Chanelle Soncini: Whilst in Mexico City I went to Bullet to have my greys colored. (I’ve been 70% grey for 10 years and color every month - 6 weeks if I push it). Their confidence lead me to believe Id be satisfied with the outcome. I mean when we were done, from the surface - without inspecting my hair - since I felt I could trust their service, I was happy. You can see the hair is decent. Not amazing but acceptable. HOWEVER, 2 DAYS LATER upon further inspection at a shoot (awkward) I was made aware that in fact the job had been poorly executed and I’d been left with grey areas. This is not what I expect. They were then reluctant to accommodate me in fixing THEIR sad attempt and I was forced to go elsewhere as I needed to have my hair sorted asap. The owner is a nice guy so I was actually shocked that I experienced this response from him over IG.
Response: We couldn’t accommodate you because we had no water in the premises due to a failure at the shopping mall and the next day we were fully booked and because your service was done as a collaboration/free we can not give you preference over paying clients. You are also a nice girl very cool and happy so it shocks me that you are leaving a bad review after getting a service for free.
Melody Mitchell: First time having my hair colored and cut in Mexico City. Highly recommend this salon as it is very aesthetic and the staff was amazing. My stylist was Gabi and she did an incredible job!!

Jenna Smith: I went with this salon after seeing pictures of balayage similar to what I had previously. The staff are very nice and the space is small but well designed. I asked to be lighter and less warm using balayage with foils and showed pictures of bronde and ashy light brunette color I had previously. Ultimately I ended up darker and more coppery-red than what I came in with. I had even pointed out that the toner she was about to apply looked darker and redder than I wanted but she assured me this was the right color. A month on and it's still very brassy as the toner fades and because I wasn't lifted as light as my previous highlights I can see the difference in the lighter ones I had previously and the yellow-orange ones from this visit. Not the worst, but not feeling great about this, especially for the cost. Services: Hair coloring , Haircut

For this scenario we think the result was good but for this kind of corrections we need several sessions. We are sorry the result was not what you expected.

He was gentle with my relatively fine hair, adding in some great Mucota products to make the color treated areas much healthier. We spoke mostly Spanish but he speaks great English too. Jake Garcia: This is the BEST nail salon in CDMX!!! (And i have been to a few) The space is so very cute: Instagram worthy neon sign, nice decorations, and the music they play is great. The ladies are all so nice and the environment feels super chill and friendly. There is tea and coffee to enjoy as you get your nails done. The Nails: Best in CDMX. My nail designer looked at my photo and didn't even hesitate. My nails came out literally perfect, just like the reference photo I provided. My nail artist Esmeralda was so so kind and chill and even helped me mix a custom color for my design. The execution of the manicure was flawless. 400MXN for my manicure. Left a big tip because I enjoyed the experience so much and will becoming back as a regular. 10/10 Service: Manicure

Ntl Quiroz: My gel nails started chipping and lifting after 1 week. I took this picture two weeks and two days after my appointment. I ended up having to remove the gel on my own because the lifted parts kept getting caught on my clothes and it just looked so bad. My pedicure was a regular polish (not gel) and have lasted until now without chipping. I felt it was not a detailed manicure and pedicure, just the bare minimum to pass. The person who did my nails was nice and I was treated well.

Kathryn Roberts: I waited some time after my service to see how things turned out. I got a haircut and really liked it, a bargain for a nice haircut. However! I also got my eyebrows laminated and it was a disaster. She didn't ask what I wanted them to look like, only combed out one, left the product on too long etc etc I went from having eyebrows that took a bit of work to look nice to eyebrows that needed time and effort every morning to make them look normal because they laminated curves and bends into the brow hairs that weren't there before. My eyebrows were worse than before I got them done and it's taken months for them to get somewhat back to normal - but they're thinner now than they were when I started. I've gotten my eyebrows laminated in Mexico City before and it was great. This time it wasn't.
Andra Nicolau: Absolute disaster. Nails were crooked after filing and no cuticle work was done. There was no service of water or mezcal or whatever the other reviewers are saying. No menu or options were presented when I walked in. It’s one the poorest run salons I’ve ever had the misfortune of stepping in. It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to it. Avoid by all means.

Crista McKinzie: After coming here 3 times, hoping to get better results, I can say with confidence to run far away from this place. The girl at the front desk was unprofessional and not friendly at all. Today there was clearly some drama going on. The tension was felt by everyone. The girl doing my nails stopped twice to have a lengthy conversation with other employees and then took 2 personal phone calls and looked at her phone constantly. My nails look mediocre at best and my cuticles hurt.

T: I was visiting from the U.S and had my hair colored by Javier at the Tec location. He gave me beautiful dirty brown blue highlights that are getting better as I wash my hair! I had such a hard time finding a colorist in Miami who understood what I wanted, but even though I did not speak Spanish, Javier new exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond. I will definitely see him again next time I go. Gracias Javier!

