Carpa Santa Fe: what do users think?

Enrique Davila: Don't get me wrong, the Cirque du Soleil show is amazing but the place is just wrong... For the price you get the most tiny seats without space and cross your fingers hoping a below average height person seats in front because if not you are going to see 40% less... IDK if this place has more shows but if this is only for the Cirque du Soleil I really think that for the price you should have more space and better view.

Violeta Gutiérrez: I was there for Cirque du Soleil Luzia, I loved it, just recommendation for the girls... Don't use hills haha

Levi Lopez: I came for the Cirque du Soleil. The place is amazingly large and yet, the inside of the "theatre" is incredibly cozy. The only problem comes in the way of the, organization. I would have loved for the event to be more organized or more carefully managed, if they said the event started at 8 o'clock, it should start at that time.

Luis Oliva: It was great but I've seen better ones in Cancun and Las Vegas

Kotholay Medina: The circus was amazing, but the carpa it's just a parking lot, not have restroom, good entrance or other services.

Manuel Ordóñez IV (Manu): Ok

Yazan Alsheikh: Wonderful

Sergio A: Wonderful show, however, no parking and a slightly chaotic experience

Edivio Battistelli Junior: Second time setting up the Cirque here. Love Mexico!

Eugene Hoekendorf: A great show and performance, a must see.

Edward Murray: The "taxis" after the show WILL rob you. They are crooked, be aware.

MaFer PaCa: Excellent show, excellent acts, lighting, music all wonderful

Raquel Gonzalez: Spectacular Circo Soleil, you will have a great time, and enjoy all the numbers they present, you can park in PATIO SANTA FE. For more security and in the circus it gives you a courtesy.

LIZ MINERVA MARTINEZ ESCOBAR: An unforgettable experience!!! Without words, it is an event that has to be experienced live!!

arias xel: A great experience, the function never disappoints you. As a recommendation, the parking lot is only for VIPs, all the others park outside, the cost is $300 in front of the access and 200 further away. paying $30 pesos you walk 5 min.

Carlos S: To begin with, they should consider parking for all the cars (there are not that many cars), the flanneleros on the street want to charge you 300 pesos. For the price, it was a mediocre show, the clowns are not funny and there were only 3 acrobats that were worth it. The facilities are very bad, it is good to create the circus atmosphere but more comfort would not be bad. The bathrooms are cabin and obviously there are not enough. I have had a better time in the Mexican circuses or with the mime of Coyoacán.

OreoFresa: A great feature with various stunts. The best were the clowns, by far. However, the acts were not as showy as in Nouba. The included parking is in Patio Santa Fe (about a block away) in basement two and only includes 3 hours (surprised some). There are places on the street to park with a cost of $200 pesos from some people, but it is foreign to the circus. I better recommend the one in Patio Santa Fe. I recommend arriving early to take photos in the spots.

JAIRO MORGAR: Expectations were high in this version (Kooza): due to price, fame that it has achieved in previous years and due to other versions such as Alegría (where there is a waste of acrobatics and in others where there are well-developed scenarios). As his version indicates, there is a lot of clown intervention between number and acrobatic number (many of his interventions are not very funny, one or two are, for example: when they use mime to give some indications but you just get the vibe and it makes you very funny if he has put you on a plane for the role of flight attendants). I attended on Saturday, December 17 at the 1:30 p.m. show and they offered us courtesy parking regardless of the category of the ticket. In the bathrooms they do not charge. Personally, I like circuses that waste acrobatic juggling more. In this version, very well for the stage or for what looks like a kiosk that houses the team of musicians and singers, which enhances the event. I give the first part of the circus of the show a 7 to the second 9. He does have an amazing 3 numbers. Logistics and timing are excellent. Perhaps it entertains more children than adults. They could put magic numbers. For my tastes it was missing that the clowns will speak to say occurrences, jokes... And thus make people laugh. Put acts with fire... Very good drummer. You can check videos on YouTube of this version (Kooza) to see if it really catches your attention and make that expense. Of course, the live emotion is very different from seeing it on video.

Alix Daniela Morales Rodríguez: Amazing show! 100% recommended. I parked in Patio Santa Fe and they give you a courtesy of 3 hours of parking at the event. It is less than 10 min walking from the square to the tent.

