Pista de Hielo Forum Buenavista, Ciudad de México: what do users think?

Scharles Peterson: Filthy ice, oversized plastic boots & my daughter was threatened by an employee that if she had her phone out again she would be thrown out… terrible Do Not go here!!

mister dumpling: This mall has just about everything: ice rink, grocery store, bowling/billiards/arcade, train and metro station, cinema, department stores, cool stores!

Yan R: Nice place to go ice skating with friends or family. Assistants are always on guard and attentive. Not so crowded, we had fun.

Dominik Gyecsek: Wouldn't give bags back once checked in, gave me cold because i couldn't get my hoodie out, all ice skates are uncomfortable, they make faces when you want to try another one. Terrible place.

david miller: Update your hours. It says you close at 10pm and when we got here they told us they close at 6:45pm.

Antonio Sandoval: The ice is not in ver good shape, service ok

Danny: Worst experience ever !!! The worst customer service... They don't know how to behave, talk or communicate. A client slept and hurt herself but no one helped her... Personal is just so S##ty!!!!

sfrankieg: Big enough but they do not clear the ice the oftwn necesary

Ivonne OR: Bad customer service. The overall skating experience was all right.

Jesse Hafen: It OK. There were puddles. I liked the skater only entrance to the snack bar.

Dan Salas: I skated here last week, nothing fancy just meet expectation of an average ice arena. I would come back but only to bring my kids again. It would be helpful if can split areas from rookies and more advanced ice skaters.

Vegan Dad Travels: Kids loved it, staff are friendly and helpful skates are OK but could be sharper.Shopping center is big with plenty of food but not great on the vegan options but most places are willing to make something up from the menu.

Paul B: In pristine conditions. Lots of fun.

Mauricio Gras: Best ice skating Rink in the area open for private classes and leisure skating. National Competition events are also held here

David Mendez: I personally did not used it (it been a while since I ice skated) but it is the best by far that I have seen in Mexico and some in the USA.

ashwinkumar jayakumar: Good place to skate

emilio cabiedes: The owners are really cheap, it could be better maintained.

Mario Riveros: They kick you out if there's a training session even thought you got a full day pass

Alex Iniestra: Good

Viviana Donis: Loved that they had Krispy Kreme. My favorite

Syd R: Chilling place to be sit. This cool ice rink is a comfy place to skate, to learn how to fall and to get freezing wet. Last time I went some skating lessons were performed frequently to help people improving their skills. Thoughtful and funny lesson I loved.

Evelyn Reyes: Great prices for unlimited ice skating (rental skates included). We visited Saturday morning and the rink was a bit full with skaters from all levels. The rink is ok and could use some maintenance. We really enojes our visit.

Karina Soto: A good ambiance, really good for going in family. However, some frequent maintenance wouldn't be bad.

Ernie Garcia: It is a very old skating ice rink. It was once a great rink but nowadays you can see it has been neglected; it is dark, the ice is uneven in many parts and the wood walls look just old. The skating is always fun and that is the only good thing. Too bad there is no competition anywhere close

Arturo Sanchez: They want it me to pay 2 times for 2 sessions. because morning session ends at 3pm and afternoon starts at 5:45pm to 7pm. What a ripoff.

Robert Eriksson: Rough ice and too many people on it. If you are an experienced skater, don't go unless you enjoy weaving around a lot of people.

Carlos Gershenson: Ice skating at affordable prices. Check times of public opening, as they sometimes close for hockey/skating team practice.

Gabriel Galeno: Needs a lot of maintenance. Parts of the ice was starting to melt

Rodrigo Cárdenas: It's always too crowded. You miss part of the experience of skating when is so full.

Ivan Sidorenko: Ice isn't in a good condition. Wavy along the boards...

Esther H: To have a good time, only that the policies are very inflexible, a four-year-old girl who started skating fell after five minutes, And she no longer wanted to continue skating, we wanted to change it for someone else and they would not let us make the change ...

Pedro Davila: There was the national competition but there are no stands next to the track

kostia llaca: There is a lack of lighting on the track, the audio is very bad, to make a competition at the national level very bad

Roxana Portillo: Terrible service! Yesterday I took my 3-year-old daughter to the class that I had scheduled with the instructor who arrived drunk! There is no one in charge if you have a problem, and no one is responsible for anything.

