Response: Hello! We have a fully trusted valet parking that takes absolutely nothing but they don't always want to contract the service with us. The good thing is that on calle de donceles and República de Cuba there are thousands of parking spaces and all costs :) Any questions when you want to come visit us we are on the lookout

Erik Asuncion: We booked our November 2022 wedding at Brocante Terraza back in March 2022. Having never visited the space, we did not know what to expect. I will tell you that the staff at Brocante did an amazing job accommodating our party of around 50 guests last weekend. The Space: Brocante has a great terrace setup. Nestled within the treetops of the neighborhood of Lomas de Chapultepec, you almost forget that you are in an urban environment.The blank slate that Brocante provides is beautiful. I would describe it as mid-century modern meet rustic contemporary. This space can stand alone without any added decorations, but we decided to hire a florist and decorator to create the theme and environment for our wedding. The Food: When booking the space you have the option to cater using their internal caterer or an external caterer. When using their internal caterer, the use of dishes and utensils are included. We used the internal caterer. We chose the three-course meal, appetizers, and tacos al pastor. All the food was delicious! The presentation was beautiful. We had no complaints or negative feedback from our guests. We also chose the open premium bar. Great choice. The Staff: The service staff at Brocante are amazing and attentive. When appetizers were served, the staff made sure all guests were satisfied. When the three-course meal was served, they staff made sure all guests were served their meal. The coordination was great. Our glasses were never empty. Our representative was great from the moment we booked. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience at Brocante. I highly recommend Brocante Terraza for your next event.

Efrain Guerrero: We came from New York and got married in Mexico City on a Saturday. We rented Brocante Terraza on Sunday (the next day) for our going away brunch. The location was perfect, very well designed, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend renting this venue for a special occasion!

Diane L: Lovely lovely hotel, a real iconic hotel in Mexico City. Stunning property, beautiful rooms that face the courtyard. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff could have been a little more attentive but it was fine. The pool staff though were incredible. Very sweet very attentive like they deserve a bonus for how great they were. Very thing was explained well and you felt very welcomed. Lovely heated pool. Perfect escape from the city life.

Virginie Bilodeau: Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The place is magnificent, with a perfect balance between coziness and elegance. With the warm welcome and the fireplace, we felt at home the moment we step in. We received flawless customer service. The staff thought of everything and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The concierge gave us the best recommendations and had excellent follow-ups. If we needed anything, it was at our fingertips. Regarding location, the hotel is in a safe area within walking distance from Chapultapec Park. There is a lot of restaurants and tourist place nearby. The essential oil and the outdoor garden make the place very unique. December was an excellent month for our stay, as we could feel the holiday vibe and Christmas magic. Our visit was worth every penny, and the room service was also very prompt.

Erin D: Amazing hotel and they really went the extra mile as we were on honeymoon. Concierge was incredibly efficient and the pool staff in particular stood out as being very helpful. We did a brunch on New Year’s Day which was all you can eat, it was amazing. The bar was also lovely and everyone was so friendly. Very happy to have spent a few days here!

Luis Contreras: One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is amazing and very accommodating, the room are beautiful and spacious and the room service is impeccable. This is all standard stuff for the four seasons. But the staff just made it even better. The outside fireplace is lights up the corridor at night. Very safe location with lots of foot traffic. I can not say enough about the staff they went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. I will definetly be back to this location.

la. nskey: Well looked after, wonderful cocktails, clean rooms, perhaps a little dated for some but I feel that’s a charm. The courtyard is utterly beautiful with the verandas and luscious green flora. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Fred Groen: Cozy hotel in a great location with a thoughtful team. Stayed for two nights as a family of three with a 17 month old and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
Beau D'Silva: Did a 3 night 4 day stay recently. The hotel is located in Polanco near plenty of restaurants and cafes that can be reached on foot. Believe the reviews that say how attentive the staff is. They accommodated our every need. We had trouble buying museum tickets to Casa Azul from the States . I reached out to the hotel a few days prior to our trip and they booked the tickets for us. They also organized transfer to the airport for us with an excellent driver. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained . Our trip also included a small but delicious continental breakfast that had fresh juice, coffee , fruit yogurt parfait , and a basket of fresh pastries. The room also included sodas , juices , water , and snacks that were included and restocked daily. I would recommend this place hands down over any of the big hotel names. Looking forward to coming back one day. Thank you to the staff and management for a wonderful stay!

