Juan es ecellente!!! The service here is great. I loved waking up to a gourmet breakfast prepared by a chef. If you are there Juan will take excellent care of you. The food is so delicious, and remember to ask for Juan!!

OK, so where do I start. First off, the room smelled horrible. Like sewage. Really really bad. I really cannot believe I stayed in it for 3 nights. My clothes actually smelled like it too. Overall, the entire 7th floor somewhat stunk too. Second, the equipment in the workout room was horrible. Both bikes were broken (pedals busted where you strap your feet into), and the motor was dead on the elliptical. Also, it's great that there is a water machine in the workout room but it doesn't have much effect with no cups available to put the water into. Third, every time I ate either downstairs or via room service I would get chased thereafter for a credit card. Not sure why. I gave my credit card at the main desk, and like every other hotel in the world, I would think I could just charge my bills to my room. Nope - that wasn't the case here, and I never really got an explanation as to why I could not do this. A huge pain. First time I have ever experienced this. I suppose for $100 USD/night this is what I should expect from a hotel, but I can assure you I will never stay there again, nor do I plan on staying at an Accor hotel again either.

Great place, location and facilities... But the service is amazing, thank you to Mr. Juan and Miss. Jessica at the the restaurant!!! Samara shops mall is just in front of the main door, you can have a light walk there and see the Art Galleries as well.

There is no any problem , breakfast well served, hot, room in very good state
