Lomas Bikram Yoga: what do users think?

Manuel Campos Spoor: Positive: Professionalism, QualitySmall studio great teachers an follows Covid health protocols
Response: Thank you Manuel ! We are focused on creating a healthy space for the well being of our community.

Duendecita: I recommend it especially for advanced people in this practice, I am a beginner and it made me very strong, the place is good, everything is good, good area, prices are good.

Isis Natalia Isunza: Inferno Hot Pilates at Lomas Bikram Yoga is the best pilates class. You work in intervals at your maximum at 38 degrees. The heat makes it super challenging and also helps your skin.

Buscadora De talento deportivo: I'm sick of seeing people on the street, because because of them today's situation is not going to end soon. And what I bear less is seeing the teachers go out to their meetings without any precautionary measure, I hold the teacher Emmanuel responsible if any student from the community of Lomas Hoy Yoga gets infected since they are very careless in their health, if they don't take care of him, at least take care of the students that I swear to protect, I will never return to Lomas Hoy Yoga again and I will stop recommending this school. Check his facebook and you will realize that he goes to healing places and stuff, if one of your students catches something because of you (cov 19) I hope you know how to care for them and pay for all their treatment

alexandra noguera: Inferno Hot Pilates is a super combination for all yogis. And Lomas Bikram Yoga is a great study! It has a variety of classes and teachers ... all super recommended!

Javier Martinez Staines: I go from the beginning to this amazing yoga studio and every day is better in every way. There is a great commitment from the teachers and an unbeatable atmosphere. With your Inferno Olympics it becomes even more fun.

German Arroyo: The place is small but the attention is very very large, the classes are extremely good whatever the instructor, it is certainly the perfect place to start loving and spending time, you really want to return, hell hot pilates is for you .

Linda Ruiz Ugalde: I'm lovin 'it!! I love hot pilates classes!! I also recommend Core, bikram and vinyasa
Response: We are waiting for you soon Linda!

Jackie Rocamora: GREAT GREAT place to do all kinds of yoga! I highly recommend Infernó Hot Pilates! You just ... but you feel like new! Excellent teachers that motivate you to the end! ✨ ♥ ️🙏🏼

Arianee Gonzalez: My new obsession is Inferno Hot Pilates! Strong, fun and a cardio challenge. Don't stop trying them!

CI Estrategias: It was the first time I tried Hot Yoga in my life, I loooooved it. I have taken classes with Maria and Ibis, both of them fantastic! Great environment, cozy and private, everybody is so friendly and welcoming. When I leave the studio I always do with my body extremely energized but relaxed at the same time, with a huge smile in my face and above all, my head, body and soul completely connected and in peace.

Voltaire: This studio is wonderful! The energy is great, the teachers are very welcoming and kind, good instruction, and it’s a good space to practice in…very cozy. I will come back to this studio for sure…
Response: Thanks a lot for your preference. Namaste.

Leo Harari: mihotshala the best experience of your life, try it you will like it !! HOT YOGA
Response: Thanks Leo for your great energy and ethusiasm! we love u here!!

victor perea: Wonderful hot yoga (Bikram style) studio! Great teachers and great vibe!

Julia Tao: Bikram class with Diana & Hot Pilates with Emmanuel was incredible
Response: Thanks, Indeed great teachers!

Maria Merino: Beautiful energy, loving teachers and strong practice!
Response: The more you give, the more you get!

Isabel Navarrete bouzard: The best hot yoga studio ever!!! 💫🌟🔥🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🤸‍♀️
Response: with the best teachers!!!!

Paulina Torres: Great hot yoga with ibis!
Response: Thank you Pau!

