Cienaga: what do users think?

Ehsan Yazdan Panah: I just had a coffee. The place was really nice and cozy. They have Colombian cuisine. I should try the food later but the coffee was watery and the cup had lots of stains over it Second visit : we had lunch. We ordered bendeja paisa con carne and Ajico for the main course. The Colombian food is very different. The taste of baked beans in bendeja paisa very good but in general the food was dry and not so much flavor

John Padilla: Visited 3 previous Colombian restaurants in Mexico City , would say this the best of all. The place is clean and the staff is very nice . The food is excellent full of flavor. Would definitely come back. Ordered the bandeja paisa, morcilla con papa criolla, y ajiaco.

Eric May: This place is delicious. Just had the menu of the day and it was incredibly tasty, healthy and filling. I will definitely be back.

Paul Langston: Don't know if the. food was good or not. Went there and received a code for the menu after 10 minutes. Waited for someone to take order. Watched. people that were half way done with their dinner finish and have tables cleaned. Then after 20 minutes other people sat at those tables and were served drinks while I still hadn't even been able to place an order for anything. So I figured at that point I wasn't going to be served so I left. Don't know if it was just bad luck or that if you're not local then you get pushed down the list for service. Won't go back. You can take your chances and see. Food looked good but who knows.

Melissa Diaz: We DO NOT recommend this restaurant. We were looking forward to a Colombian Restaurant in Mexico City, however we were extremely disappointed with the food and service at Cienega. We visited Cienaga on Friday, August 12th in the evening. First, our waitress refused to change a dirty cup when requested. She gave us an attitude and was adamant that the cup was not dirty when it clearly had a food particle stuck to it. Then we were not notified that our waitress would be replaced by another waitress. The new waitress also had an attitude including rolling her eyes when we made a request. The food was not up to Colombian standards. (The "Bandeja Paisa" was bland and the chorizo was burnt and hard. The grilled chicken was also dry and bland.) This restaurant was our ONLY negative dining experience in Mexico City.
Response: Melissa Díaz, first of all, thanks for your comments, it helps us to improve, after seeing the videos of your visit we want to express our concern for the unusual experience you had at our business, we say unusual because thanks to our loyal costumers for 10 years we have been known for our warm service and delicious food, we'd keep working for being the best choice when it comes to colombian gastronomy in Mexico; in order to make clear some comments, we want you to know that our cups are handmade crafted with a rustic finish which could confuse someone, anyway the cup and the soda was changed when it was requested, according to the videos; about the waitress replacement, was a confusion, all of them enter and go out at the same time, we're a small restaurant all the waitress are capable of attend all the tables in order to make a faster service; about the comments you told us in the restaurant, it's true a costumer pay, but it doesn't mean a right for a patron to be disrespectful with any employee, we have to say we are very proud of having mexican employees they are no less than anyone. Thanks again for your suggestions, we track the complaints very seriously so we can be better everyday.

Arnold Sanchez: Chorizo was TINY. Tamale was mediocre. Blood sausage had no joy in it. Etc. Service was without much of a smile. Eh. I'm Colombian. It was not up to par. Good jugos tho!
Response: ¡Hola Arnold! Thanks for your suggestions, it will be a pleasure to see you again in our restaurant so you can see our improvements by yourself... It's our duty to serve traditional and delicious Colombian food with a kind service, 10 year is the market being the number one choice of our loyal costumers is a big satisfaction for us, we are very sure we could satisfy you, thanks again.

MinJi Kim: Great Colombian food! Of course the interior was awesome!

Kenny Fujimoto: My first time to try Colombian foods. Sancocho mixto was delicious and satisfying.

Danilo Matiz: Nice Colombian stylish food

Ivan R Benjumea A: Good place

Pollos Mario: what do users think?

He Wi: Nice experience: cheerful and relaxing vibe, pretty good food and excellent value for money. We ordered 1/2 pollo Mario and bandeja paisa con carne asada. The chicken tasted quite well but some of the bandeja’s meat pieces weren’t that warm (felt like they’re standing in the kitchen for a while). But the service was friendly and the price was great!