Jake Montes Moncada: Of all of the La Pista group, this is definitely my favorite, at least I have never had problems training in the center, good attention, respectful, parking and a very good environment to train. My best memories of adolescence I owe to this track.

Rafa U!: Good ice rink, reasonable price. It has accessories with additional cost for training, such as a child's chair or a trainer. The only bad thing, they should teach to greet those who deliver the skates, they don't even say "hello", it feels very forced as they hate their job.

Javier Santacruz: It is good but it needs to renew the skates, they are very deteriorated and they do not allow themselves to be tied as they should be. It is a good plan to go with the family, apart from that in an hour you can do a good exercise.

Claudia LLuvia Martinez de la Parra: When they have a presentation they should give a program to know what time? each group participates AND avoid terrible chaos with assistants

Gerardo Benitez: Amazing track and the best teachers

Guillermo Carreño: Excellent place is very beautiful to see small children rollerblading

Beatriz D: It is very small place to iceskating. You can use the place only for 1hr. They prices are not upgrade in their website but for a $120 mxp you can use the "pista" plus $10mxp to enter there. You will pay for parking by the hour. It is a snack place in 2nd floor who sells, snacks, popcorn and other goodies. Extremely expensive If you trying to buy gloves ($100mxp) or souvenirs. Super friendly staff members

Luis Pruneda: Great Price, and kids had a blast. check schedules ahead of time, so you can get plan accordingly for their start times. great place, one of my fav. places for ice-skating with the fam.

Trini Galvan: Schedule is from 1pm on weekends, price is quite acceptable.

spoiledgirl80: My kids had fun in there! We went there on a Wednesday when they open (1pm), I pay for an hr, rental for the blades.. They gloves are 100mxp. Snack store etc etc

Jeffrey Sieg: Great exercise. The ice is a little rough in places. Worth the admission.

Eunkyung Jeon: Nice. Not many people so good to ride

Julio Pacheco: It could become full in peak hours, but still it was a fun experience to skate in a big rink.

RAMIREZ SANTOS ILYA GABRIEL: Ok

Sieun Lee: The ice rink has the little marks on them and they feel bumpy when I went over them.

Leondri Salas: Take with you New Socks🧦🤪 if you don't have your own ice skates

Los Alamos County Ice Rink: what do users think?

John Utsey: The outdoor rink itself is spectacular The upgrades to the locker rooms are nice. . The ice is often rough. The zamboni is old and mostly functional. The snackbar selection is anemic. The facility had no ice when a player was injured and needed some ice. The staff was a full 30 minutes late leaving 2 teams of hockey players standing outside for 30 minutes at 4 degrees. As a result all 4 morning games were delayed.

Zak Evans: Excellent place to walk and look at the beautiful scenery in the winter. Beautiful little escape from the lab and Los Alamos (LA). Highly suggested

Erica M: This was an amazing experience. Very friendly staff, ready to help and answer questions, the skates we rented were clean and in good condition. The price for two adults with two rental skates was only $20 and it was from open to close if you wanted to stay that long. There was a lot of people but there was still plenty pf room for everyone. They had guides for learners which was very helpful. Fun experience and recommend it for those visiting in Los alamos!

Alex Johnson: Cheap and fun . Questionable taste in music for a family establishment but I guess that's what happens with mostly teens running the place

Jason Halladay: It's impossible to beat ice skating out under the starry sky. This ice rink has been a wonderful fixture of the town for decades. Such a wonderful resource.

Duncan Smith: I love it

Maximum T: So much fun

ayy lmao: a pretty good ice skating rink

Prince Alibaba: Attention is very good and fast service

Chris Mexas: Cool selection too bad I couldn't go inside. The costumer service is pretty poor. The online selections Is pretty good though.

Gørbell: It's the best store to found skate clothes and shoes national and international in the historic centre, you can find design like DC, Vans, Gremio, and other marks.

Galleria Ice Skating Center: what do users think?