Karen: I really enjoy the classes 😍 Classes: Emmanuel is a great instructor, he takes the session very well. I love pilates and barre class. Place: if you go to Fitpass and your full face is not visible on the account, they ask for identification. If you don't bring a mat, the rent costs 50 pesos. They don't lend towels. Tip: bring a change of clothes because you sweat a lot. Do not forget mat, towel and bottle of water. The class is a bit intense because of the heat, some people may need to eat a 🍌 before.
Response: Thank you Karen for your comments! Namaste

Victoria Gomez: I have been visiting this beautiful yoga studio in La Condesa for two days, let me tell you that I am a lover of Bikram Yoga, why did I find out about its existence so late? Seriously, treat yourself to the pleasure of knowing this intimate place, very loving and careful with details... I love this studio, it reminds me of the one in Santa Fe, it smells delicious!!
Response: Thank you for your energy and your opinion!!!

guillaume Delisle: Great place to practice! Clean showers and very attentive staff. 100% recommend.
Response: Thank you for practicing with us Guillermo, we are happy to share with you.

Marah Leigh Smith: Wonderful friendly ownership. A lot of love here. Thank you Mario and Gabriella. Grateful xoxo
Response: Gracias!! to you for sharing your practice and warmth with us here in Bengala. We look forward to see you again!!!

Gold Buddha: Terrible service starting from the entrance to the hall, they don’t show or explain anything, occupation in the salon is very poorly ventilated to move around the hall ... during the class teacher just yell at you from the stage ... and they are hard to see master trainer because there is a column in the middle of the hall .... !!! ———————- the temperature is much higher than what it needs to be ... the air is dry ... in this hall -—!!!the bikram yoga is completely other sensations ... salon invocation claustrophobia.. it’s so small ..Im totally do not recommend go to to this studio for know what is “Bikram yoga” ... Becouse ITS NOT A BIKRAM yoga there ...!
Response: Hello, we are very sorry that your experience in the study were not what you always want. S tell me the day and time that you practice will check who was in reception and that was what happened. We are always working to provide a deep practice. We hope in the future provide better service.

Efrain Trejo: Excellent service!
Response: Until there our love!!

Daniel Mosqueira: Great place to practice Bikram Yoga. Super attentive staff and teachers who know how to conduct the class in a simple and effective way. The place is for all types of practitioners, there are always new practitioners in classes.

Pablo Villar: Qualifying only the instructor, I would give Ines 6 stars, she does not give a gym-type yoga class like others around this area, but offers a very good exercise for mind, body and soul. Thanks Agnes! Unfortunately the place leaves a lot to be desired and thanks to Ines I rated it not 1 star but 3. They offer bikram classes in a studio where the floor is a kind of carpet rather than an easy to clean hard surface. Your sweat and mine will stay there until the next class and beyond. All the participants sweat off the mat and a lot, it's the idea of bikram. Perhaps it is very detailed but it would be much more hygienic and it would not smell so bad if they changed the floor.
Response: This is a very old post, we are now in a new location, and we don't have a carpet in the room, so any problem related to the smell of the carpet is in the past.

Jesus Hernandez: This place is closed and the phone they have in the info flames and says it does not exist. No info abroad! Poor customer service ... they sent me an email to reports but they have not answered me ...
Response: Hello Jesus, we are sorry that you could not find a simple way to communicate with us. The studio is only open during hours close to class. I share an email to be able to give you information. info@bengalamx.com

casilda lebrija: It is the worst Bikram center I have visited in the world and that I am a Bikram fan, the room smells terrible I imagine that they have never washed the carpet, the bathrooms are EXTREMELY DIRTY and everything wants to charge you even the lockers, which is not I have seen in another study, in a few words the facilities are very filthy and stinky, what a sadness that the Polanco Bikram is in such low condition.
Response: This is a very old post, we are now in a new location, and we don't have a carpet in the room, so any problem related to the smell of the carpet is in the past.

Yesica Trejo: This study has evolved, always bringing out the best version of you, now being Bengal Study with the Disciplines it offers, Bikram, Barre and Pulse are a total complement for health care.

Domenica Allende: The place is nice, the room is small but super private. The staff, staff and teachers of this place are really nice.