Josue Roberto: Most amazing Colombian food I've ever had in my life! Love this place! People are like grummpy all the time but if you can pass that food is an amazing reward 🙌🏻

Naiseyi (Nai): Restaurant closes at 7pm, but was rejected service at 6:20pm. Terrible service to decline paying customers a table when there’s still 40 mins to spare. I’ve eaten here before and enjoyed it although most of the food was dry. However, this truly ruined the experience for me.

Dustin Kemp: Pretty good food, but way too expensive. I got pollo con arroz, one of the cheapest things on the menu. It was 110 I think and a small portion. Of course, that's one of the side effects of eating in Roma Sur.

Geoffrey Marsan: Super kind service and amazing passionfruit juice. However, I'm still wondering what made so many people say the food there was marvellous? It's dry, not very flavourful, quite basic and presented very simply. It's quite disappointing vs the reviews. However, quantities are generous and the food is fresh.

Hanner E Nader: Great colombian food. Service cold be better.

Sukhbir Jolly: Great Colombian restaurant, I just found there menu was too big. I spent 6 month's in Colombia and when you go to restaurants their it's simple...you get soup for starter then main and juice. I like this restaurant but found menu very confusing.

simon: i love you pollos marioFood: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

GiGi Li: The best Colombian traditional food in Mexico City. Sancoche is my favorite, even better than Mexican pozole or consume soup. Fresh tropical fruit juice is enjoyable.

Dustin Robertson: The dinner wasn't that earthshattering, but the desserts were alright. The service and fruit drink were great.

Ruben Mend: Went there for breakfast. Flavors are authentic but certainly need.to try more options. Sweetbread seems good but didn't try it. Fruit juices are fresh and superb. Havn't had a Lulo fruit juice for years and that was the highlight of the breakfast. Friendly family business style staff

Don MacLeod: The best Colombian restaurant in Mexico City by far. Great food and amazing staff.
Response: Thank very much😀😀😀

mayu: nice place for a Colombian bite

Ivan R Benjumea A: Is very delicious traditional Colombian food, grand service staff, very good place.

wardell Junius: Best Colombian food in the city!!

Jesús Enrique Perez Rojas: Ok

Ulises Heroz: Ok

Golden Douglas: Cool

Edgar Mora: Excellent place to taste and eat delicious Colombian dishes, the prices are a little higher than other places or places but I think it's worth it.
Response: Thank you very much for your visit. We hope you come back soon. :D

Abraham Mohammed Abdala Manrique: Super fast service and warm attention from the staff, all the coat racks are very nice, they make your stay enjoyable with a good chat 10/10
Response: Hi Abraham. Thank you very much for your evaluation. The happiness of our customers is our greatest satisfaction. We hope next time we earn 5 stars. Congratulations :D

Alan Garcíæ: Real Colombian food. If you’re hungry make sure you try the Bandeja Paisa. You’ll get lots of satisfaction! Berry juice is also a good option if you’re thirsty.

Sandra Ixtepan: Definitely will be back, everybody is very warm, you feel a family like vibe, I think mostly due to its size. Was a first experience with Colombian food and the staff was very willing to explain the menu for me, bring up recommendations and some juice samples to taste before making a decision. Prices are fair to the portion size and taste.

Leo Quiroa: Good and real taste

Harim Flores: Best Colombian Food in CDMX

Mielon Vargas: Nice place

Dayana Perez: A small and cozy place among the picturesque streets of the Roma neighborhood. Although the dishes are tropicalized since some of the ingredients they use are from Mexico, seeing people from Colombia eating there gives you the confidence of knowing that they preserve the original flavor of Colombian cuisine. The service was good, fast and the portions are VERY good size. In my case, as I went to meet for the first time, I did not measure myself with the amount of food I ordered and I ended up not satisfied, full. We paid $750 for two people which could have been a lot less if we knew they were so good. In addition, there is a lot of potatoes and rice in the kitchen there, so they also encourage you to be satisfied quickly. I leave photos of the paisa tray, ajiaco, patacon, arepa, a dessert with arequipe and there is no photo but we also ordered a pitcher of lulo water. All delicious.

