Alexandre Jacob: Very bad elevators, it fails every two weeks and takes a week to resolve. Even worse customer service, it's located in Brazil and the operators don't understand a thing about the addresses in Mexico. Impossible to talk to a manager, they hang you when they can't find where the elevator is located, failing. The alarm in the elevator does not work. The service number does not appear on the elevator. I wish you not to have to use one of your elevators, for your safety better use the stairs. I put a star because you can not put less.

Rogelio Rodriguez: They have been installed for 3 months(2) at 215 Aztecas street, Pueblo de los Reyes, Coyoacán mayor's office, they fail frequently, they do not say the causes. They serve a tower with 7 floors and two basements, the current population is 50% 61/132 apartments, which will happen when they are at 100%.

Reef Mowers: Moving into a new building that OTIS supplied the wrong size of elevator. Now 9 months later they are having it built in Brazil and expected to have the correct size in May of 2023. They could easily air freight but they, according to the builder, are non responsive and won’t help. Don’t use. Horrible service.
Luz Franco: Machines could be good but too expensive to do my laundry . At the complex where I live laundry machines are always dirty or machines are broken or they charge you more on your bank account every time you wash, that’s extremely terrible and disgusting!
