Hobos: what do users think?

John Trad: Who would have thought you would find a fantastic jazz club in Mexico City. Stumbled on it one night. They had a jazz festival. Music was awesome bartender was so kind and attentive. Owner was on everything nothing went unnoticed. Wife and I didn’t want to leave.

Aldo González Rubio: Great experience! Great music and atmosphere, it had been a while since I last visited it. Still has it. The lady of the entrance is also still very grumpy.

Erin Althoff: Fun place right in the middle of the San Angel Cultural Center. Extensive beer list and bar snacks. Jazz and blues music.

Ben Perl: Everyone from the owner to the manager to the bartenders through the entire staff were amazingly friendly. We ended up pulling out a bottle of our own and swapping our scotch for their mezcal for a couple hours. Wish we had been there for live music but next time in San angel we know we can go to hobos and feel like family

Anthony Waterkeyn: Unbelievable experience at Hobos with the magnetic Chuchino whose lead singer is pure dynamite- drumming like you have never seen before and a voice like a Mexican Louis Armstrong - power packed. If you visit Mexico City come here for real music.

P L M: Nice local Mexican bottled beer, and an excellent sidewalk side bar to watch the world go by at the Saturday art market

Erika R: Excellent service... loved the ambience and music by Caraveo

Edson Raigosa: When I went the had live rock music. Bunbury and heroes. It was a good time.... Rock.

Alberto Salazar: Live music and fresh atmosphere

Zinco Jazz Club: what do users think?

Alayna Townsend: They say music is the universal language, well this jazz club in Mexico City proves that. This unassuming location, packs a punch in musicianship, ambiance, and service. Drinks and food were solid. Of note is their signature mezcal and mezcal margarita drinks. Yanco manager/part owner looked out for us throughout the night and made us feel right at home.

Lee Hopkins: We popped in with no reservations January 27 2022. We had a lovely time. Food was great and the owner was very friendly. He spoke perfect english as he grew up in the the States. The music was excellent and the cover charge very reasonable.

Adan Juarez Jr: Pretty small place, as of August 2022 for me the cover was 200 pesos might change depending who they have paying (as far as I know) the place is awesome very calm yet exciting feeling you get from the dimly lit room, everyone is just relaxing and the drinks are pretty good too

Brad King: Excellent underground jazz club. Playing their own compositions which was great. Food and drinks good too.

Jorge MdelC: Excellent place! I really enjoyed live jazz music there. Good food and excellent mezcal. Have a good one

Wladimir Salvatierra: Nice jazz club. A little different from the common touristic attractions. The cover to get in is a little pricey

Napoleon Rojas: OK taste, great service, good ambience. Musicians are very talented and the staff makes you feel welcomed. Cover is always cash and they accept Cards once inside for the tab/tip.

Barra Urbana Regina: what do users think?

Yess Bg: It is a very nice place, quiet, cheap and with a good atmosphere. Your staff is good, they are attentive!

Pao f: Good attention, they had a good promotion

Fernando Martínez: Good atmosphere, the staff is mostly friendly, it has screens if you want to watch a sporting event. Apparently every Saturday apart from recorded music a rock band plays. There is no cover, however the prices of the menu are not the same and a percentage is paid for the service. In general a good place to have a good time, dance, listen to music, etc.

Parker & Lenox: what do users think?

Marcel Ohrenschall: I love the two-area concept of this place. First the Café/ Bar in the front and by going through a small door behind the bar you’re entering the Jazz club like a backstage guest :) The old fashion was great. You definitely need to make a reservation. They only have one place which works as a „waiting list“, if you come early. The owner was really kind offering that to us, but I would rather prefer a concept where there would be a little bit more space for spontaneous guests as well. Otherwise you need to find another Jazz Bar. This is only in regards to the live music. You’ll always have the chance to get a nice seat on the front bar. The Staff was very kind.

Aaron Brooks: Recommend making a reservation or you could have a wait on busy nights. Walk up and ask for bar in the back. Full jazz band which was awesome!

Ale O: Must visit. The music is fantastic, the ambience is great. The food is really good, the fries are thin slices of golden crispy perfection, if you are craving American comfort food, Parker and Lenox is the place to visit. The drinks are something else, perfect for a date or hang out with friends. Bonus* they serve dinner after 10 ☺️

Kamila Andree: Cozy jazz bar, delicious drinks.

Melissa S.: Came on a Tuesday night- was able to sit at the bar. The cocktails were excellent and had a kick. The jazz musicians that night created a chill and relaxing vibe. We had a few appetizers and enjoyed the croquetas de jamón the most! It was a wonderful experience!