Abraham Drucker: The service here is excellent. The location cannot be beat, and the views of the angel are absolutely stunning. The hotel was very clean, very modern, and kept in excellent shape. The rooms were large and also kept in great shape. It’s obvious at this property that both the owners and the staff take great pride in it. I would recommend this Sheraton for anyone who wants to visit Mexico City.

Kyle Miller: This hotel is central to everything. The staff is tremendous and you feel extremely safe (mind you are next door to the us embassy). We did have a friend come to visit us at the hotel and he was actually stopped by the front door concierge and asked to check in with the front desk. The front desk then took his ID for his duration of his stay. When I called the front desk and needed anything literally they were knocking on my door immediately with what I asked for. Rooms are great and the bed feels like your sleeping on a cloud. Highly recommend this hotel for your Mexico City stay
Carlton Larsen: Charming and welcoming. We were well cared for and the services we accessed were lovely. I can’t speak for the food in the building because there are so many lovely places all around. Very central to so much, one could spend a week and not see it all.

James Miller: This hotel was okay for one night during our stopover on the way to Europe. No upgrades available. There was a protest that made leaving difficult. Otherwise the location is nice and easy to walk around. Very dry itchy towels though for some reason.
Carla Paszkowski: Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean, consistently fast wifi, comfortable bed, lovely staff, and nice (small) gym. The location is excellent - you’re in the best area just at the north of Roma Norte (the gentrified cafe-filled neighbourhood). It’s also around 1km walk into the old town and 2.5km to the stunning Chapultepec Park (which makes for a perfect morning run!) Bottled water was provided every day, as well as a proper filter coffee machine and high quality coffee! The room also had a mini fridge and microwave. They have a restaurant with a breakfast buffet which was a little pricey (around $18USD) but they do an a la cart breakfast menu which was delightful (good omelettes for around $6-8). There is also a Starbucks downstairs.
Salim A: There are several reasons for a 3 stars review for this location however I will start with what is best about this hotel, The Hotel is in the great location Location wise 5 stars. Guest services 1 star front desk ( went to ask for some details about city tour bus the person was to busy doing something in his office PC and did not have time to help us properly was just trying to get rid of us NOT THE STANDARD OF LE MERIDIEN ) Bed comfort 3 stars mattress was caved in from one side ( had not been rotated in a while) Room 3 stars USB outlet not working some wall outlets not working properly. ( The in house refrigerator which was empty kept on making noise all night) which was very disturbing as we could not sleep. Cleanliness 4.5 stars restroom was clean, hot water in shower, Being world traveler and knowing the standard and the brand le Meriden this location has no comparison at all. ( I am sorry to say ) I paid with my American Express platinum card which automatically gives me an upgrade on rooms which I was never offered, I requested late checkout and they wanted to change me $60 and upon asking as to why they responded it is only for additional taxes, why would I want to pay double taxes for 3 hours extra. I will not add photos as there are plenty on line and on other reviews, over all the only reason if I were to book this again would be for location.

Tom Coles: A very pleasant 2 night stay - the room was huge and offered ample space to relax. A short walk to Centro and other neighbourhoods of note. We found the staff to be very welcoming. Handy having a Starbucks downstairs.

joe schiavone: Had lunch in restaurant on the third floor. It’s a wonderful experience to dine there in luxury with top notch service. We had the avocado pizza which sounds weird but was actually very good. The pizza was somewhat reasonably priced for the comfort of the restaurant but if you get a glass of wine ask for the price first. We ordered 3 glasses of Cabernet and when I got the bill they were 570 pesos ($35) each. Nevertheless a beautiful experience.

Ryan Z: Stayed here for three night for my moms birthday. Ivan is the best and the staff at Diana restaurant were attentive. Bellman are also awesome. I do not have the names but every time I got off the car or left hotel, they greeted us with big smiles. Love it.

