Michelle Martinie: The ballet currently being performed was a Christmas celebration of Mexican dance styles and cultures across the country. It was a unique and memorable holiday experience. The auditorium itself was a great venue. The sound is good. Performers were well miked. The view from the seats are good even if you're not front and center. There were enough bathrooms. The food and coffee seemed not too expensive. Beverages must be consumed in the lobby and can't be brought to your seat, so plan around that. It is okay to bring in water from outside, but you should drink it in the lobby before you go in.
Joe McManus: 10,000 capacity auditorium is big and spectacular. Saw the Nutcracker ballet leading up to Christmas which was a special experience. You get a great view of the stage as the upper tiers are all very steep. We were far from the stage but still enjoyed the experience immensely.
ANDRES GARCIA: Such an amazing venue for a concert, the sound is amazing and it's much bigger than I thought . It's very well designed , you get the feeling that you can enjoy the show from anywhere you seat. It reminds me of Radio city music hall In NYC. They don't allow drinks in your seat, so make sure to get there early and have one at the bar in the lobby if you want one.
Tad Samson: I went to see a production of the Nutcracker! I sat spellbound while the dancers and orchestra spun a beautiful tale of a Christmas dream. The auditorium is beautiful and the acoustics perfect. I can't wait to go again.

Taj Meadows: Setup was great for Disney on ice, it’s a huge and efficient venue, seat prices weren’t too bad, and the side front is just as good as front front and much less expensive. Concessions during Disney on ice were insanely expensive, especially by mexico standards (400 pesos for a bag of popcorn…), it that could have just been a Disney thing

Maniacanec Ine: UNPROFESSIONALS!!! The man came yelling at me why I didn't answer the phone... at my first baby's party. (I was running) I only had 14 minutes since they had called me. And they were late just the same. I had already given them the address in an image, and by phone... They kept all the supposed “gifts” because they only got about 10 gifts. Because I gave them gifts from my bag (so they would give more) and they no longer distributed the ones they brought!!! I have the video recording with audio, of how the man yelled at me as if I were the enemy.!!!

Stephen R: This place is such a cool idea, but they ruin it for me by how they run things. First, they charge adults to get in, then allow them to do almost nothing, with most of the few things adults can do costing extra. Second, while the activities are usually fun, it is almost always cram-packed with people, so you spend most of your time there waiting in lines instead of actually doing the activities. Finally, they price-gouge you on EVERYTHING, especially food/drinks, while prohibiting you from bringing any food/drinks in with you. Honestly, I used to like this place, but each time I go, their monopolistic, price-gouging behavior gets worse and worse, the lines get longer, and charging someone just for walking around when they can't do most of the activities... It all just bugs me more and more, so now I'm really starting to hate this place.
Shuly Levy: This place was really great, the kids loved it and are really excited to come back someday. I wanted to give it a five star review, and I do recommend it highly, we were just left disappointed because 15 minutes before the park closed they wouldn’t let my kids into the store to buy things with the points they collected all day. They said the store closes 30 minutes before the park does., but we weren’t told that. I asked for the manager and explained to him that we came from out of town, and that my kids saved their points all day so that they could buy something from the store but he wouldn’t budge ( not even when my kids started to cry), and was pretty nasty about the whole thing. He shouldn’t work in a kid place… BUT apart from him, everything was really great.
Anabel DL: It's an amazing place for kids with lots of things to do, kids are so excited to be there and participate but waiting times are ridiculous! Kids have to wait in lines for 10+ minutes. I went with kids 4 and 6 and it was too much waiting for them. Maybe kids a bit older do better with waiting. For the amount of money you pay they should have more personal to reduce waiting times.
Warren St.Romain: Kids obviously love it. As an English speaker, some kiosks were difficult for the kids, as there were no translations, which I found a little surprising. It's an exhausting day for parents, so be prepared. Also, there's no reliable wifi, which I found disappointing, since I was sitting around for hours on end.
Laura Atkinson: Lots of activities but all very commercial. Think the priority is the advertising of the brands that have sponsored the activities rather than the activities themselves. Some staff seemed inpatient with young children too. We took our 2 yo. There is an area for under 4s but the majority of the activities are probably better for older children.
Adriana Valdes: Super slow service in the cafeteria... I am STILL waiting!!! it is takng ages to prepare my crêpe. I was looking for a cookie or a sweet snack and nothing!! They should also explain on their website that many activities are NOT included in the price.... PS Still waiting.......
Chad Wesen: Totally commercialized, additional payment required for most activities after entrance fee, half of activities closed due to COVID even though city is in green light, all activities supervised by minders - no free play allowed in the facility, some activities have random requirements like pants for the rock climb, most activities restricted by age, very few activities available for my 3 year old. No taking photos of any activities. None of this information available on the website. Never coming back.