Monica Rivera: Awesome jazz bar. The place is really cool, it is hidden behind the restaurant. Food is very good, they have a good variety in their menu. Prices are accesible. The cover is 100 mxn which is pretty cheap. Service is fast and friendly. They have valet parking service. They have a great selection of jazz artists. Very local supportive. A must for jazz lovers. Reservations are encouraged to grab a good seat.

Tokyo Music Bar: what do users think?

Paul A.A: Cool bar with good music and funky drinks. I had the Ti Punch which was described as a classic drink from Martinique. It honestly wasn’t that good and so strong I had to chase it was water after every sip. Overall a cool place but the customer base defiantly skews American

Kate Kay: 💁🏻‍♀️Was excited to go here, but was tough to get a reservation 💿The ambiance is cool and love that they play vinyls 🍹Drinks were very out there and very strong. If you’re looking for true gastronomy than you may like it. The glass wear is beautiful, enjoyed it better than the drinks. Recommend sitting at the bar for the best experience

Roy Chen: Love this bar. The decor, the attention to detail, the service, the cocktails are all top notch. Can easily spend hours here chillin with some great music spinning and cocktail sipping. Nab a seat at the bar if you can. It’s speakeasy-esqe as it’s not super easy to spot but someone will eventually flag you down and bring you upstairs (with reservation).

Matthew Sena: Good drinks, music and vibes. Definitely recommend checking this place out. Small little bar. Request any song.

Joel Kasparian: Such a great vibe. Music is awesome, bartenders are knowledgeable, quick, and nice. Every drink was lovely

John Mejia: I really enjoyed this bar. the drinks are definitely pricey for Mexico City but not too bad if coming from another high cost of living city. When I got the first drink it seemed pretty small and I was ready to agree with the other reviews but once I tried it I realized it was delicious. The drinks here were definitely some of the best cocktails from the MXDC trip. The bar was very nice and the music was perfect for the setting. The bartenders were great and helped with recommendations.

Bryan Hancock: Incredible 👍🏽 experience! Food was great. Plenty of seating ! Live music and bar! Seating upstairs and downstairs. Pizza - Burgers and plenty of ambience! ❤️ if your in town- stop by!

Rachel Nguyen: One of our favorite spots in Mexico City. The ambiance is unique, classy, and warm, and the music is incredible. The musicians on the Sunday we went (latin jazz) were probably some of the best musicians I’ve ever seen live. We also went on a Tuesday for a free show and they were also fantastic. A must-visit!

Aykut Sarialioglu: 2 story building. Opening show downstairs, main event upstairs. Very attentive staff. For main event, reservations preferred but walk ins are welcomed as long as there is seating available. I went on a Wednesday night and place filled up by 915pm.

Alexander Kholmychev: Beautiful place with great service, music and food and also ambiance. Will be back for sure. One of the best places I have been in Mexico City. Highly recommended!

Allen Pham: One of my favorite places in Mexico City. I really enjoyed it. Great jazz music. Just like how I would have imagined it - darkly lite bar, red curtains, good drinks and vibe.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Garrett McCluskey: Best jazz club, out of the four very good ones, in CDMX! Free concert every day except monday at 8 downstairs, and cheap concerts at 10 upstairs. All high quality. Pretty good food. As a New Yorker I would say the personal pizzas are an 8 out of ten but if you order a side of tomato sauce (they are a bit dry) that bumps them up to a nine. Really awesome place! I go frequently and have never had a bad experience. Follow on IG for their schedule!

Wontaek º: An intimate space with talented musicians. I enjoyed the drinks and the show but I had to pay a cover and ordering food is a requirement if you want a drink.

louis yagera: Nice gastro jazz pub with live music.

ROCK LIVE: what do users think?

MatulasKoupland: Good place to rock. The bands have to bring their equipment but the space is fine for them to present their projects. The prices are commensurate with a place with its characteristics. The decoration of the place is very good, hanging guitars, posters, etc. One of the few places with these characteristics in the area.

Jonathan Lopez: The service of the waiters was good, very attentive. Overall pretty nice experience. it is on the main avenue Prices are within normal / affordable I would definitely come back

liliana lara camacho: Very good atmosphere, good beer and excellent service! To spend some time listening to good music. Highly recommended 🤟

Mary AL: Perfect if what you like is listening to live music and enjoying a delicious snack with your drink, a meeting and conversation place.

jmngweb: It is a good place to have a beer and have a good time. Good music and good service.

Jorge Gonzalez: Very good rock band on Fridays and Saturdays from classics, national, in your language and even ska. And the drinks as they should be.