Adriana Ruiz: The show is incredible, it's well worth it. From the farthest places it looks very good since it is a small place. Rather, you have to make sure that the place is in the center and that the pillars of lights do not obstruct the view

Guts Transmedia: Amazing place to perform circus arts and performances.

Ernesto Pelaez: Amazing place for training and having a great time

Martin Espinosa: Very nice place

Rocio Carcamo: Excellent

German Recinos: Yeah

Lorena Linos: I loved it, each of the artists are excellent. We spent a very comfortable night. My daughter was very happy and so were we. The tent is excellent and the function reception is very nice with benches, books, a nice cart with popcorn, coffee, delicious meat empanadas!.

Juan D: Great show... Congratulations!!! just don't miss it

Estela Hernandez: Beautiful show, the artists are very kind, professional, excellent, don't stop going to the Esperanza Iris theater, you're going to enjoy it. It's so worth it!!!!

Fco. Rodriguez (Donovan y Damián): Excellent work on the Summer Course, mobility, motor skills, teamwork, photography, social development, a very good post-pandemic option. However, I don't know what the status of this company is with the government, but the place could improve its view without losing the special essence of a circus...!!! That's why the rating because we can continue to improve...

C F: Excellent and pleasant place, with good facilities. The show that the boys give is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Search Rodriguez: I like metal concerts in here. It can be improved, but still, is like the Mexican "metal sanctuary". When metal was a rare genre it was the first place I visit to listen to my favorite bands. Now a days, the have craft beer which is awesome for someone like me

Alain García: Excellent venue for metal concerts. Great sound.

Rolando Guzmán: Great venue!

Neo DaDais T: Great venue for stage shows. Location is right outside subway station Jamaica so it is easy to get there and leave.

Hecrot Flow: Great staff, great sound great band :3 (The Sisters of Mercy) getting in or out from the venue with no issues big thank you to the promoters Cheers guys!!

Roger Öjersson: Fantastic place with fantastic staff. Great stage, great backstage, amazing crew. One of my favourite venues to play in the whole world.

Diana Lozano: Here I went to my first concert of Black Veil Brides and love him as I yelled something intense to Andy, which responded strongly

rodrigo hernandez garcia: Nice Bands, neglected place the ac does not work and just imagine 3k or more people together and the price only justifies the band, at least they should give more maintenance than just a paint job

Alejandro Patiño: Reno 871 Padres y lil supa homies great place great hip-hop rap all good

Zoel López: Amazing space for music and concerts. Decent bathrooms and enough space for everyone.

Julia Zasyatkina: The most beautiful space to train in, whether it's acro, silks, hoops, Aerials, or more. The ceilings are so tall and the entire place is filled with bright light and love. This is one of my favorite places in all of Mexico City. Yamile is an incredible acro teacher!
Response: <3 Thank you Julia!

Sarah Wallace: Went for a beginners class, the instructor was able to deliver the class in English and Spanish. She also ensured everyone was challenged well in the class. Will be going back again next week!
Response: That’s great! Thank you very much for your comment Sarah! :)

Paul Warn: I stayed safe while my niece climbed and draped and did all sorts of magic. Looks like a fantastic way to stay strong and able bodied
Response: Paul, thanks for the excellent review! Feel free to jump into the magic too! There is something for everyone :) !!

Lazlo Losla: 👍🏼 👍🏼

Jorge Gonzalez Jimenez: Ok

Vero Aguirre: The house is open to the public and there are many classes and workshops for all levels. Prices are not expensive considering that the teachers are very good and the facilities are well-suited for exercise. They also have a summer and Easter course for children.
Response: Hi Vero, thank you very much for your review! We are very happy to meet your expectations and give you the best we have. Receives a warm greeting :)

alberto daniel garcia peralta: An incredible place to train, share and create.

Victor Fábio: Killer venue. Very good sound.

Bill Fool: Another Heavy Metal paradise!!!

Eduardo Ramirez: Great place for rock at CDMX

Fernando Garcia: Super

Josue Alan: Vomitory rules

Nash Rojs: It's a small place in my opinion, more so when they invite bands that are already somewhat well-known, plus there are some points in the bar where the view is quite limited. The sound is good because it does not sound bad. On the other hand, in this type of event, they ask you for some identification when ordering something from the menu, because I imagine that since there are many people, that is a guarantee to pay them for what you have consumed, which does leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Wendy Maximo de la Cruz: Quite a chic place. Staff attention is good. Food and beverage prices are average. However the food is not that good. On the other hand, to open your consumption account, they ask for your INE. I consider that this action is not appropriate since there is very sensitive information.