Nikeeta FoxFive: We had such a grand time. The kids enjoyed skating for the first time. I enjoyed seeing the kids and adults crash lol. Pure entertainment. They so give military discount. They have lockers available for 75 cent I believe so bring change you will been that to use the lockers. Ice is refreshed about every 2 hours which is nice. Have fun

Maribel “Bell” Rodriguez: I’ve lived in Dallas for ever and had never been ice skating. Still haven’t 😆. I took my grandson and he loved it! It was his first time and he skated like a pro! Thanks to the staff in the rink. They are so helpful 😊 we will definitely be back soon .

Corey Cole: It was a little crowded considering Omicron is out. That being said, it was the first time in 21 I got to see the tree in person. Ice was nice and smoothly Zamboni-ed... Is that a word? Probably not. But everyone seemed to be having fun.

Laura DeLeon: Paying full price for "public hour" even though the manager has his own unwritten rule that you can't skate in the center "if he has figure skaters skating". There is a private hour but unfortunately they like to push their own private rules. It is not written anywhere and they do not tell you this when you purchase your pass. Completely ridiculous.

LaShuna Anderson: My friend and I had such a great time! Only thing I’d recommend is a renovation of the area that you put on skates at. Other than that it was really fun.

Alberto Gutierrez: Always a fun place for kids to have fun, and do some ice skating, lots of people during the holidays.

Chris Gonzalez: I understand that this is a public rink and they see so many visitors every day, BUT for the price you pay, l would not recommend this ice rink. The ice was in terrible condition, even after the ice was cleared and the Zamboni ran. If the ice is in this poor of shape, fees need to match accordingly. Still a good time skating with my family, but won’t be back.

David McMahon: Great place, especially around the holidays. Gets very crowded so be choosy about when you go. Also, the restrooms could use some updating. They feel like public park restrooms from the 1980’s.

Heather Dittrich: The tree looks lovely. Skating was fun as always.

D Sauce Rey: Had a great time with my son it was his 1st time ice skating and he was able to learn quick. It's a very nice and well kept place the price was very reasonable and you admission lasts all day. The lessons were also reasonable but not necessary I was able to teach to my 6 year son since it was not a crowded as I would have imagined. Recommendation het there early skates are very limited and get super busy after 2 PM.

Learn Spanish in Mexico City: what do users think?

Harriet Bell: I thoroughly recommend this school. My teacher Johnathan was a great teacher and highly educated and we had many interesting conversations about Mexico, Mexican food and museums and locations to visit in Mexico. He used good teaching materials with photocopied worksheets for me to take home as homework. Our one to one classes were really enjoyable. Thank you Jonathan!
Response: Hola Harriet, muchas gracias por tu reseña. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your Spanish lessons with teacher Jonathan and we hope to see you back again soon! Saludos.

Laurie Clarke: My experience with Learn Spanish was really positive. This is a very professional outfit and they were responsive and helpful throughout. My teacher, Jonathan, was great - lessons were a blend of learning new things, practising, and free conversation, which made me so much more confident in my Spanish by the end of the week. He had a very kind and patient teaching style, while also keeping the energy high throughout the two hour sessions. I would absolutely recommend this school, it was the best one I tried during my time in Mexico.
Response: Hola Laurie! Muchas gracias por tu reseña! We were really happy to having received you as one of our students and we are glad to hear that you now feel more confident in you Spanish. We hope to see you back again soon! Muchas gracias y saludos.

Sarah H: I loved my Spanish lessons with Jonathan! They were the highlight of my month in Mexico City. He was so patient and kind, and he worked with the very little Spanish I came in with. I felt much more confident by the end of our 20+ hours of lessons. Our field trips together were the reason I was able to see so much of the city while also working full time, and I appreciated the flexibility of evening classes. Thanks for everything, Jonathan! You’ve always got a friend in Minnesota.
Response: Hola Sarah! Muchas gracias por dejarnos tu reseña. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your Spanish lessons and field trips with teacher Jonathan. We hope to see you back again soon! Muchos saludos.

Joe Springham: I took 2 weeks of classes with LSMC and had an absolutely fantastic time! My teacher Luis was everything I hoped for - friendly, patient, interesting and genuinely invested in improving my Spanish. A really brilliant teacher, Luis prepared for classes, provided very useful material and sought the best methods to get me to improve, work on my bad habits and become more free flowing in everyday conversational Spanish. Luis understood my gaps very early on and I certainly feel vastly improved after the two weeks of learning. I recommend Luis at LSMC to all learners around the world seeking to learn Spanish in the wonderful Mexico City.
Response: Hola Joe! Thank you so much for leaving us your review. Luis really enjoyed teaching you and we hope to see you back again soon. Muchos saludos!

