Eduardo Correa: Hello, how about I share my experience, I took my Nineboot brand scooter to be repaired since it was purchased in Palacio de Hierro and they sent me there to make the guarantee effective, the service was very professional, the person who attended me was very kind, also They sent me a follow-up email where they informed me of the status of the scooter, the approximate repair time was two weeks, and the scooter works excellent again, I cannot comment on the drones, since I do not have one and they are not devices that attract my attention, however, if I can recommend people I know who have scooters, to take them there to have them repaired, as it is a professional and honest service, since nowadays you cannot trust leaving an electric mobility device in anywhere, since they can change parts or worse still not return it to you.