oscar de la torre: Delicious food, excellent service. I recommend it 100%, it was a great experience

juan carlos calderon nieves: I went hoping for authentic Colombian food as I was guided by recent reviews and wanted to avoid old reviews. But I was sadly surprised by the food that was very bad. The sancocho was just water. The price is very excessive for the food they sell there You eat better in a street business than there. Besides the service did not help at all oh but to ask for the tip there if they are pending! I don't recommend it at all.

Gabriela Gollas: Variety of typical dishes, the place is nice and well ventilated, the attention is super, very attentive and friendly all the time, very affordable prices. I'll be back!

Rafa Favila: Well prepared Colombian food is delicious and this is a great place to try it. The seasoning is achieved with love and dedication to Colombian brewing. The attention is very good, all the time they suggest and give options for neophytes. Be careful there is one or another half stunned waiter. Do not despair.

Los Sabores de Mami Luz: what do users think?

Emiliano Pérez Rosas: Simply spectacular!! As a Colombian, one seeks to feel at home when going to a restaurant that offers Colombian cuisine, it is true that being in Mexico some things change, however I can say that Mami Luz's seasoning is authentically Colombian, tasting her dishes is everything a taste, you can feel the love and dedication that she puts into each of the dishes that she prepares, I must admit that it brought back many memories and feelings, I felt that I was eating at home which is something that I had not felt anywhere another Colombian restaurant in the area. Mami Luz's attention together with her staff is incredible, I will definitely return, it is the best Colombian restaurant in the city. Congratulations!!

Branko Garcia: The food is excellent, but I'm not giving it 5 stars because of the poor service in the place, really poor. You are served by the cook herself, they do not have their own waiter who is on the lookout if you need something, and they do not provide adequate attention. They go to the run, and very VERY clueless, therefore I would not go again until they offer a better QUALITY of service. A shame.

César Navarrete: I ate as if I had been in Colombia! What a good seasoning from the cook!

Karen Gaviria Mejia: Super good place to eat, everything was very tasty. It is a small place but Doña Luz has a very good flavor, it is worth it if you are Colombian and want to eat traditional. The place is called Market Theater.

Cherrie Darling: I'm telling you that I've been around all the Colombian restaurants in the cdmx… this place has a flavor very much from the land of vdd, it tastes like the food my mom would make for me… the chicharrón has greasy meat and skin as it should be . It is super crispy but juicy and with wonderful flavor. the best in town 👌
Response: Thank you very much for the recommendation.

maria fernanda briceño: Hello Colombian friends who are in Mexico, today I arrived at the best Colombian food restaurant, I have really visited almost all Colombian restaurants and I have had really bad experiences but mami luz I was surprised by incredible food flavor and also the prices are fair I don't know lose it 👍👍👍

Alejandro Betancur Londoño: Delicious, authentic Colombian food, excellent service, you can tell that he puts love into the preparation!
Response: Thank you very much, each of you are my main reason to continue cooking

Katerine Lopez: The best!!! The seasoning it has is like eating in Colombia, you can tell that they prepare the food with a lot of love 😊 excellent service and the prices are too good!!

Elsa Cabrera: It is inside a little market, it does not have a sign. The flavor is rich, the attention is half self-service. You have to ask for the dishes that they have, there is not everything on the menu. The empanadas are a little greasy and they come out in different sizes. The price is fair. We want to go try more things. It's hot inside.

Eliana Ramirez: The best Colombian food in Mexico, the taste of Colombia, apart from the fact that Mami Luz's service is incredible, the sweetest woman in the world shows the love that she puts in her food.

PANADERIA Y RESTAURANTE COLOMBIANO DULCE JESUS MIO: what do users think?

Sukhbir Jolly: Been here now 5-6 times....Some very good dishes and some ok. Service very attentive and prices very reasonable.