Jack Lee: I took an online course with Francisco, it was my second time studying with this school and I recommend it highly. They are flexible with scheduling and can accommodate irregular days and times for lessons, which many other schools do not offer. Francisco tailored the course content based on my objectives, and provided an engaging mix of conversation, grammar and reading exercises, it helped me brush up on aspects of Spanish before going to Mexico. Many thanks!
Response: Hola Jack! Thank you so much for leaving us your review and we are honoured that you returned to us to further improve your Spanish skills and we hope to see you back again soon! Saludos.

Matt Hsu: Johnathan was an AMAZING instructor and ambassador of CDMX. We did an immersive experience with him and saw a huge improvement in our Spanish ability in our time together. We will be back and work with him again.
Response: Hola Matt! Thank you for leaving your review. It is great to hear that you saw a huge improvement in your Spanish abilities thanks to the sessions with Jonathan. We hope to see you back again soon! Saludos!

Derrick Malone Jr: I had an amazing experience with Learn Spanish in Mexico City! My teacher, Ita was patient, flexible, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great immersion experience in Mexico City. I had 3 hours a private lessons for 4 weeks, and the lessons were packed with useful information that really helped improve my understanding of the language. It was the perfect amount of challenge for me! The next time I'm in CDMX, I will definitely book more lessons.
Response: Hola Derrick! Thank you so much for leaving us a review. We are very happy that you improved your understanding of the language and we hope to see you back again soon! Muchos saludos.

Clint Scott: I took one week of city trips and it was fantastic. I met Luis in a different part of the city each day. We would sit and talk for a while then walk and talk some more. We visited museums and other cool places and the conversation never stopped. It was a totally immersive experience and my Spanish improved considerably. I also learned a lot Mexican culture and history. I highly recommend to all who see learning Spanish as a gateway to learning more about the world we live in.
Response: Hola Clint! Thank you so much for your review. We are very happy to hear that your Spanish improved considerably and that you learned a lot about the Mexican culture and history. That is exactly the goal of our City Trips. We hope to see you back again soon. Saludos!

Laura Sanchez: I had a wonderful experience with Learn Spanish in CDMx! From the booking process to the lessons, I was very happy with the experience. Special thank you to Ita, my teacher during my trip, who was patient, engaging, and super helpful. I am deeply grateful for her and her excellent teaching. I’m looking forward to continuing lessons with her online! Thank you to Jonathan as well, who was super kind and accommodating in my last minute request :)
Response: Muchas gracias Laura for leaving your review! Ita very much enjoys teaching you and we are pleased that you will be continuing with online Spanish lessons. Muchos saludos!

Sarah Widmann: I took classes with Lucia online and in person when I arrived in CDMX. I had a small background with Spanish from high school but needed some refresh along side learning new content. She is very professional, helpful and patient with lessons. She took the time to make my lessons more personal and in line with my interest. She was a great tour guide and planned a whole city trip to look at local CDMX designers. She helped me improve and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for lessons. Thanks Lucia!!
Response: Hola Sarah! Thank you so much for your review. We are very happy to hear that you got so much out of your Spanish lessons with Lucia. She is a great teacher! We hope to see you back again soon. Saludos!

Allen Community Ice Rink: what do users think?

Sree Kanth: We opted for fall sessions and so far our experience is awesome. They will give enough time for practice after the classes. The staff is very helpful in assisting and professional.

Craig Waugh: Nice rink and cooling system works great. Larger than Galleria but a little small during crowded open skating days/times. Good classes for kids from beginner on up but classes are just too full to have any real instruction for someone that needs a few pointers on lessons. Private lessons available if you talk to some of the instructors.

Mariam Johnson: Very clean and well maintained ice rink

Chad Jackman: Such a fun experience! We took a family outing here because... Olympics ! Lol!My daughter is now wanting to be a figure skater and my son wants to be the Zamboni Guy! Lol

Kwon Kim: I got a ticket using Groupon, and openning time was not crowded. It was a funny and happy skating day.