Annie Lee: If you’ve never experienced a high end luxury hotel as this, Mexico City St Regis is a must! The service is 10x better than any hotel in the US. If you can catch at a decent price (for you), I’d say book it! It’ll be worth it. Everything is luxurious even down to the little details and complimentary items.

saba RaeisZadeh: Amazing location to walk or get Uber to go around ! It was a bit pricy compared to other hotels around . The pool at 15th floor with view of city and the steam room is what you really need after a day of stroll in heavy traffic and pulleys city . The live music bar at lounge with very nice balcony is highly recommended !

blissfriend: what i liked: location on reforma was very good. room was very nice and comfortable. bathroom has shower and bath, big mirrors everywhere. view was great. juice and coffee is good. gym is great. the staff is friendly and helpful. a lot of security. what i didnt like: the lobby area isnt very socially accommodating. in the room there was no place to store luggage. lighting was dark. service knocked way too many times. food is outrageously priced at least 3x´s more than normal and is average tasting. pool is small, not for swimming, if there are other people its just for standing. if there is a couple in the whirpool, forget it. not totally perfect, had to call about running toilet and holes in the bedding linen, but was fixed right away. would go back.

John Chiczewski: The W hotel Mexico City is in a fantastic location fun atmosphere great bars and restaurants but the best part of this hotel is the staff. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel special we enjoyed the restaurants the bars the staff is professional and attentive and help make a trip memorable. The concierge service that the W was impeccable arranging tours for us and reservations. The neighborhood cannot be beat able to walk to restaurants bars and parks. Thomas Scarborough: The place is nice. Needs some attention but the staff is great. Nice common areas. Good views. Great spa. The did a 90 minute deep sport massage the first day and had another one on my 5 day. The female therapist was very strong and healing. Highly recommend However, the gym is lacking though. The room service menu is very limited.

Ami Sangani: I came here for my bachelorette and let me tell you this place is AMAZING! This hotel definitely attracts a younger crowd with their awesome nightlife & decor that gives it a youthful feel. The customer service was immaculate from the moment we walked in. Diego was also the best & super helpful into making our trip memorable. We did not have specific plans when it came to dinner and going out & he was always responsive & helped us book tables at all the hotspots in Polanco. I would definitely stay here again!

Kim Levaj: Amazing stay! The entire staff is so friendly and helpfull, Ivan at check in, Diego the concierge, Christopher at reception. Got the best massage from Fernando at the Spa! The location is perfect, the rooms offer great amenities and views. All the services in general were quick and efficient, definitly would love to go back and visit more of this fantastic city.
Shab N: The most dysfunctional customer service ever. I’ve spoken with Vanessa three times and someone else twice asking for group reservation rates. Every time they promise they’ll send it, but nothing. No email, no call back. It’s been 2 weeks of me following up every other day. And Vanessa is the manager. If the manager is so irresponsible what can you expect from the sales staff? We were really excited to stay at this hotel but judging from the pre-arrival customer service we changed our minds. The hotel needs major staff changes and be more responsive. Wasted our time.

Robert Proner: A classic W hotel—the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is central to the Polanco neighborhood. The shower was broken one morning, but it was resolved by the time we arrived home, so kudos to the maintenance team.
Arun Gayam: It’s loud but I liked the energy here. I like how the tequila shots came with a shot of lime and chamoy. Interesting touch. Only came here for drinks but the food looked good from what we saw.

Jordi Carrion: This is a very good hotel to stay in Santa Fe. Well located, modern, rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is very good. However, the last time I stayed I had an issue with noises: I was sleeping and suddenly at 1:30am a buzzing noise coming from the street woke me up. After 30 minutes of being unable to get asleep again I went to see what it was, and it was a mobile electric generator set up right at the hotel doorstep. They told me that the hotel needed it to provide electricity for a major event that was going to happen there the next day, and that the noise would not stop. I asked for a room change (at 2am) and they very kindly moved me to another part of the hotel (a lower category room but ok). It was definitely less noisy and I could sleep the rest of the night.
Joshua Dolan: Very nice hotel and location. Great shopping and restaurants close by. Only complaint is the closure of the exec lounge…Hate having to pay for coffee!!😂 Would return for sure or maybe try the JW a few properties down.

David: Although my time at the hotel was very short many months ago I had a very positive and memorable experience. Thank you for the kind welcome at the hotel Jessie from the moment I walked in until leaving. I love the rooftop breakfast and lounge area and look forward to coming back for a longer visit this year next time I am in Santa Fe.
