I decided to take it out because I saw it worse and because in hospitalization they gave me a different price over the phone than the one they charged me. I think that if the wound and the fracture had been detected from the beginning and he had been given an antibiotic treatment that was continuous, perhaps he would have had some chance, I don't like that different doctors attend to that clinic, even when I went to ask about the antibiotic that I had agreed to return to buy it. I asked for the doctor and they told me that she had another job and that they could not communicate with her at that time, not even by phone, which seems absurd to me because that means that they do not follow up on a treatment. and they also do not have the prescriptions or the treatments that were previously given in any system or any history. The doctors at the second clinic I took my kitten to told me that the right thing to do would have been to start a strong course of antibiotics to prevent that wound from becoming infected. Another thing is that they do not keep a good follow-up, they do not even have a history of the previous treatments that they received, my kitten suffered a lot due to a bad diagnosis.

On Sunday, already very worried about the situation of my whose, I ended up looking for another veterinarian, since on Sunday the Exotic Animal Health veterinarian remains closed without maintaining a hotline for its patients, and fortunately I ended up in the hands of a true exotics veterinary, in which they inform me that both the doses of the medications were poorly calculated, preoperative studies were never done on my guinea pig, which are completely necessary, and that the alleged tear to the bladder should never have happened. My whose was dehydrated, with an infection, irritation in the stomach because they did not send him the necessary medications to protect his stomach, and he is still under observation. Like any other veterinarian, they make you sign a responsive letter where you release them from any complication that your little animals may have, but I dare to share my experience because I know that there are many owners like me who feel deeply responsible for the lives of our pets. company, and it is very sad to trust and that it turns out that they are not prepared to provide quality care, at least for whose. The biggest plus is that in the market towards the end there's a guy which makes the tanks. Big tanks at a cheap price, I got on different occasions two 55 gallon tanks for about $550 pesos each, which is crazy cheap and I haven't had any problems with either. Anyways the prices of the tanks are alot cheaper than the ones outside or around the area even cheaper than other places I've been to. Take a trip and check it out.

Response: Thank you for your comment, we will take it into account, but let us remember that our patients come to us due to serious illnesses, many of them caused by the owners, because they live with you and you are responsible for their care, health and many times they arrive patients who do not know about vaccinations, have never been dewormed, are not sterilized, arrive with lesions that they do not want to treat, are not used to carrying out studies for a better diagnosis, arrive with vomiting and diarrhea that have lasted a week, and so on, an infinity of mistreatment of their pets, at the end of the day we give our best as prepared doctors, as a hospital with the necessary equipment, as people because the deaths of our patients also hurt us and unfortunately for the majority who, if they are satisfied with the service, do not have the need to comment or demerit our work, if not, to recommend us. He was operated on Friday and apparently what seemed like a not so complicated operation ended up being delicate because they found several things that he had ingested on his way and they accumulated, the prognosis was reserved by that the surgery took longer and more delicate. He was discharged yesterday, everything went well only that again as a puppy he is excessively naughty. The clinic is not bad, nor do I think that the doctors, I think we have to be very aware of our pets, take care of them and attend to them at the first moment that we do not see them being them. Regarding the costs, well, they are high, but let's also think about what price we are willing to pay to see our pets well... Believe me, the surgery was not cheap at all, but I did it because they are innocent beings and only come to brighten our lives, let's be responsible as owners, let's take care of them, and immediately we have to attend to them.