Ruth Pam: The best of all the Colombian restaurants in the area.

Manuel Daniel: English below. La comida está bien, pero no tienen iniciativa y no salen de su menú, les pedí que la jarra de agua fuera de dos frutas combinadas y ¡dijeron que no se podía! The food it’s just ok but they don’t think outside the box and they stick to their menu so much that they have a definite no when I asked for a drink with two kind of fruits in it, and it was prepared there, just mix the juices and you might get 4 stars!

Andy Lopez: Some good traditional Colombian dishes, others not that good, I love the empanadas and the arepa, but the Ajiaco was not very tasty

Francisco Medrano: Good colombian food!!!

Moshe Ramirez: Best Colombian restaurant in the whole galaxy

Jesica Marcela Grajales Villalobos: Super deli

CRISTINA MUÑOZ: Excellent Colombian food restaurant in CDMX. We visited the restaurant twice and I can say that the seasoning is 100% Colombian, with the flavor of our country in each dish. The cleaning and its people make it a pleasant and recommended space. Prices 10/10.

Monica Parga: Delicious food, all with the authentic Colombian flavor... My favorites, the ajiaco, the empanadas and the mojicones...

JC MART: It is a great option if you want to delve into reference dishes of Colombian cuisine. The service is good and the prices mmmm good in general, spend 750 for a very very complete meal for two. Try the Lulo juice, it is magnificent.

Stephanie Garza: Do not give this place your time. I asked for huevos rancheros and they brought me some gross scrambled eggs and made an excuse for it. My partner’s meal also did not taste good and they gave meat that looked three days old and was extremely chewy. Avoid at all costs. I’m pretty sure they have changed owners since the old pictures on here look SO much nicer than what we received. The menu is completely different, too. Horrible experience and they still charged us for everything when we told them we did not like the food at all!

Damar Montero: I'm colombian and my mom is a great cook, it was one of the best Colombian food me and my girlfriend have ever tasted. Was up there with my mom's cooking. We had hot chocolate without milk and pan de bono, empanada and buñuelo to start and we felt like we were back in Colombia. We shared 2 main dishes, sancocho de pollo and Carne Asada and to be honest never would have taught to have this level of colombian food all the way in Mexico. Just amazing a must try a hidden gem i would say. Also don't forget your aqua de panela with your main dishes
Response: Huge hug, thanks for the review!

Giancarlo Fiorella: I had the most absurdly delicious bandeja paisa ever! I can't wait to go back to this place!

Elizabeth: Amazing Colombian food in Roma Norte. Everything is made with love and with many traditional vegetarian / vegan options.
Response: Thank you very much for your visit!! Big hug!!

lizzi: Came for breakfast and it was SOOOO DELICIOUS. If you were totally lost like me, ask for their recommendations - they're happy to help.
Response: Thanks for your comment!! A big hug!

Frank Lomas: Excellent place. Fair prices. Ask for the hot-cakes, they are sublime!!!!

eddie zaldivar: Service was friendly, prices were reasonable. Arepas were good. Would go again.

Leslie Da Silva: Great service, and good Food!!
Response: Thank you!! We send you hugs!!

Response: Sebastian, thank you very much for your comment! We are waiting for you again soon greetings

lilian paola guevara muñeton: It is located inside a container food court, the arepas are fried and with a good amount of filling with delicious selections such as the Hawaiian arepa. Forged InFire: This place is pure awesomeness, I'll never not go while in CDMX. Not only do they provide a colorful selection of South America food & desserts. But they have a live band, art literally everywhere. It's a clean, fun environment, the food is so good & they even bodegas that sell food & snacks from their respective countries. I got two 2lbs of Yerba Mate for like $10 (US currency)You'll leave happier than you came👌

Brianne Deeds: Such a great experience! Great atmosphere to hang with friends or on date! Food was excellent. You can order from multiple different places each with different (Latin) country origin. Fun drinks too!Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Emilio Reyes Le Blanc: This is a food court with many vendors. Don’t be intimidated! One waiter will support you for orders across all the restaurants. I particularly liked the Columbian-vegan food pictured in the review. There aren’t plenty of vegetarian options, but there was sufficient depth to satisfy our group of plant-eaters.