Power Flow Yoga, estudio por donativo. we are a donation yoga studio: what do users think?

kc b: I liked this place! My only recommendations are to bring some sanitizing wipes if you don't have your own yoga mat, not sure if they clean them often, which is fine because it's super thoughtful they offer them for travelers. Also wear bug spray, I got brutalized by mosquitoes. Maybe they can burn citronella candles or diffuse oil by the open windows. Below I wrote earlier and they responded the schedule is posted so I really appreciated that! I wish they could post a schedule of classes somewhere. It might be on Instagram but not all of us do that so it would be very nice and courteous to help us know the class schedule. Even posted on the door would be a step up from no info at all. Because also the phone # doesn't seem to be accurate! I asked a viejito standing outside, so let's hope he's right!
Response: hi kc, the schedule is posted here on google maps… it is the cover picture hope to see you soon

Shaun Aukland: Very accessible to travelers. Felt intermediate and a good challenge. Love! Thank you Michael.

Jen Terry: Giving 2 stars bc the class itself was quite lovely—but unfortunately that was offset by an incredibly negative experience with the instructor Michael after class. I approached him and let him know I needed to pay for class. He points to a basket where people have left a few pesos. To which I respond, oops, do you accept card, I don’t have many pesos? Michael retorts, “Well how did you expect to pay for class?” Stunned, I reply, “All studios I’ve been to recently have accepted card”, I stand there trying to solve the problem by looking up nearby ATMs” until Michael turns to me and says, “just leave, im trying to keep good vibes” as if to say trying to solve a modern day problem is creating negative energy. Finally Michael says, “well I’ve never I had this problem in 12 years, so clearly it’s you!” Reflecting on the amount of pesos in the basket, I think the problem is likely that people are simply not paying. Finally, he admits to having PayPal, great, problem solved. Why couldn’t he have mentioned that initially instead of berating a first time student in front of the entire class? - This information should be more clear and available on Google, or at least in the Instagram bio, not buried in a few posts back on a second page. - Cards should be an option, even if they’re not preferred. Many places in Mexico I have not expected to accept cards, like the artisans in the park or produce sellers on the street have offered the option when I’m low on efectivo. - Imo there’s no excuse for going out of your way to try and make a person feel bad when they’re trying to do the right thing. Once realizing the suggested donation, I was actually just shy of that amount in pesos, but the other three studios in the city charge significantly more than that amount, and so I assumed it wasn’t enough. In the end, this studio may be a great deal and I appreciate donation studios that attempt to make clases accessible to all, but not at the expense of this kind of negative energy. I will not be returning, as I search for a yoga teacher that I can learn from energetically and spiritually and clearly Michael is not that kind of teacher.
Response: normally i would not respond but your entitled attitude was just too much. your lengthy misinformation of what happened is sprinkled with small truths and slanted info to try to justify your extremely negative energy that you brought to the end of the class… good luck to you, i imagine you have many conflicts in your dealings with people…

R.J. Martin: Nice open space on the top floor. You'll need to get buzzed in downstairs. The best yoga classes I've found in CDMX.

MICKELINE COUTURIER: Best yoga you could find in the city. There are also advance classes. Very simple studio with a great teacher. Classes are by donation. You can find their schedule through their instagram. This is definitely where i will be back to take classes.
Response: thanks!

Sarah Stephenson: Highly reccomend!!! Excellent intermediate level class. Though in Mexico for several years, Michael is originally from LA and throws in some English to the practice if you need it. It's hard to find - no signs, but look for the address and a lovely gentleman will let you in the gate. 5th floor. I went about 5 minutes early, that's all you need. For travellers they have mats provided. By donation, ideally 60+ pesos. ♡

Brian Pellot: Wonderful yoga environment and community, and a strong class. Michael is a great instructor and uses some English when needed.

Liv Marke: Angie's class was really engaging and interesting, the time flew by. Beautiful space. Would definitely go back again!

Austin Coffin: Went to a really great Saturday morning class with Ami. Will be back!

Chris chic: These yoga classes rank in the top5 of my worldwide dropping session practice!Good atmosphere, good teachers.

Mukta Yoga Vinyasa: what do users think?

Olivia: Didn’t feel pushed at all in the morning Vinyasa. Felt like a waste of time even though I love meditating—I didn’t like the lack of logical flow and the endless boomeranging between “finding your inner space” and random poses. The actual sun salutations, which are meant to heat you up before you really get deep into poses, were only started halfway through.