WoLoLO Gómez: Acceptable venue for concerts, good size stage, although I recommend that you bring your own backline if you are going to play, the acoustics are fair, the sheet roof does not help the bass or drums. Finally they stopped turning on a white light that made taking pictures an impossible task. The waiters, the service and the food, leave a lot to be desired, a waiter tried to charge a friend more expensive for a beer, if it was not because the rest of us realized he would have been ripped off. On the other hand, the HDX has been home to several quite remarkable events within the national scene, there have been undeniable improvements since the first time I attended and we hope they continue to come. I recommend it for a local concert with lots of beer.
Response: :) Hello, first of all thank you very much for sharing your photos, they are very cool :) ! The first thing we want to tell you is that we don't have a backline at the venue, the bands that are going to play or the producer of the event are the ones in charge of these things, we always advise them to bring their own backline, we only have a PA, what. It is regularly undergoing maintenance and it is calibrated every time it is required to make it sound as good as possible... within the possibilities of the place... on the subject of lights we will try to take into account the comments and finally, if in any another time you return to the place and one of our servers tries to "rip you off" you can ask to speak directly with our manager. Thank you very much for your comments 😊 the best vibes 🤘🤘

Edwin Congo: I would define it as... decent. Sound: Good for small concerts. Prices: 946 ml loggerhead at $100 +$10 if you want it michelado. Pretty good price. Food: There was no attention from anyone, they told me at the bar that I had to look for the waiter. In what kind of business do you have to go look for the waiter? When I found him, he told me that the minimum consumption was $300, which is against the law. I decided not to consume. Lousy there. It's not bad, but the attention of the waiters collapses the experience if you want to consume something there. If you only go to cheer and the concert is fine. Good visibility. The bathroom had no light. I didn't take pictures of the bar :(

Jocelyn Alonso: The place is clean and comfortable, the attention is good. The spaces are a bit small, which is uncomfortable since the people passing by or the staff throw you.

Carlos Alberto Candia Neiszer: It's a beautiful theater. The sits are a bit tight for the heavier folk. The place is historic (aka old). The plays are normally innovative in nature. Does have valet parking service and there a couple of 24hr parking places nearby. You can walk around downtown to find a good place to have a drink.

Gabriela Toledo Anaya: No lift to go upstairs to the third level; it was terrible!!! The toilet was too far away and although the personal was extremely attentive, the place needs to be remolded.

Suzanne Long: Gorgeous theater. A sincere pleasure to sing here.

Silvia González: SOUND of silent excelente!!!

Aldo Cano: Beautiful, beautiful venue. Top notch facilities and service, you're led to your seat like in old times. Bathrooms are nice and in my experience not crowded, plus easy to get to. The audio can be a bit too loud and maybe audiophiles will find issues with it. If you don't wanna make use of the place's own valet parking, there are plentiful public parking places really close. The bar has sensible prices for beer. All in all excellent.

Santiago Pazos: Came here for an event and oh my goodness, what a treat!

Youngmahn Moon: Gorgeous architecture in what used to be the equivalent of the house of senate. It is now a theatre. Old timey feel with the ushers, and usually always clean and nice. Best seats are on first balcony which has the best view in the entire house. The main floor is not as great since the slope toward the stage is too little and a tall person in front will block your view.

Rob_ALGM: Beautiful building in baroque style, it's clean, with nice seats, the separation between one seat row and other it's a little small but not uncomfortable, the details even in the roof are beautiful, the view it's good in any angle so you can't miss anything, good light equipment, great to see a play, dance show, etc. There's valet parking, in pesos it's cost $130 for the time of the event, it's a little expensive but it's relatively safe. It's close to the metro Allende. There's nice organisation and at least 2 or 3 guards outside and inside the building. Cheers!

Tannia Lozano: It's one of the oldest theatres in the city, it's big and you can see theatre plays, classical concerts, ballet, etc. There's no parking lot, but there area couple in the same street. The street can be a bit empty at night, when people leave the venue it's relatively safe, but it's good to be cautious.

