Fernanda Saavedra: Horrible place! They tortured my dog for 3 hours for doing nothing more than a bath and brushing. Other than that they bathe two dogs at the same time and leave the dogs wet and freezing. In addition to that at first they tell you one thing and then to avoid getting into trouble they change it and to my face the receptionist called me a liar. The receptionist doesn't know how to solve problems and gets defensive.

Nathalie Accesorios: I dindt like it at all. First the receptionist has a super bad attitude and doesn't know anything. Everyone had to go ask. They are not friendly and it seems that they are forced to do their job. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it. Avoid the bad time and go somewhere else.
Aline Gordon: It's not what it used to be. Although they make you make an appointment, you arrive and they receive your dog, BUT BEWARE that they do not attend to your puppy immediately. In my case they left my dog tied to a high table and hanging himself, two from falling; since everyone was busy, it took a while for them to start bathing him. I AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS COMMENT THAT THEY LEAVE THE DOGS WAITING, WET. Through the window I get to see more than one shivering with cold since they serve up to two dogs at the same time. Normally I went because they pampered them and I felt that they had a special treatment (at least a few years ago it was), I don't know if they changed all the staff, but they DO NOT HAVE ANY TOUCH WITH DOGS. I wouldn't go back. Not at least to this branch. FOR THE COST, I SUGGEST YOU TO LOOK FOR AN AESTHETIC WHERE YOU GET WHAT YOUR DOG DESERVES.

Laura Gonzales McKenna: A very cute store with local hand made and upcycled products. We found a great bed for our labrador there and I am sure we will be back for whatever else he needs. The owner of the store is a very sweet lady who made sure I got exactly what I wanted.
Marta Pale: Either they don't like to work or they don't like new clients in the neighborhood bringing new businesses. I went in today to ask if they had time to wash my two pups. They said that because of the water limitations in the city they weren't able to take them. I understood so just asked when they thought I could bring them in. They said that maybe on Thursday when the water in the city was back. I thought it was understable because of the water situation. However, I found it weird that they didn't follow up by providing me with a telephone number so I could call them back later or by asking for my cell number so they would call me back when their service was back and we could arrange an appointment. Anyhow, I stayed in the shop for a little bit having a look at their products as I needed a pro biotic. At that moment someone else came in and they took their dog for a wash right in front of me!!! They didn't even bother to explain me why they could take other dogs but not mine. Maybe there was a reason but their complete lack of customer service skills appeared as a total lack of apprecciation to me. Now, because I felt it was rude to demand reasons in front of the other customer, I immediately left the shop of course without buying the probiotics. If they don't want my dogs, they don't want my money either. Once the other customer left, I went back and asked what happened and why my dogs are not welcome when they did absolutely nothing. They told me that because of the water they can only take two to three dogs a day as per owner's orders. I insisted that I understood the situation but then, why didn't they tell me the complete story and offered me an appointment for the next day or the following? Why when I asked, they just said no? Why I had to insist when? Why they said maybe on Thursday and didn't offer me an appointment when clearly they do? I felt discriminated in this place and I will not come back again for a dog wash nor buying any other product.

The sweaters and many of the products they sell are made by them and the vast majority of the things they sell are made in Mexico. They treat the little dogs very well when they come in and they are very happy to visit this place. Val Y: Super friendly staff, decent supply of pet food. Certainly not nearly the selection of the stores you’d see in the states but you can get close enough to what your pet needs here.
Cassie Grimm: It's usually not too full of people (though there's often a wait to pay). And it's pretty good-sized. I usually get my cat litter refills there. The downside is that it's relatively expensive - sign up for the newsletter to get good deals - and with club petco you get a 50 peso coupon for like every 1000 pesos spent.

Allison Warhol: Medium size pet store and grooming salon. They sell a lot of products for pets, including food, toys, collars, tags, beds, pet carriers and more. Everyone is polite and wants to help you, it was not crowded when i visited and the employee helped me with my problem (i had to return a product because it was defective) quickly and efficiently. It´s easy to locate, you can walk from Sonora metrobus station to arrive.

Brenda Kuankiu: Found helpful staff, everything I wanted and was even given advice on some troubling matter when it came to my pup's health. The prices are a bit higher but they have stuff that is quite difficult to find online.
Jesse Hafen: You can pick up your animal meds for less than half of USA prices. It's a small store, but well stocked.