Kali Ghazali: The teacher gave good instructions in Spanish and was easy to follow. I felt very relaxed afterwards.

Adriana Siu: Very nice studio. Natural light in front of a park. Ashtanga is no more though and the calendar online is not super accurate. Attaching a picture of it. Although they say it will change 12/23/19

Aaron Glick: Clean, light-filled yoga space for ashtanga or vinyasa flows. Classes are in Spanish but it’s fairly easy to follow along with the class.

JESUS COETO: Great teachers, beautiful environment and even better attention. It is great having done this choice to be here. Thank you, Mukta Yoga 👌🏼

Ekaterina Couoh: I love coming to practice yoga, the place is beautiful and the teachers are very good. You feel the scenic of yoga

Sam Broxio: The one who attends the reception in the afternoon today, May 3, was extremely rude!!! And she got all fussy. I hope they have people with more manners and educated at the reception, what a pity because with that little girl who attends, I don't even want to return!

Juan Pablo Rico: In my experience it is a very warm, professional and fun community. I feel very good after practicing yoga in Mukta.

Jérôme De Cuyper: Excellent Ashtanga Yoga classes with Amado, Cesar, Isidro, Sandra, etc... Highly recommended!

carmen hernandez: Excellent school to practice, experienced and super professional teachers, as well as a very friendly environment.

Ātma Yoga & Energy studio: what do users think?

JJ LETNIC: Nothing like finding a Yoga Studio that feels like home. One the greatest vibe in Mexico City, for sure. I was impressed by the staff of remarkable teachers for the different kind of yoga class they have. Great place to meet like minded and high frequency people! You will definitely have a lot of fun, connection and love.

Anne Lepelaars: Honestly one of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to across the globe. They talk and breathe authentic and true yoga here. Anna is an incredibly talented teacher with remarkable yoga knowledge and wisdom. She always strikes the perfect balance of challenging you while ensuring stay connected to your own needs and abilities. The studio organizes beautiful gatherings and celebrations and the community is heart-warming. Go!

Chelsea Kane: The best yoga studio in Mexico City! The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and bilingual (classes are available in English and Spanish). They take so much care to ensure you’re growing in your yoga practice and to make you feel like a valued member of their community. Highly recommend!

Sarah Linder: A beautiful and bright studio with a loving energy. The classes are outstanding: a holistic practice that encompasses the varied elements of Yoga. The teachers are highly knowledgeable and honor very much Yoga’s ancient roots while not being shy to incorporate new elements from eg. movement science. This makes the classes very divers, fun with much to explore and learn. I feel safe and seen here and every time I leave, I’m lighter, more positive and joyful.

James Englezos: The perfect way to start everyday in Mexico City. My wife and I live to travel and believe yoga makes everyplace feel like home. Without exception, Anna is a world class teacher! She brings confidence, strength, heart, soul, and spirituality to every class we took. Don't sleep on Atma... Cheers!

Annabel Herrick: Amazing yoga. Anna was great - better than some classes in London! Quite loud traffic and studio is a little tired but other than that, perfect!

Carolina Perez: Best teachers and yoga studio in town ♡ not only hosting yoga classes (vinyasa with ana is the best) but also different events, full moon ceremonies, kirtan, and more. The community is very welcoming, this is home away from home for me.

Eric Loos: Absolutely amazing place! Anna is unbelievable teacher. I highly recommend her class. I took power vinyasa and it was an English class. A+. Must go 🙌💙

Lorenzo Martinez: Wow! What a gem of a studio. The founders gave me a warm greeting upon my arrival and the people in my class were so nice. I took a class with Anna and it was by far one of the best classes I’ve had. She added in a lot of movements and live music that really created a fantastic experience. I’m absolutely looking forward to trying different classes at ATMA as well.

Hely Desai: Anna is great and teaches a wonderful class. Her knowledge of the practice and emphasis on the basics really stood out among other teachers I have had in the past. She begins and ends her sessions with meditation and gratitude
Response: We are very happy to read that you enjoyed our classes and our studio, thank you for your visit and hope you visit us again :)

BLANCO YOGA: what do users think?

