Cesar Flores: I had a very good shopping experience on this good weekend. The page mentioned a different price for the scooter I bought, but the team very kindly confirmed the true price and gave me an option to pay for the product online. I liked that it is like buying a car, they show you the product in detail, its considerations, its correct use and they mention that you can take out insurance against damage to third parties/theft/accidents and that does not happen with other brands. My 2 comments are: 1) the handles of the urban scooter are like those of a simple tricycle. 2) The clause invalidating the guarantee for having a scratch on the bottom of the scooter makes me jump a lot, half understandable, but be careful here. In conclusion I can say that it is a quality product and the photos on the site do not do justice to the materials of the product. Another thing I liked is that they have cycling products that are hard to find elsewhere, like tire sealant.

Todo listo para el uso, el desempeño del scooter formidable, 8km en llovizna , potente aceleración y frenado, excelente estabilidad no recomiendo usarlo a más de 40 . Fabulosa atención los felicito y les agradezco. . The place is well located, easily accessible, from the first moment you are received with a smile and kindness. Miguel Vázquez G.: Se ven que son bicicletas eléctricas de buena calidad, lo malo hasta ahora es que no cuentan con refacciones y eso es un verdadero inconveniente ya que al no tener por ejemplo llantas de refacción, de echarse a perder una de la bici, quedará inservible por no hacer servicio de refacciones. Ojalá resuelvan ese grave inconveniente. You can see that they are good quality electric bicycles, the bad thing so far is that they do not have spare parts and that is a real inconvenience since, for example, they do not have spare tires, if one of the bike breaks, it will be unusable for not do spare parts service. I hope they solve this serious inconvenience.
