Ana Paredes: Fine service. It’s tough to get a COVID test on a Monday morning in CDMX, and they were open. We went early, around 7:30 and were happy we did- it took about an hour for us with around 11 people in front of us. You just take a ticket, pay when it’s your turn and then they’ll call you for the test. If you’re flying Aeromexico you get a discount but only if you call them first and receive a confirmation code. I didn’t call thinking that a flight confirmation number would be enough (like at chopo) but that’s not the case.

I found this place on Google and wasn’t sure due to the reviews but they came through for us! We got there at 7:30am without an appointment, took a ticket and waited until our numbers were called, about 45 mins. My Spanish is pretty rudimentary but the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We just had to fill out some paperwork and pay approx 570 pesos each, then we were swabbed and got out results within 20 minutes via email. Highly recommend just make sure you get there early!

The email confirmation link didn’t work but we got the results anyway (check spam box) and the desk lady even sent it to us again manually (not in spam). Recommended!

Daniel Allen: We stayed in Condesa and needed a rapid COVID-19 test to travel into the United States. It was very easy, and results came in about an hour. Many of the bad reviews were likely due to people not checking their spam folder for the email. They emailed the results as promised however Gmail placed the email in spam. We also walked there to get a paper copy just to be safe, and they were able to quickly print one for us. Everything was perfecto!

My fiancée and I needed rapid COVID tests for our flight back to the States, and initially trying to find a place to get this done was incredibly overwhelming given the number of lab or pharmacy locations, the language barrier, and no consolidated place to find all of the location options. However, we eventually found this place since it Aeromexico and Delta partner with them and as such, they rose to the top of our Google search. We weren’t taking either airline for our trip back, but that partnership put my mind to ease a bit and I immediately trusted this service more. We saw the decent reviews along with the convenient location and trusted it even more. We walked through the doors at about 7:50am and were greeted by a security guard who directed us to take a numbered ticket for our wait. We sat down and since there was only one person ahead of us, our number was called in about 2-3 minutes. While the lady who took our information didn’t speak English, she provided us with a sample registration card that explained the information that was needed in English, which made it really easy to fill in the required basic info. She told us we would receive our results via email in 30 minutes. After we handed in our information, we sat back down and maybe waited 1 minute before the nurse called us to a room to conduct our nasal swabs. After that, we were finished, walked out, and the entire experience maybe took a little under 15 minutes. And as promised we received our test results in our email inboxes almost exactly 30 minutes later. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience and was pleasantly surprised how easy the entire experience was. Oh, and it was only ~$28 USD each!

The registration was straightforward - I used a phone number on their website to get connected with a customer service representative via WhatsApp. They were available after hours to help with our request. Following the instructions, we provided them with our details and received a confirmation email with the folio numbers. Next day, we arrived at the clinic around 7:50 AM and waited about 10-15 minutes in line. The receptionist provided us with a sample form in English to help us fill out our own. We waited another 5 minutes for the test. We received our results via email in about 30 minutes and were also able to pick up a printed copy at the clinic. Overall, a smooth experience and would highly recommend to those especially flying back to the US.