Jordi Albatross: All you need for your pets and mostly all you and your pets do not really need but many still buy. Hairdressing and adoption avaliable but no regular vet services. They have efficient home delivery, very handy if you buy big and heavy bags of dry food or cat litter.
Belisa Cedillos: Came in looking for some pet accessories but ended up having my 14 yrs old Chihuahua examined after a long trip from the US. I was thoroughly impressed by the ease and affordability of service. We went home with meds and detailed regime.
Derick Vasquez: Best place to find up to date and current items for your pet. It is kinda expensive, so avoid buying things you can find at a supermarket. The veterinary staff is pretty good, they let you take informed decisions and are willing to give you follow ups and intake on your pet's condition. Please be aware that the return policy of the dog food requires the original ticket, which they do not let you know about unless you ask. Lastly they could work on the checkout queue which can become pretty long if left unattended.
tony asda: Grooming: They hurt and strangle the dogs if they are stress/move. The staff don’t care. We took a video to take legal action. Don’t go there.

Larry Yannakoudakis: Parking costs $5 when the ticket is stamped. Good range of products and pets. Adoption center in the back with dogs and cats. Also sell reptiles, fish, and ferrets. Can get very busy on the weekends but the queue doesn't move too slowly.

Terrible service, LAZY staff, wanting to talk to each other, little empathy and speak badly of themselves, because they insinuated that inside they were not going to treat the pet well.
Pablo Alejandro Bravo Vargas: Although the store is very small compared to other Petco, it has a gromming service, it is recommended that if you go on weekends, make a reservation a day or two in advance because it is always full.
JOSE JUAN CALZADA: The place is getting greener because of the recent plantings they have done. The food court was very good. But you need a store. In the pet area it is the other way around, more and more horrible, the wading pools for the dogs to swim in are very dirty and the grass is a quagmire, pets can catch an infection. It is noted that some people do not take care of their pets because there is excrement in some areas and they do not pick it up. The rental of electric bicycles was also excellent to spend some time.

Sol Celeste: (DO NOT BUY FROM THEM) Terrible experience, I had the dog for one day at home and she got very sick. Showing symptoms of parvo virus, she spent almost one week in the vets. She didn’t get to return home, past away the 5 day at the vet hospital. The company gave me every excuse that she ate a plant at my home and that it may have been my fault for her death. Still to this day I have not received my money back. I may also include she want very cheap either, $1400. USD to be exact, with their so called discount. This wasn’t a very fun experience for me, I got very attached to the dog and was very sad and upsetting that she couldn’t be her with me now.

Natalie Tomy: Thanks so much for providing great service. I was completely satisfied of their service. I just bought cute and healthy Border collie puppy in this store. The guarantee of the store is more than enough. The puppy wasn't in this store but Guadalajara. So the staff took air plane to Guadalajara and came back with my puppy in one day. After I had really bad experience about ordering a dog in the +Kota ( I wait 2 months to get puppy but couldn't get it and the deposit is not refundable in +Kota and they say different information in each store! ). After all the bad experience in another store, I feel so confidence buying dog with Petland. The owner has a lot of knowledge about animals and a connection to get what you want. Some of the review says very negative way that they treat animals like a products. But this is business and the animals are their product. All the store is the same. The most important things are to be clear all the information and sincerity. If they could clean better the animal cage it could be even better.

Meizter Prophet: Same pet friendly store you either love or hate, it does have a fair selection of goods and services , like grooming , and vets in some places, you will buy something if you do go in, so beware.
Chef CaLeB: Very good, it has many different brands and very nice place, and it does need electronic musician or soft sounds for relaxing
Dafne U: The only place that has the food my dog needs. Something not so cool is that since is on the basement all the time smells like petrol
Huge Bernal: Not out of this worl and kind of expensive compared to other pet stores around central DF. You can bring your dog with you, though

Here you can find food from super premium brands (better than supermarket and natural foods) such as ProPlan, Hill's and Royal Canin, beds, mats, prizes, even Grooming items, fast and very attentive service. If you have doubts, you can ask one of the guys who work there.