Neoxenok: I came here so my step-daughter could try ice skating.I stayed because it's Texas during summer time and it has the best air conditioning. If there was an open bar, it'd be a 6/5.

Cassy F: Great for the entire family, our kids absolutely love their ice skating lessons(very reasonably priced)they are on the fourth level and are still excited every week. The staff is all very helpful and friendly. They also have some "theme days" for open skate

Roshun Daniels: My daughter went here for a year for lessons. Affordable class prices and the instructors are awesome! You get free passes to retun for open skate when you enroll in a class.

T Deh: The prices for public skate are better than other options and I love the Allen Americans!

David Chambers: Great public skate session. Price was great, ice was good and it wasn't too crowded at the Tuesday afternoon session.

H. Jung: Interestingly, it has the best view for Palacio de Bellas Artes. Cafe at 8th floor and even shops at 8~9th floors provide perfect views.

Mattho Mandersloot: A decent selection of brands for a standard department store. View from the top floor is not te be missed!

Alfredo Cervantes: We have bought our furniture and appliances in this store for over 50 years, since 1970...It was the top of mind for our family and still is. It's a great store, well ventilated and extremely clean , nowadays people go into the store without face mask but all the staff keep on wearing it,which is extremely reassuring for us and makes us feel safe inside

Sara Craven: If you have a Canadian credit or debit card (CIBC specifically) do NOT shop here. Their systems don’t synchronize with our banks at home and both my father and I were charged twice on our credit cards and once on our debit cards while the Sears pin machines showed our transactions were declined. To date we have not had the charges reimbursed (by Sears nor cibc) or cancelled and it was a huge headache. North Americans take your business elsewhere or pay cash.

Vasylyna L: I can’t tell anything about the shops, since did it do shopping there, but caffe at the 8 floor has very nice view! 😍We ordered there smoothies and it was tasty 👍🏻

Mike Lawrence: The Café Porfirio on the 8th floor offers a great birdseye view of the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Try to come on a weekday afternoon to (mostly) avoid the crowds, it's obviously a popular place to drink your latte.

Sandy: Very cute department store and on the very top there is a small coffee shop with a breath taking view of the city

Carlos Guerrero: I went to buy a new Samsung Galaxy A03 core but there was only one technician to really can up date my new phone but after 2 .hrs it was not possible SO I have to go again SO I hope HE or SHE can do it well may be was bad luck today Sears Bellas Artes . Bad Day Carlos.

Steve Mills: Cafe on the top floor has great views.

Sergio Carvajal Mercado: Everything was great, I bought a few things, everyone was very helpful. When I was leaving the store I notice my phone had 12% battery left. There is a few power connections by the door so I stop to use one. After 4 minutes some woman came and ask me not to used them, I ask why? I'm a customer, she said it didn't matter, there can be an explosion or something. I couldn't believe it. Really 5 minutes of charge it's going to make a difference in their budget, specially after I spent 400 pesos there. Anyways.

Josue Palafox: What a bad bagel and what a disappointment it takes me, I bought it in Plaza el Salado, Acatitla, today, a hard and tasteless bagel tasted like bofo bread, the one I bought last year was delicious, and that's why I bought it there, but hooo surprise what a big disappointment, don't buy your bagel there, it's really not worth it.

Eduardo Martinez: There is variety, but they have a desm...e in their merchandise; the prices are not visible and those that are do not coincide with the product that they advertise, in addition to the fact that their signs are very small. Bad arrangement of the products, which also has to do with the same users who handle everything and do not leave it in its place. Unfortunately, I went almost to the closing to take advantage of the offers announced on the social network and I had to leave my INE to be able to take the cart with all my purchases to the parking lot. It seems that this is Soriana's policy since I've been to several of its stores and it's the same thing, that, by the way, its somewhat disastrous staff: it seems that they are always in a bad mood and denying their work.

Elizabeth Illescas: It seriously needs a remodel or a lot of maintenance, it is worse than colander in the rainy season and it is more expensive than other stores.