Samuel Nwokeka: Took a Rocket class with Mariana - she was great, the studio was clean and nice students / atmosphere - It is hard to find the kind of yoga I am used to when travelling but this was on the Money!! thanks x
Response: Thanks Samuel! Hope you visit back soon!

Jovany Estrada: This studio is beautiful and the staff at the front desk is friendly. I took a vinyasa class at 15:00 on a Wednesday with Rocio. There were about 6 or 7 people including myself in the class and everyone was more advanced than I was. The instructor spoke English and made sure to translate instructions for me and I really appreciated it. My biggest complaint is that the instructor did not offer modifications most of the time. I take vinyasa/flow classes regularly at a couple studios in Sacramento, CA and am familiar with most movements. I can usually keep up in classes, modifying poses to fit my body. This studio felt like a very serious yoga studio that couldn't be bothered and I did not feel comfortable attending as a not-so-beginner.
Response: Thank you JOvany, hope you visit again, now we´re at Campeche 285

Adil Zizi: Dharma Yoga at its finest. Excellent teachers and advanced students. Great atmosphere to practise

Amal: I can’t recommend Adriana’s Dharma class highly enough.
Response: Thank you so much Amal, hope to see you soon!

Alfredo Méndez: Great place to practice, specially the yoga drills class with Marius!
Response: Thanks Alfred! We will wait for you!

Gabriel Perez: The venue is just ok, the classes vary a lot depending on the style and the teacher.
Response: Thank you Gabriel! We invite you to visit our new Shala in Campeche 285!! :)

Laura Osorio Feregrino: I loved the concept and the entire atmosphere.
Response: Thank you very much, Laura! Sorry for the late, but we still respond with a lot of love :) We hope to have you back!

Carlos Hernandez: Beautiful concept and excellent atmosphere
Response: Thanks Carlos!!!! : )

Andrea Johnson: I love this place, it's a hidden gem in the heart of the neighborhood. They offer free meditation on Fridays, classes of various styles, and special activities on the weekends. The teachers share the practice of yoga with a lot of love, they promote a comprehensive practice beyond just physical, in addition to creating a very nice community.

Caro Canales: I live in Mty, when I went to CDMX I attended a session with Marius Nasar and I loved it!! They include pranayama, meditation and a very good yoga practice.

Response: 🙌🏻❤️

Edelmira Cano Hernández: I’m 5 months and two weeks pregnant I took the class love it!!! The instructors are really professional. Amazing place to practice yoga 🙌🏽♥️🙏🏽
Response: Thank you for your trust and congratulations on your new arrival! 🙏🏼☺️

Amal: Discovered this gem walking around in the area, and would say it's one of the nicest yoga studios in town. The facilities are amazing with indoor and outdoor spaces for classes. There are workshops and one-off events such as the monthly WIM HOF workshops you'd find out about only on social media (Instagram) as these do not appear on the Mindbody timetable. The staff are nice and professional.
Response: Hey!! Thanks for you feedback, you are amazing! 😍🙏🏻

Kaylen Jackson: I absolutely love Secret Room Yoga. I tried a bunch of different studios in Mexico City before finding this gem. The teachers, music, and ambience are amazing. Definitely the best yoga studio in CDMX
Response: Thanks so much Kaylen!!! 🙏🏻❤️

Hakima TANTRIKA: I was looking for a yoga studio in Polanco and I've found Secret Room Yoga. It was perfect for my needs! The atmosphere, the quality of the class and all the good looking people are good inspiration :) I ended up buying a package and going every day! Definitely recommend.
Response: Hey Hakima! Thanks for your feedback. So happy to read this ❤️🙌🏻

Bruno Nogueira: I had a great yoga class. Very good room and great music/instructor.
Response: Awesome! 🙌🏻✨

Priya Kaliandasani: Arrived in Mexico City and this was the first yoga studio I visited- and loved it! The space is modern, the people seem kind and the practice seems devoted. I wish I could take this studio home with me!
Response: We’re already excited about the next time you visit! Thank you for coming! 🙏🏼

