CI Estrategias: It was the first time I tried Hot Yoga in my life, I loooooved it. I have taken classes with Maria and Ibis, both of them fantastic! Great environment, cozy and private, everybody is so friendly and welcoming. When I leave the studio I always do with my body extremely energized but relaxed at the same time, with a huge smile in my face and above all, my head, body and soul completely connected and in peace.

Katie Welch: This yoga studio is truly amazing!! I had never done yoga before coming to the beginners classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, which are a brilliant introduction to Ashtanga yoga. The Ashtanga yoga practice that SHALA MX teach is so poetic and personal to each individual, allowing you to go at your pace in the most peaceful and relaxing space. Above all, the teaching is incredibly supportive - with every session I feel more accomplished in my practice thanks to the support of the amazing teachers. I am so glad to have found SHALA MX and be a part of their studio. You have to try it out!!
shmemms W: Amazing yoga studio in mexico city. I was passing by mexico city for 1.5 weeks, it was very nice to find a place that felt like home in a big city. Naty is a great teacher. She has gentle but firm assists, gives good alignment cues and is a warm and welcoming person! This studio is the perfect place to stay on track with your ashtanga yoga practice, deepen your practice and learn new things or try yoga for the first time ( I think they do evening beginner classes ). Mysore runs from 6 to 12 every weekday. The studio has great shower and changeroom facilities. Mats are $50 pesos for rent and are good quality manduka mats.
Manal Kahi: By far one of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to. I happened to be in Mexico City during a highly stressful period, discovering the Shala made my time there way smoother. The space is heavenly, always sparkling clean and full of great energy. Nati and Stef are highly experienced, patient and just overall lovely. If you’re already into Ashtanga, you’ll love the space and the teachers. If not, start with a beginner’s class and Nati or Stef will get you hooked.

Ruby Hurlock: Green Yoga in Condesa was great. Studio was very clean, staff was nice. I took a noon class on a Friday and happened to be the only student. So it turned into a private class haha. Sadly I don’t speak great Spanish and I had planned to just watch everyone and follow along but I was the only one and the teacher kindly taught in English. I wish that he could’ve taught in Spanish so I promised to get better! He was great and very welcoming. I took power vinyasa. His class was challenging! I recommend