Michael Krutz: One of our favorite dining experiences in CDMX. Order once through your waitress and depending on what is ordered, your food will be made by a booth that specializes in that (South American) country's cuisine. Everything we tried was terrific and the setting is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Review Couple: First day in CDMX and found this little gem. It’s a great place to taste different Colombian dishes and snacks, we had empanadas, chuzo, chocolate cake, and choripan. Everything was delicious, the waitresses are attentive.

Heather A Adams: This place was pretty cool and offered food from all over South America. The menu is quite extensive because each booth has a different full fledge menu of delicious food. A lot of the food is fried but shareable. The drinks were really good and came from their own bar section. The food did kind of take a while but it was fun to try stuff from all over South America and it was great for our group.

Nathan R: The best pan-American food station in CDMX! Unlike in the States, you’ll get seated and have a server to order from any of the food shops. Very convenient. Highly recommend the Argentine and Colombian restaurants. Pictured, bife de lomo. On weekends or game days, get there early as you may have to wait. Open and inclusive for all people. Tip your waiter generously!

Ehsan Yazdan Panah: Not my style. Bad service, you need share the table. Every request took very long. The hide being cheap behind being cool. The food was just ok

lily dragon: This was one of the liveliest, trendiest, and tastiest restaurants I was lucky to eat at (about four times) on a recent trip to Mexico City with friends. Great options for groups with different food restrictions and appetites. Vegan options somewhat limited, but available. The cocktails are delicious too! I would highly recommend this venue for small plates (many of them), drinks, ambiance, and Instagram worthy photo opportunities.

Larren Lee: This is a great place to go with family or friends. You can find an ample selection of latin food. Prices are ok. Very popular with locals and Latin American people living in Mexico City. A true multi-cultural experience.

Response: Thank you for your comment Sebastián, we are working on improving so that our customers have an excellent experience in our restaurant, we hope you will return soon!

Adad Hernandez: Delicious
Response: Thank you!!!! We're at your service

Paula Gabriela: I was there in December with my family. The place is small but cozy, the food is a 10, the hamburgers are excellent, delicious empanadas, no complaints about your kitchen. I highlight the attention of Mrs. Zulay, excellent and helpful. We feel on our land for a moment, thank you!!
Response: Thank you very much, a pleasure to serve you, I hope you come back soon!!!

Jorge Inchaurregui: We started with some tostones {smashed fried male plantain with white cheese}, we continued with some tequeños {melted cheese fingers wrapped in puff pastry} and finished with some Pabellón arepas {black beans, cheese, male plantain and shredded meat} that were delicious and very tasty. well served. I thought I would leave hungry, but the portions are enough. At the time of paying, his terminal {which looked very damaged} had problems connecting and did not receive the authorization of the cards, despite the fact that the charge came to the bank application {we hope that those extra charges will not be passed }. We opted to use another card and after an eternity the authorization arrived. The guy who attended us did not seem very interested in what happened one way or another. I hope they are on delivery platforms.
Response: Thank you for your valuable opinion Jorge, an apology for the wait at the time of payment, we are working to improve the system, we hope you return soon, have a special discount on your next visit!

Mariana Juárez: Great place for Venezuelan food. I tried the peipada queen arepa and the nutella tequeños, super good portion and flavor of both dishes. Very good service and prices according to what they offer.

Maicus 99: The place is small but with a very good atmosphere, the portions are very good, the seasoning is quite good and it has affordable prices. Highly recommended.
Response: Thank you very much Maicus for your valuable opinion, we will continue working and improving every day, a hug

Nicole Cappon: I loved their flutes, the guy who served us was super attentive, good food at a good price! Highly recommended

Fernando Tapia: Excellent Venezuelan food, in particular the stuffed arepas are a delight, the one you choose will definitely be a great choice, the patacones with Colombian chili is something out of the ordinary, highly recommended. Small but comfortable place.
Response: Fernando thank you very much for your valuable comment, it strengthens us and motivates us to continue doing better and better, for us it was a pleasure to serve you, we hope you come back soon!