Kelin Dillon: Positive: Professionalism, QualityBest yoga in Mexico City! The classes are fun and thorough, the venue is pristine and top-of-the-line, and the teachers are the most professional yogis around! Highly recommend Secret Room Yoga to any yoga lovers as their new go-to spot, and for newbies as well!!
Response: 🙏🏼

Kristine Vik Andresen: Amazing yoga studio with very nice people. Love the vibe! They don't have English classes, but if you've done yoga a few times you're able to follow without problems (yoga positions are still the same words). I tried a few different classes, but I think the sweat power-classes are the best. I especially enjoyed the classes with the instructors Valeria Fernández and Martha Cantu. Book your class via the app Mind and Body and pay when you're there. The price in the app is wrong (it's not 1250 for dropin). I think dropin was around 300 pesos.
Response: Thank you so much for coming!

SHALA MX ASHTANGA YOGA: what do users think?

Katie Welch: This yoga studio is truly amazing!! I had never done yoga before coming to the beginners classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, which are a brilliant introduction to Ashtanga yoga. The Ashtanga yoga practice that SHALA MX teach is so poetic and personal to each individual, allowing you to go at your pace in the most peaceful and relaxing space. Above all, the teaching is incredibly supportive - with every session I feel more accomplished in my practice thanks to the support of the amazing teachers. I am so glad to have found SHALA MX and be a part of their studio. You have to try it out!!

shmemms W: Amazing yoga studio in mexico city. I was passing by mexico city for 1.5 weeks, it was very nice to find a place that felt like home in a big city. Naty is a great teacher. She has gentle but firm assists, gives good alignment cues and is a warm and welcoming person! This studio is the perfect place to stay on track with your ashtanga yoga practice, deepen your practice and learn new things or try yoga for the first time ( I think they do evening beginner classes ). Mysore runs from 6 to 12 every weekday. The studio has great shower and changeroom facilities. Mats are $50 pesos for rent and are good quality manduka mats.

Manal Kahi: By far one of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to. I happened to be in Mexico City during a highly stressful period, discovering the Shala made my time there way smoother. The space is heavenly, always sparkling clean and full of great energy. Nati and Stef are highly experienced, patient and just overall lovely. If you’re already into Ashtanga, you’ll love the space and the teachers. If not, start with a beginner’s class and Nati or Stef will get you hooked.

Anton Rivette: It is a true pleasure to practice ashtanga at Shala. I was passing through Mexico City, so it was very grounding to visit this space most days each week. Stephanie is a patient and generous teacher and made me feel welcome and part of the community at Shala. I look forward to practicing there again soon.

Diem Ngo: I booked this amazing duo Steph and Naty for a 17 person private yoga class for our team event. They were absolutely amazing! They taught traditional techniques and really focused on everyone’s form and are extremely kind and friendly. My team and I highly recommends them and we would love to see them again when we come back to Mexico City! Thank you Steph & Naty 😊

Roberto Coronel: The teachers, the atmosphere, the space… altogether, it’s just perfect. A beautiful Shala that makes you feel at home :) And without a doubt, the best place to practice Ashtanga in the city. They only teach in Mysore style, so, it’s a perfect place for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Rebecca Roberts: Love love love this studio!! Teachers are amazingly helpful and patient. I came here for 5 weeks while I was visiting Mexico City, having "learned" the half primary from youtube a few months ago. My practice became much deeper as I learned the proper alignment and breathing techniques, and I feel like my poses now have more space and breath while also being deeper and stretching further. The teachers and space really helped ground me during my time in Mexico City, and I'm sad I have to leave the city and the studio! Would definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone who is visiting or lives here.

Jaime Ledesma: I have practiced Ashtanga in many different countries, and Natalia is one of the most wonderful teachers I’ve met. Her assists are gentle but informative and she has a wonderful presence. The studio is clean and peaceful, and they teach traditionally. Great experience, and if I lived here I’d be here all the time.