Iván Cisneros: Soriana's distribution is bad, you can't go directly to the bathrooms, because they are by the exit if you have an emergency and want to go in, the guards aren't friendly and you have to go all the way around, the package is bad because you go with your things and inside the sales area is the parcel

Cintya Martinez: I had to return a product because it was not labeled correctly, obviously it had a higher price than I had seen; the problem was not that... It happens that when he gave me the return ticket, I signed the note and by mistake I took it in my hand because I was going to the parcel for my backpack, the cashier arrives, tells me very rudely "THIS TICKET IS MINE" seeing that I had made a mistake, I expressed "oh! Yes... Excuse me"... Then, I give him the ticket; Consequently, I ask him for the one that corresponds to me, but he had already turned around and left me with the word in my mouth "the good thing is that he knows why he rents to work there; perhaps they did not clarify that he should attend to the client kindly 🤔 I can already imagine if she didn't like her job or if she was outright angry... I think she hit me at that moment 🤪 Cross out for whoever hired her at RH the truth, for that kind of thing I will NOT shop there again; I do NOT recommend it!!!

Tonny Vallarta: Very good, always very quiet and clean, I always find what I am looking for and everything in order, this very simple and straightforward, good soriana unlike other similar ones, I buy quiet and the parking lot there is someone who takes care of your cars, nothing has ever happened to me here and I always come back, my purchases are made in a practical and simple way.

El Palacio de Hierro Polanco: what do users think?

Sherif El Hayawan: It's one of the biggest palacio stores I entered in mexico The ground floor have all the luxurious brands like fendi, burberry, Louis vitton ,dior, cartier, rolex In the secibd floor the store itself starts and there is sale in most of the sections not like the ground floor Also the first floor they have Starbucks and pop corn selling point beside the kids games area which was huge

Andrea Gregor: It is too big and has too much stuff since it has 3 floors. In the gourmet part, it has wines, liquors, beers, coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, food, snacks and candy. There is also the electronics section which consists of televisions, cell phones, cameras, computers, tablets, musical instruments and video games. Another home section consists of things to decorate your home such as appliances, furniture, kitchen, mattresses, table/bar, bathroom, pets, decorative items, luggage and exercise equipment. There is also a beauty site where you can find facial care, makeup, perfumes, hair care, body care for women and men. There are watches and jewelry, and clothing. A lot of brands like Boss, Burberry, Chanel, Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Versace and much more. And not only that it also has plenty of restaurants if you get hungry after walking a lot. I highly recommend this.

Phillip Jares: We purchased carpeting from them and then walked around. The department store is well designed and beautiful. Stopped at the tapas bar which had a great selection of finger food. Enjoyed a beer.

Jawad Malik: A high end shopping mall having high end brand stores like Rolex, Louis Vuitton, etc. an expensive place as expected. Couldn’t see any food court or restaurant there. Toy store has good variety of toys. The design and layout of mall is distinctive and offers you many spots to have good photos.

Stephania R: You have all the high end designers here from Louis Vuitton to Hermes to Dior etc… they take proper measures for COVID when you enter with temperatures and hand sanitizer. You can shop till you drop here

Bernard DRAI: Standard high-level mall with all the clasical luxury brands known in the world.Price are quite expensive and detax not so great.

Mark M (Pimiento463): Going to CDMX was an overall positive experience and "El Palacio" was no exception. We'll start with the positive first and I'll give an overall idea of the experience. Here in the U.S., we have malls with multiple independent stores, whereas this is a store with multiple branded "boutiques" within the same store - think luxury boutiques/Best Buy/high-end patisserie and bars, all under one roof. After an hour and a half in the store, we ended up buying a couple pieces and then proceeded to their rooftop bar for a glass of wine before our dinner. Now on to the not-so-good...going to a foreign country to be followed around a store, by MULTIPLE staff members is not so fun. I will let the reader of this review make your own assessment as to why that might be. At first, I thought I was seeing things and then when I saw a person from a section I visited 20 minutes before conspicuously watching me was a bit unnerving. Then, when I saw other staff peeking around corners and asking "do you need assistance?", it became a little crazy. I was over the whole experience at that point and I wanted to pay so I could leave. I live in greater Houston, so everything available at this store, I could get at home. Definitely, no need to go back when I visit again.

