box with their best desserts! I had an incredible experience. The whole staff -hotel and restaurant- is the best. They went above and beyond! Definitely worth it! I hope I can come back soon again.

It’s so sad we love Mexico City and we loved staying at st Regis our last stay but figured since ritz is brand new we should try it also… horrible idea! First off you arrive to the hotel and nobody is around to assist you, the welcoming service is so off! The front desk staff was very rude. The air conditioning didn’t work in the rooms, the room service wouldn’t answer the phone, and the concierge was never available! Lastly and the worst part possible… I had multiple designer items stolen from our room when we asked for the room to be cleaned while going out for dinner or lunch. I reached out to the front desk about my items being stolen and was told they’re sorry they haven’t found anything… DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
Peter Ross: Just finished a wonderful stay at The Ritz Carlton Mexico City. Located in the Reforma area steps from Chapultepec Park, the hotel is gorgeous and we cannot say enough good things about the staff. The design and architecture reflect the beauty of Mexico City. The view from our room was simply amazing. We reserved a corner room and were assigned one the 47th floor (the top floor of the hotel). The room was relaxing and well appointed. The restaurant/bar and the pool are beautifully designed. Samos Restaurant and Samos Bar both serve outstanding Mexican region cuisine and drinks. The servers and bar staff were welcoming and remembered our favorites, which was a wonderful touch. We are already planning our return visit to the RC Mexico City.
David L: As a Marriott Associate, I snagged a 3 night stay here for $150/night. Didn’t get a room with a terrace, but didn’t asked for one neither. Raul is their bellman/ambassador who will greet you by name. The gym is clean and pool is small. The lobby is extremely small. I didn’t know at the time, but marijuana is recreationally legal. The park beside the ritz is packed with Aztec stoners that keep the smoke alive all day. Walking distance to the museum of anthropology and the Castillo. The ritz overlooks the Castillo, signifying its dominating status.

Nick Williams: Great Hotel. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast was fine, with plenty to choose from. Roof top terrace was an excellent place to sit and relax with an brilliant view over the city. Location was good, 5 minutes from the metro and there are plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Id definitely stay here again.
Sabrina Ferres: Overall I found the hotel nice and clean, but free and centrally located in Zona Rosa. I stayed Friday and Saturday night and the issue is not so much the hotel but the noise pollution from Tacontento across the road. They pump the music really loudly and I am a light sleeper. On the Thursday night it stopped at 1am which is fine but today (Friday) it is still blaring at 3am and I see they don’t close til 5am. I only read the reviews about stolen goods when I came to write this review. Not an issue for me but definitely wouldn’t have selected this venue had I known.
Sacramento Ramos: Meh! It is centrally located in Zona Rosa close to many coffee shops, restaurants and the nightlife. Also, the suite was very spacious which had a living room and bedroom area. It was decent and livable. However, the cleanliness wasn’t all that, there was hair residue in shower area and dust here and there. Also, beware of the nightlife music noise during weekend nights. I was on the 5th floor and I couldn’t really sleep until 4am when it was over. Bring ear plugs if you have them! The view from my bedroom wasn’t good all that and it felt a bit overpriced. I wouldn’t return to this hotel, again.
Madesyn Thyme: I stayed here for 5 nights. I agree with the reviews: the room was spacious with good accommodations and bed. I was on the 7th floor junior suite. I ordered from Priceline and it was $100 a night without breakfast. I really liked the location. There was a cafe on the same block that was always bumpin. However, on Friday and Saturday the clubs didn’t get quiet until 4 a.m. Be aware in case that bothers you. I had a nice stay!
Guanzhong Bai: It was very loud and noisy from the street, especially from Friday night. And the sounds lasted til early morning of Saturday. So wonder if higher floor could be more quiet….sleeping in bedroom, the noise from street bothered me, so I moved to living room, then people kept opening and closing their doors still bothered, so I was up whole night and that was my experience on Friday night.
Aparna Donti: We got an excellent room with great views and good location! The breakfast is decent / continental fare. For people who enjoy music into the wee hours of the morning, this is a great party location! We were on the 10th floor and could still hear it with the windows closed. Short drive to Centro historica and Condesa, about a 30 min walk. Good local food right around the corner.

Tram Tran: I was impressed with the hotel. It was beyond my expectations. I get 4-stars quality at a deal! The staff from the front desk to the cleaning ladies was attentive and considerate. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Wifi is excellent and free. There were a mini refrigerator and safe in the room. My husband and son loved breakfast with the fresh and delicious offerings next to a great view. Service was both personalized and professional. Great room service. I highly recommend. We're coming back here when we are in Mexico City.

K Ba: Reception is arrogant, cheating and lying. Cheap breakfast. 6am opening means 6:30 Noisy rooms, you listen all night long the neighbors talking, their tv, the 3 highways 10m away. Pity for NH owners, the locals are killing the business

Gustavo Jenkins: Food is good, being inside a Shopping Center also adds great value. However, gym is not good, needs reservation and nobody respect the hours. Rooms are beautiful but cold, no extra blankets in room. Food is really good. Sadly restaurant closes at 10pm. Rooms are not isolated, I was able to hear people in the rooms next to mine. Also cars noise in the highway. And I was in 6th floor. So is a noisy hotel.

Lynn Choi Perrin: I had a lovely stay at the NH Valle Dorado for 6 nights. The room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed. Originally my mini bar fridge was not working but one call and 10 min later they exchanged it with a unit that worked. The restaurant breakfast and dinner was tasty and they have great servers. The only sad part is that the restaurant doesn’t have a liquor license, but the 24 hr room service was greatly appreciated.