Aslan Cohen: I had been practicing Ashtanga in Chicago for half a year when a short visit to Mexico City brought me to Shala. It proved to be a game changer. In just two sessions, Steph shared with me tips that substantially improved many of my poses, as well as helped me prevent injury. Oh, and wait till you hear her amazing Sanskrit pronunciation of the opening chant. This is the real deal.

Raquel Garcia: Getting to know Shala was a turning point for my life in CDMX and for coping with the pandemic. Whether it is online or at the Shala, I feel at a safe space, with the best yoga teachers one can find in Ciudad de México. No need to have prior knowledge of yoga, you will practice traditional ashtanga and fall in love with it.

Green Yoga Condesa: what do users think?

Ruby Hurlock: Green Yoga in Condesa was great. Studio was very clean, staff was nice. I took a noon class on a Friday and happened to be the only student. So it turned into a private class haha. Sadly I don’t speak great Spanish and I had planned to just watch everyone and follow along but I was the only one and the teacher kindly taught in English. I wish that he could’ve taught in Spanish so I promised to get better! He was great and very welcoming. I took power vinyasa. His class was challenging! I recommend

Laura Rose Yoga: I went to 2 classes, Vinyasa 2 and Hatha 1, taught by the lovely Ana. I really enjoyed her classes and her energy. The classes were challenging in parts, well cued and I personally really enjoyed how she would bring the classes back to the essence of yoga at the end with some words and breathing. She is a very attentive and professional teacher. I would recommend her classes for sure! Definitely going back to them when I'm in Mexico city again. P.s: the classes were in Spanish

Nathan Kroop: Great Aerial Yoga Spot!

Adriana Gomez: A very nice and clean place with incredible teachers, prepared and patient to teach. Very dedicated. I'm lovin 'it

A- xavier Z.r: It's super crappy school I will never go again very dirty there is no space not at all recommended

Karime Reachi: It is my favorite place to do yoga. The atmosphere is beautiful and the rooms super comfortable. I highly recommend the Ashtanga class at 8pm on Mondays with teacher Pablo :) I think it's the best I've ever taken. There are classes for all levels and that is very cool

Juan Carlos Sanchez Chavez: I have been attending the center for some time and I love it, it is a unique place, I read a previous comment and it seems wrong to say that the receptionist is arrogant, it is only a matter of respecting the schedules, it is uncomfortable and disrespectful that they enter class so late, not to mention that you can get hurt. My opinion that the center is very good.

Liza Armenta: Very good studio, excellent teachers, classes of different levels and styles of yoga, including aerial, many time options too. Excellent attention.

Gabriela molina: They are a fan of green studios ❤

Lyna Maria: Very good study. You have several options and schedules that fit your needs.

OV YOGA: what do users think?

ian heinig: Loved the restorative class with Oscar. Gentle suggestions, calm energy, quality atmosphere and instruction. Recommended.

Amada Domínguez: Excellent place to take yoga class. Very good attention. Classes by package or loose at an affordable cost. And the teacher is excellent, one of the best in La Condesa, CDMX.

Lourdes Weber: The yoga class I take is online since I live in Europe. However, it is as if I were in his space because Oscar is an excellent teacher. He always personalizes, corrects, and encourages us no matter if we are on the screen or in his space.

turiya: I'm lovin 'it!!! One of the best yoga centers in cdmx, 200p per multilevel class, they reduced the space due to lack of attendance thanks to the PLANdemic but we continue to practice there!!!! come!!!!

Ectriz Elena: Terrible attention to be able to reserve a class and give reports of their classes, hours to answer you and apart from the fact that their location is difficult since they are inside a building where it is not accessible. I do not recommend!

Alex Chávez: Oscar Velazques is one of the best yoga teachers in cdmx, his experience and charisma guarantee it! Highly recommended

Raul Quintero: Shala of one of the pioneers of yoga in Mexico, Óscar Velázquez. Restorative yoga classes, hatha, vinyasa.

Nidia Elisa Lora: Good facilities and teachers, they have all the equipment to carry out the activities, the problem in my opinion, it is necessary more frequently in the cleaning of the equipment.

Natan Schwartzman: Great master