Julián Andrés Carvajal: Beautiful place and great programming! The architecture is very nice and the sitting is comfortable :)

Tayen A. Sosa: One of the best venues in Mexico City, which is no small feat. Entrance is agile and safe, all access/gates are handy and very well indicated, it's easy to find the seats. The view is good overall but the big screen makes up for it and allows you to see everything that's happening. Good technology and the Arena arrangement allows for a very broad range of shows. Parking is free and there's more than enough room for everyone.

Pamela LUNA (Pamela en Paris): Great place for big shows. Just a shame that going out is so painful. The area doesn't look nice nor safe and either you go by car, either you walk and pray.

Mario Bernal: It’s a big place , great staff it’s perfect place to see a concert and even dance on the first floor

Francisco Valencia: Parking lot is just a plain mess, venue placed in a poorle accessible site, which makes the last couple of Km a headache.Food and snack options within premises are just not worth it.

Martin Gomez: Great place, comfortable, clean, safe, and a huge parking lot. The access to the site is really efficient and fast.

Guillermo Cajal: Excellent access both with public transport or if you brought your own car. Parking is free and super quick to get in and out.

Iván Vega: A great arena, 22000 people, a lot of services (restrooms, restaurants, beer bar, screens). Giant screen 4 sided at the center of the arena is amazing. Also, all the front of the building is a big screen.

Benjamin K. Weber: No Lucha masks, the vendors were great, too much salt on the popcorn. Boom Camera was always in the way. There is another stadium that is smaller. The point is to feel the energy of the crowd and you don't get that with COVID. Not entirely their fault.

Carlos Silva: It is well organized and clean. The staff in the bar was friendly and efficient, but cocktails are not good at all

Enrique Davila: PARKING IS FREE AVOID GIVING MONEY TO PEOPLE I hope you guys read this even if you work with the Arena or you'll visit an event. The place is amazing and totally deserves the 5 stars. But the reason of puting one star is because there are people outside taking advantage of the massive traffic generated by the event, (take maybe an hour more to arrive at time) these people charges you with 200 mxn to secure a parking space and that this will accelerate the process of entry, they even give you a paper that has a barcode and seems legit. At the end after 45 minutes in less than 800 meters they take the paper justifying that they'll help you next and disappear. When you enter the arena you see a big sign that says free parking. The arena staff should at least try to put this information in the tickets or signs where this people are.

Fernando Islas: Very good show, very professional, I really had not seen something like this, his work is phenomenal, very professional, I highly recommend him

Virgilio Dominguez: Lack of professionalism, it should be updated in its content, it says that it is for the whole family and it only hangs on the children to give its show. Before hiring, I recommend thinking twice. Old tricks and charges expensive.
Response: An opinion without photos is ill-intentioned The Rollas Circus team greatly appreciates attaching photos A photo is worth a thousand words

Néstor Carvajal: Not a bad place for a small concert. Good sound, decent service. I guess it will depend on what kind of event you’re going.

Zoel López: The bar is very decent for a concert venue. It's small, but just the right size for the right type of concert. It is very expensive, beer, drinks and food are overpriced. And the personnel in general, isn't very kind. They can be rude but if you're there to enjoy a concert, you have not much to worry. But, it's best to get early to get a seat.

Alberto Salazar: One of the best event bar clubs in Centerville 😉

Aisha Ahmad-Post: Easily the dumbest, most pretentious place iver ever been. Do not go.

Miss Kate Glz: It is a place that you do not imagine to find in Mexico City.

Diana San: The place is fine. Ample, good sound, clean bathrooms. I ordered a pizza and it was great! Diff. Groups and events every weekend. The only thing is that the area at night is sketchy. I only went because Delinquent Habits was going to be there. And ot was great!

Carlos Alberto Candia Neiszer: Recommend for salsa dancing. Live music, bar service, snacks and some food. Complicated access due the location, not recommend to walk there not to go alone. Closes late after midnight. Good service but crowded table placement.

Arturo Carreto: Rather small but intimate venue to enjoy a part of CDMX diverse underground, with a wide offer of drinks and food menu, limited tables so ask for reservation

Enrique Bencomo: Sound is good, mojitos are bad, papas bravas are basically french fries

anthony edwards: Great vibe. Great mix of people. Good dance space and seating. Great band. Great sound for an authentic latino joint.