Ulises Reyes: Despite the fact that there is no rock band like before, the place is very nice, it just lacks that, more atmosphere, just like before.

Casa Franca: what do users think?

Evan Steinke: Had a spontaneous night out with friends and the jazz was on point and so were the drinks. It is divided into rooms so you get a more personalized space which added to the atmosphere. The band even let my friend sing which was a delight! Highly recommend!

Miguel Zárate: Good drinks, great live music, excellent place with perfect lighting, ideal for hanging out with friends. I almost forgot, the food is delicious!

Karel: Put this place on your list! Vibe is cool and the cocktails are amazing!!! Good and fast service! The waitress was really sweet. Enjoy guys

Rebeca Martínez: It was really crowded. We waited 45 min to get in there because it was full.It was a nice experience to go and listen live Jazz!! Was really cool. But pricy.

Shuchi Mehta: No board to locate the place, only a bouncer at the door guiding you. A cool place for locals, must make reservation to enjoy the Jazz. Music does not begin until 10.30-11.00 pm and goes on till 1.30 am. Must try if you like music, cool vibe, a bit pricey though, delicious cocktails food can be better

Bukowski's Bar: what do users think?

Jeanette O: Amazing bookstore and restaurant/bar/café. Beautiful outdoor area where we had food and drinks on several occasions during our stay. The staff is so welcoming and the service is excellent. The drinks are great. I recommend a shot of tequila with an accompanying shot of sangrita or a tamarind margarita. They’re delicious. The nachos and empanadas are a good snack. Located in a beautiful neighborhood within Mexico City. I would love to visit again. Update: It took me two years but I came back. Service was great. Absolutely loved the tamarind frozen Margarita. What the heck kind of blender do they use!? Lol I also had guac and the chicken taquitos. All delish.

Paul S: Nice variety of mezcals available, mezcal cocktails are great too. Balcony overlooks pedestrian area. Recommended

Ana O.: Food was delicious, prices are reasonable. Service was super slow. The waitress was very nice but she was the only one for the whole place and therefore it was very slow.

Kim Allen: Popped in for a drink late afternoon and the terrace bar was quite busy. Ordered a beer and a coconut margarita (all margaritas are frozen) and it was lovely. Prices good. Our waiter was a little on the sombre side but other staff where very pleasant. The fact you have to walk through a bookstore to get to the bar is a great quirk.

Berto Gonzalez: Probably the chillest place around. Books, beer and best food. If you wanna feel like Fitzgerald or Kerouac on a cool evening night in one of Mexico City’s most lit borough this is the place to spend your time at.

Ricardo L.: Chic

Israel Mejía: It is very worth it. The atmosphere is excellent. Music or what to say, there is everything ...

Juan Luna: good place to have a drink and enjoy songs in Spanish, people have a great time and there is a good atmosphere. It has a problem they do not comply with the smoke free law, if they allow smoking. But apart from that (which is not so serious) it is a very pleasant place.

Andreina Vegas: Open from 10:30 p.m. Ideal to go listen to excellent music and although the place is small, gives a chance to dance

Rogelio de la Garza Gallo: Good place for a fancy bohemian night hehehe wide variety of drinks, good atmosphere and live singers of a very good level.

Abigail Valencia: Very good atmosphere, very friendly people

Jonathan Sandoval: Spectacular, go that is the best Bohemia

Cueva de Lobos: what do users think?

Tom Wilson: Good place to go during evening and listen live music. It is a vibrant place. You need to order food to drink alcohol. I ordered fries and it was tasty. Service is also good. Prices are good for a place which provides live music.

Shahab Uddin: whenever I try to buy vodka red bull, it takes very long, but otherwise a fun place, fun crowd, fun bands. A good place to start the night.

Gordon Lydick: Amazing music and great atmosphere. Going to go back every night I am here

Jani Myllyharju: Awesome atmosphere. The band plays almost any rock song that has been made in the world. The space is dense and atmospheric. The bands are on two floors and there is also an outdoor terrace.Very popular place

Rajat Basavaraj: Live music! Lovely coctails. Nice ambience. Quick service. A bit expensive!

Jaime Urrea (Jaime001254): A nice place to drink lots of beer. It has live shows on the second floor

Chris Cairns: Good bar with live music. My only gripe was we were sat outside listening to the music but we could also hear the guy singing inside. Bit of an inconvenience. Staff were spot on. Will definitely be back.

David Fratzke: Wow wow wow! We were in town for a couple Metallica concerts and on the other days we went there. Everyone was super friendly and ALL the bands were superb!

Jesus: Good joint t0 enjoy live rock music in the heart of Zona Rosa in Reforma.