Simon Romano: This indoor facility has a lot of activities for children, idealy 4 years old and up to 12-13 years old. Your experience and enjoyment depend greatly on the people working in each section. That will determine whether it is a fun experience or a waste of time. It takes an entire day and a lot of people go on the weekends, so beware of longer lines and crowds to get around the place.

Hilary L. Chow FRAS: I've seen a number of musicals here, it's alright and the seats are comfortable. But I don't quite like the fact that they use obvious microphones rather than relying on good acoustics for their performances.
Jacob Foster: Service by the staff was courteous and prompt, they made my wife and I feel welcome even though I felt like we were underdressed compared to the other clientele. They property was clean, well-presented, and there were plenty of concessions around the entrances to the theater doors so that you didn't have to worry about a long line during intermission. Overall, I would highly recommend returning to Teatro Telcel for events in the future.
Andrés Zamudio: Nice theater, acoustics are fine and general view is good. I think the seats are a little uncomfortable.
Brenda Kuankiu: Amazing building but someone needs to tell them to turn on the AC and to make the seats a little bit more comfortable. The food is way too expensive for the place to be as low quality. The rating is positive mostly due to the kind of shows that are presented, they truly deserve everything.

Víctor Suárez: Really nice experience. I went to watch "los miserables" and the scenary was amazing. The sound very neat. I got seats near the scenary and it looks really well. The prices in the coffe shops are high, a small water bottle costs two dollars and a half, they accept both cash and cards. They have alcoholic drinks also, in particular Santa Teresa rum recommended. If you like big show theater this is the place to go.
Carlos Navarro: Went to see "Les Miserables" and altough is a very long play, the voices of all the cast are well worth it. The only thing I don't like about the place is that it takes way too long in order to be able to exit the premises. In case of an emergency it would be a total caos being trapped inside.

There are tons of activities to do, and all the ones I've done have been well organized, entertaining, and instructive all at once. We were there about 3 and a half hours, and we could have stayed for another 2 hours easily. I especially recommend the bubbles and the paper rocket areas, but all the areas are fun.

Jeremy Wong: We are visiting from Canada and had a great time here. Our girls really loved it. There are so many stations where kids can build and learn things. Even paper rockets with a rocket launcher. It goes really high! Must have been 15-20 metres up. Nicest part was they had some staff that spoke English and they were very very helpful. An employee named Alexandra was so kind. Came to 4-5 different stations with us to translate. While our girls were shy, it was amazing to see this. Thank you!
The Accountant: Excellent place to come and spent time with the family, the Museum is made for kids but is family friendly, there are a lot pf activities for kids and adults, also there are a lot of places to eat and prices aren’t too high so you can have a good time in here.

Michael Tieso: My size year old enjoyed it. Many of the activities are organized however so if you have a child that doesn't know Spanish, it could be difficult. The staff is friendly to help though. Many of the activities are also for 3-5 so it seemed a bit limiting for older children. Lots of the booths were closed during my visit. It's not really the kind of place you can just let your kids roam freely. Food options are just junk fast food.

Alice Liddell: I attended to DPR Regime Tour and for this concert the screens in the venue were off during the show and the people in the back sections did not have a good view of the stage, the space is small and enclosed
Masher Alvarado: It's the perfect venue for small events. You can see your favorite singer or band very well from anywhere due to the place space. It has all the services, easy access and definited areas easy to identify. It's located on the ground level of the iconic Mexico City's WTC, wich, in turn, it's located in one of the most important streets of the city, Insurgentes Sur.

K. V.: it's cool but they badly need crowd control bars so people at the front don't get crushed to death. see "the joint" at the hard rock hotel in Vegas for reference. venue is the same size and much safer. The sound could be better but it could be worse too. don't need earplugs.
