Kingston Lim: Horrible customer service. I went in to buy a pack of guitar strings and they acted like they weren't interested in the business. Instead of showing all products that were available it was more like pulling teeth asking to see each pack of strings. I also didn't appreciate being treated like I was going to steal something. Will not be returning.
Aaron Neilson-Belman: Great service until the payment. When I paid they made mistakes on the receipt for my name and put the tax as zero even though they charged tax. They refused to modify the receipt to correct the errors. They ruined what would have been a perfect experience.

Andrew Young: Such a vibe, great music and people. Line to get in can be a bit of a wait but very much well worth it.
Point Bonita Partners: DO NOT GO HERE! A group of friends got a table here and we were upcharged an additional $1,500 USD for more expensive bottles that we did not order. We specifically ordered cheaper bottles and when we received a more expense bill and tried to dispute it with the club staff, Dinsmoor held us hostage and locked us in the venue for an hour (literally blockading the exit with numerous security guards) until they forced us to swipe a credit card to leave the venue. These are the shady club promoters that prey on gringos that they tell you watch out for! There are plenty of other clubs in Mexico City where you can have fun at and not feel like your safety and bank account are in danger.

Zoel López: The space is incredible. The echo produced by the acoustic architecture makes the noises a lot louder and provide a much more satisfying experience. The bathrooms are clean and easy to get to since there are many available. The drinks and snack stands are very identifiable and easy to get too as well. The lounge area is very comfortable and not something you get in many concert venues.

The way how the flow was set was really strange, and of course there was a lot of people walking and looking for stuff. Will come back to attend sport/music event, but not for the expo.

Waters with what they buy because there are no exchanges or returns from what that guy told me.

Diego Armando Cruz Serrano: I have already bought several times in this store and they have always treated me in a very good way. They have many products, from Amplifiers, Instruments, Pedals, Consoles, PA, Software, etc... I recently went for a pedal, they had one that I was looking for and they found me another that was in another branch... 10min waiting, at most. Rubén Massé: Excellent variety of instruments and learning methods. Problem is, I was looking for loudspeakers and power amplifiers, but could not find more than 2 or 3. Other than that, the employees are kind and have good knowledge.
Joe Tee: Im guessing every musician has visited or bought from this store. 2 storeys of the best stuff in town located on the right neighborhood for shopping musical instruments, accessories, printed material and videos.
Rob Cabrera: Veerkamp is a huge store that is actually one of the biggest importers of music products in the whole country. They do have a lot of instruments and I do mean a lot! The store is big and it's a joy just to walk around it. They have a big selection of instruments: guitars, basses, drums, saxophones, trumpets, cellos, violins, harmonicas... you name it and they probably have it. They also have an online store, so if that's your jam, you can get your stuff that way. Personally, Casa Veerkamp in Mesones is a store that has a lot of significance in my life. I bought my beloved Ibanez acoustic guitar there, and it has become my favorite guitar of all time. The saxophone I received as a gift came from there as well. One thing to note is that they don't have a huge selection of brands. For example, they only have Orange, Laney, and Ibanez guitar amps. And Boss, Dunlop, and Ibanez pedals. That is not a problem because the store is located literally a few steps away from a ton of other music stores, so you can try there if you had something else in mind. Overall, an awesome store that you should visit when in Mexico City.
De Lang: Good place to buy things at, not the best option if looking for something cheap but quality is guaranteed and good service, if you need something they dont have, they will get it 4 u withing 1 week or so. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO BUY YOUR GEAR!!

Rick Culleton: This is a well stockef, small music store with lots of Fender, Taylor and Godin guitars. We got a great deal on a Bass Amp. I didn't see any used equipment. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