Rosy Laura Castellanos Mariano: I ordered some crispy pizzas to go and they arrived burnt on the bottom. While I was waiting for the pizzas I ordered a Michelada beer in a jar that they had to change because it had no gas or flavor. Although the lady who served me was very friendly, the food and drink left a bad taste in my mouth. I had to throw away the pizza.
Response: Hello Rosie, This is the Criollitomex team, we specialize in Venezuelan and Colombian food, we analyzed your comment and it obviously belongs to another establishment. We invite you to get to know our products and service, a hug

María Fernanda Rodríguez: I have not stopped from the table and I am already rating them because I am impressed by the quality of the food, excellent!! Delicious and good prices. Thank you for the good attention and such delicious food.
Response: María Fernanda thank you for your rating, it is a pleasure to serve you, we are very happy that you have been satisfied with the service and food, we hope you will return soon !!!

Orale Arepa: what do users think?

Xiangyu Wu: Great food and friendly stuff. Definitely recommend. Cachapa was amazing: a bit sweet and full of texture. Beef ribs stew is very comforting with loads of veggies. Arepa was crispy outside and loaded with stuffing, next time I’ll change an option tho. (Ordered shredded beef, didn’t like much)

Ceraun Loggins: A little taste of Venezuelan cuisine in Mexico. We stopped in for a quick bite because of the good prices and we left with so much food because the portion sizes are amazing as well. Tons of flavors comingle in your mouth from Cheese to their delicious sauces. Ask for the extra spicy chili oil it goes great with the arepa platter. Highly recommend trying Pilar their national beer such a good Pilsner. A great spot for friends or a cute date

Alison Hensley: Went straight from the airport to our favorite Venezuelan spot! Best Venezuelan food outside of Venezuela. My husband dreams of their cachapas and I adore the empanadas. Super cute spot with great background music and ambiance. Dietary restrictions: Most foods are naturally gluten free and dairy free options are easy- just hold the cheese!

Laura Takacs: Great service and food! Tequeños, cachapa con cochino frito, reina pepiada, and empanada assortment are the way to go. Best Venezuelan food in Mexico!

Shastri Babb: We were searching for tequeños in Mexico City and discovered this awesome spot next to the Venezuelan embassy. That means it had to be good! Everything about this restaurant is fantastic. The food and drink presentation is very visually appetizing and of course, delicious! The service is also excellent. A must try in the neighborhood.

jamelyccs: What a great place! Loved the food.. generous portions, loved the staff, super friendly and helpful.. their location is within walking distance of different landmarks..Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Lia Guttman: A great place to get your hands on some venezuelan street food, menu is full of dishes with beans, rice, plantain (plátano mucho) and other traditional ingredients. The prices are not "street prices" but food is definitely very authentic and tasty as hell.

Sarah Alston: Amazing! We had the arepa tasting platter (such a great idea) and the owner kept bringing over more things for us to try and was telling us what salsas go best with what meats, cheeses, etc. We loved this place, great experience.

Sanjana Dayananda: The food was pretty good and the juices were amazing. I would say this place is geared towards tourists though and is somewhat overpriced. You could probably find better arepas and yucca fries in the city. The plantains are pretty disappointing too. The interior is well designed and clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

Trevor Chong: Very expensive and my arepa was tasteless. I got the reina pepiada.

Los Chamos: what do users think?

Jeremias: Wow…. In the middle of Mexico City is this magical Venezuelan 🇻🇪 restaurant. Totally authentic and they have a wonderful variety of options to choose from. Whether for dinner or breakfast you’ll have a great meal here. The pricing and portion sizes are incredibly reasonable. A few minutes ago I had the empanada de carne molida and the empanada de pollo. No regrets at all. Plus the green salsa is drinkable by the gallon.