Martin Tuason: Great shopping! Great food court! I found lots of great cloths for my daughter. I got to eat cinco jotas with pan con tomate. Good pizza and sushi. Even great churros.

Jeff Mastin: If you want to go to a place full of pompous people who think they’re god’s gift to earth. This place fancies itself Mexico’s Rodeo Drive, in a box. But their shops are half filled, relatively, and only stock the basics. They’ll list one marquee item, just to convince you it’s “luxury”. Meanwhile, they’ll sell you something you could pick up at a Best Buy, Ceconomy, Elkjøp, Argos, etc in the budget, last season bin for a 50–100% markup. Sure, whatever, typical low class make-you-feel-like-trash-so-you-think-we’re-high-class shenanigans. It would all be fine if their service actually matched. Except it’s worse than Liverpool, with half the selection. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, just use Amazon. For all their evil corporatocracy, at least the prices are better and they offer good service.

Rui Li: Alfredo and Manuel Garcia from concierge helped me a lot about finding the item that I need, they are so patient and so enthusiastic about my selections. Give them 5 star+ and my respect!

Peaks Ice Arena: what do users think?

Jed Ashford: Great experience here. They're set up to take in a ton of people quickly. Plenty of skates for rental. We were worried walking in with a big line, but we were probably setup to skate in 20 minutes. The kids had a blast.

Tess Obenauf: Update: the original is absolutely worth reading. I've lived watching the grace and liberation on the faces of people who ice skate since I was a child. After a life of caring for others, I've reached an age where I wanted to do something for me. I'm almost 60 but still with a desire to live vibrantly. The instructors, most in their late teens, that lead the classes are so patient and encouraging. They are ok with the fact that I stick with the pieces that make me feel comfortable and accept that I know myself well enough. I simply want to enjoy being able to feel the chill on my face and the joy of that smooth glide that I see in the spirits of those who enjoy the ice... Original review: So much fun! Good company, watching parents with their little ones, young love! It wasn't crowded in the least, but this place certainly draws the variety of people together. I spent an hour clinging to the wall before finally developing the courage to try staying near the wall without touching. On my fifth trip aground, I face planted, BUT I picked myself up and kept going. :) if the little ones could do it, so could i

Jenna George: The ice arena is well taken care of. Workers are young and tired haha but overall they got me what I needed. The skating shoes worked perfectly for me. Have the little kiddie things for new skaters available but they might cost. Check the times and availability before you go since there might be teams practicing on the rink! Bathrooms available but I didn't use them so I can't say for sure on cleanliness.

Angie Miske: The best ice rink in Utah. Not crowded or overpriced like SL county rinks. Lots of public sessions and freestyle sessions.

DW Kim: Pretty good, hopefully there are more things to do in the future.

Elisha Trask: We have gone to peaks ice arena several times. Each time I am impressed with how well they maintain the cleanliness and create such a fun atmosphere. I love that as a parent you can watch from up above or the side lines. This is the perfect place to take teens for birthday parties or just to have a good time. Their prices are really good and they make it family friendly. The staff has always been very kind and helpful. They have the little walkers you can take on the ice to help you stand up too! I love that it isn’t always busy and you don’t feel like you are going to get ran off of the ice. The ice is maintained and the skates are always clean.

Benjamin Porter: Very nice facility. My kids took introductory ice skating lessons here and really enjoyed it. The instructors were nice and seemed to enjoy teaching. The rental skates weren't of high quality, but they were on par with my expectations for rental skates. They have a hockey specific rink as well, along with indoor soccer fields that look pretty nice (see attached pictures).

Bridger Clymore: The gym used to be awesome and not that busy but they've hired a ton of personal trainers who take up all the squat racks, cable machines and turf for hours at a time and pretty much only leave the dumbbells for everyone else. They should have tops two personal trainers in there at a time in a gym this small.

Weatherly Post-Jones: I have hundreds of amazing memories here. I would highly advise putting your kids in the skating lessons, they will bring life long memories ❤️

jace roberts: Today was the 5th time I have put together a group ranging from 15 to 30 people to play broomball. It is also the 5th time that peaks has scheduled some other event in place of college night (broomball). In each case only a few of the employees seem to know what's going on. You can never be sure what event is really scheduled at peaks.