Eyra Huerta: The place seems excellent to me, with very good quality products from what I could see. I did an assessment of my hair to see if it could hold a bleach, they told me it lasted 20 minutes. What I did not like is that the truth is that I would have preferred that they cut that strand instead of leaving it there and decorating it. 😔 While I was waiting they offered me water, soda and they gave me a brownie 👌🏻😋 They gave me my budget and payment options, they were very kind and gave me a card to make my appointment when I was convinced. ✨

Daniela Palma: I can't believe the magic they did with my hair!! Lupita attended me in Polanco and she is a professional, I had red hair and she advised me and treated me super professional. He makes a wonderful duo with Charly, both of them are great. Excellent treatment also, every peso is worth it.
Natalia Vázquez: I went on Dec 19. I was very insecure since I was letting myself be guided by the bad comments, and my experience was the following: 1. As soon as the guy at the reception arrived, he received me very kindly and checked if you actually had an appointment at that time. 2. Notice and they went down for me, I told them my idea but my hair did not allow the dye I was going for, so they suggested several options. 3. I was very gullible since I saw comments that they always wanted to apply another, much more expensive budget without requiring it, false. They did explain to me why I couldn't put that dye on, the boy never insisted that I go even at that moment, I was the one who asked that it be done that day. The guy was in charge of explaining each process detail to detail. They made me a look that I didn't go for but that I loved much more than I imagined. They were all very friendly and made my stay very pleasant. It is worth what you pay for and what is, is that you do not get carried away by the comments, live the experience and remember that whoever is kind to the world, the world will return it to you.
NAT B: If what you are looking for is to dye your long hair, this is definitely the place. But not for cuts like pixie they didn't know how to do it in fact I keep trying to comb the mess that I have in my terrible head. And the dyeing is not convenient either because they charge you as long.
Sara Díaz: Excellent stylists! Polanco Branch They are quite honest in telling you the state the hair is in and whether or not it is possible to do the effect you have in mind. Super friendly in customer service and the tokio treatment ufff is a delight for the hair! They also advise you with care at home 🏡 They do not have affordable prices for the general public but I consider it one of the best investments I have made. It does not have a place to park but you can leave it in the liverpool that is opposite or on the street (there is a parking meter).
Mariana Xanat Estrada: Since November 2019 I did a lighting design at Helwe Satélite, the result fascinated me, now I decided to add a little color with Guadalupe and Paola, the hygiene measures despite the contingency are very strict so you feel safe when entering and being inside the branch, the cost is high, but the result they give you is what you want and it is always a very good long-term investment. I am very happy with the results 👏🏼

I reached here half hour before their closing time and they didn’t hurry the service up at all. If anything, this was probably the most meticulously done blowout I have ever gotten in my life! it turned out so beautiful. Also, they offered me beverages, which was a great touch. So, on vacation in Mexico I was looking for a salon in CDMX to get a balayage and I discovered this little known and exquisite place. Alejandro (Alex) treated me with kid gloves, listening to my directions and exceeding my expectations!! Alex cut my stitches very carefully not to reduce the length too much. He is a kind and cultured person who loves Fellini's films and bel canto. He and his colleague even offered me mezcal! All in all: Alex did a good job, the color turned out well: elegant and modern, and it suits me a lot. It honestly seems that I often get 3 times the amount they ask me. Satisfied!! 😊💃🏻

Majo Cabrera: The best aesthetics !!! 💖 I have been to many beauty salons but this has been the one and my favorite. More than satisfied with the quality and price. They are all very friendly. I had not attended any aesthetic since the pandemic began, but I was very calm here since they follow all the health and safety protocols. Hector attended me and I loved the change of look, I left everything in his hands and I highly recommend it. My mother was attended by Omar and everything was perfect, she was fascinated by the cut and the attention. Also, the location is across the street to go to the square and park the car there, so I don't struggle so much to find a place. We loved everything, we will become frequent customers. Astrid Heinz: I went to this place because of a facebook post where they were promoting balayage for 2,650. I was treated by a stylist who apparently was not a regular there but a guest, from the beginning he made me feel super uncomfortable saying that he could only do an evaluation that day and the balayage another day, I told him that they did not tell me about that, I I traveled 2 hours to leave with nothing, he told me that I could only work if I cut 6 to 8 cm of hair. I agreed he was pushing and making uncomfortable comments. He pulls me all the time, he paints my hair reluctantly and to top it off he gave me a treatment that he never mentioned to me when they washed my hair. The horrible balayage, it seemed that I had done light highlights, all the lower part of the hair that cannot be seen I do not touch at all, they charged me 5,000 pesos at the end for the "treatment" that they NEVER told me. Since the guy already wanted to leave, they didn't even straighten or dry my hair, I left with my hair soaked and super angry. Terrible service, the partner was kind when I claimed he was going to give me the attention but he rescheduled for personal reasons and he no longer wanted to make it valid.