Ricardo A: Great food and even better service...

Diego Orozco: Exceptional service and food.

Jose Rodriguez: Ok

Yelitza Hernandez: Super

chema rosas: I am not an expert in Venezuelan food, but what I tried was delicious. In addition, excellent service and very friendly! If you're on the road and want to try something delicious, this is the place. (They also brought a small dish with water for the dog)

Antonio Escobedo Velasco: A different and pleasant experience. The place has a very good atmosphere and the food is very little. In a way it feels very traditional and homey. The food very good. I ordered a mixed pepito. Very good. The only thing I could complain about would be that (personally) it felt very spicy. But in general it is very good, I would come to this place again.

Delia Bolaños: The restaurant is in a very small place, so the kitchen, the table area and the only bathroom are super small. There are two tables inside the space and about four outside on the sidewalk. It is not a comfortable place but the food is totally worth it, since this is one of the few places where you can find authentic Venezuelan food prepared by Venezuelans. The variety of arepas, cachapas, pepitos and empanadas is formidable. Really delicious and coarse - worth what you pay for. It seems that the place also works as a dark kitchen since they sell fast food menus such as hamburgers, hotdogs and fries (all Venezuelan style) through the typical delivery apps. You can also find some imported products such as beers, candy, corn flour, soft drinks, etc. They accept payment by card (even contactless). The employees are super friendly and answer all your questions about food and drinks.
Response: Hey Delia, we already expanded the place! And if you come to visit us? 😏

Pequeño Valdes: Let Fabiola take care of them. It reminded me of my aunt's food, but from another country. In my opinion a bit expensive, but from time to time it is not bad to share a bit of your tradition. Taste 10/10 attention 10/10 Approx time: 45-1hr Approximate cost: $250-350 per person.

emilio osorio: The cachapa is very good, the empanadas de la mechada and the tequeños are good, although everything is a bit expensive. The quality of the food is good and the service very fast, at least in rappi.

Maíz y Olivo Restaurante: what do users think?

Joumana Accad: I loved my meal there! It was delicious!I ordered a tortilla soup and it was served with a side of salsa and tasted fresh and yummy . I had tacos and they were delicious
Response: Thank you very much, it is gratifying to know that you loved our food, we look forward to your return soon. Quality manager

Katie Brown: I didn’t have a good experience there. The food was bland, nothing special and the waiter seemed to have a real lack of awareness. You look straight in his direction to get his attention, and he just walks off to do something else. I had to get the manager to get his attention. And then the manager had to get him to bring me my fruit that I had been waiting long enough for - it shouldn’t take them long to prepare some fruit in the kitchen. And I didn’t have a knife and fork. I asked for them, and then he went and laid out cutlery on someone else’s table and then went to prepare someone’s bill, whilst I was sat there with food and no knife and fork. He seems to have his priorities wrong… it would have taken him 10 seconds to get me a knife and fork. The manager was unapologetic and just said: “I will talk to my waiters,” I’m an annoyed kind of voice. The customer service is poor there, the waiters don’t seem to have their priorities right and they don’t smile, either. The manager probably won’t like this comment, but he has to understand - it’s not about him, it’s about the customer. One has to value and respect the customer and their needs - that’s what customer service is. That’s what he would want if he was a customer in a restaurant - not to be ignored and served by unfriendly staff that don’t smile. I won’t be coming back there.

Mark Bocanegra: Nice place for breakfast, with view of pushkin Park.
Response: Thank you Mark for your wonderful comments. We will share them with our staff We hope to see you soon again

Jacob Burchfield: breakfast is amazing....other meals are limited by the time you choose to dine.

Luis Gutierrez: The tomato soup was awful, they confused my companion order like three times

Matthew Lane: Terrible staff

Dustin Robertson: Good enough.
Response: Thank you very much Dustin for your great evaluation, our collaborators will be happy to know that you liked your visit ; we hope to see you soon. Quality manager
