Franz Stoki: Rented two times from him, was good untill now, went with my 5 year old son riding in the park noticed the gear changer was broken. Told him when I returned the bike, and he said I had broken it and wanted me to pay. Not a place for honest people, I am unhappy about being falsely accused. Even my 5 year old son told him it wasn't me. He did not make me pay in the end, but told me I need to pay if I rent next time. I must say the bikes are in good condition so 3 stars. Warning check bikes before renting.

In conclusion I can say that it is a quality product and the photos on the site do not do justice to the materials of the product. Another thing I liked is that they have cycling products that are hard to find elsewhere, like tire sealant.

No sé si tuve extremadamente mala suerte o qué, pero el punto es que pedi garantía, me atendieron bien mal, hasta que me atendió una muchacha, ella me atendió bien, pero me tardó muchisimo en llegar la otra bicicleta, para que al final estuviera igual de defectuosa y además de otro color, Dios como me enojé. La bicicleta no llegaba a los 48 km/h prometidos (Apenas llegaba a los 29 km/h), la duracion de la batería era pesima, ademas de que incomoda si eres alto. De suerte la compre por Amazon, gracias a ellos tuve mi dinero de regreso. CONSEJO: En caso de estar convencidos de comprarles un producto, NO SE LO COMPREN DESDE SU SITIO WEB!!! Compren por Mercadolibre o Amazon. Michael Bampton: Funded a 500w bike through crowdfunding. The company were happy to take the money but after 2 years still no bike. Apparently the spec does not meet Australian standards, so cannot be imported to Australia. Based on that I Was told I would receive a full refund, but so far nada. The company won’t even answer e-mails. Purchase anything from this company with extreme caution.

Jamey Gregory: Beware, if you order a bike from Spinciti it will arrive damaged or missing critical parts... that's if it even arrive at all. Do not give them a single dollar, their customer service is horrible, the product is faulty, and if anything ever goes wrong good luck with any support. Spend a little more and get a better bike and a lot better service somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

Jacob Keeperman: I bought a 500W eBike as a very early backer via Indigogo and my experience with Spinciti has been HORRIBLE. The bikes look great and when they work they ride quite well, but that is where the positives stop. The customer service is atrocious, the communication is non-existent, they have still not finished sending all of the accessories that were ordered and paid for. During rides the computer frequently just quits, leaving no pedal assist. I wish I had not bought a bike from this poor excuse for a business.
