Krishna Diamesso: I highly recommend this clinic for acupuncture. After finding this place on Google, I followed a treatment for about 6 weeks. I had a back pain that started about 10 years ago. I could not sleep on my back or on the side. I could only sleep on my stomach. After the first couple of weeks, I noticed an improvement and also noted that could now sleep on my back. I also had a neck pain that started about 4 months before that they helped heal as well. Highly recommended.
Andrea Berbeyer: I took my baby for a consultation and they told me that they were going to give him a massage and heat therapy for colic, in the end the "doctor" I think he felt insecure about treating my baby and barely touched him, according to what he taught me some "massages" in less than two minutes... which were rather superficial touches and in less than two minutes he told me that with that (they never did his massage or heat therapy) and for that they charged me $400 pesos the truth was a theft. If he did not feel safe attending to a baby, I think the fair thing would have been not to receive us instead of charging for doing nothing.

Rikke K.: I was visiting CDMX from New York and frequented this clinic for a couple of weeks, being away from my regular acupuncturist. The staff was friendly but did not seem very professional. I had a consultation with the owner who seemed to apply a ‘one size fits all’ to fertility acupuncture. She didn’t look at my tongue or feel my pulse, which are key diagnostic methods in acupuncture. I saw three different staff during my two weeks - all choosing completely different acupuncture points. On a public holiday, instead of closing the clinic, they sent me the secretary! Moreover, this clinic reuses needles (on the same person), not even using an autoclave. Due to infection risks, the WHO has advised against this practice ages ago.
Response: Hello dear Rikke, we would like to explain your doubts. Each doctor works in a different way according to their academic preparation and medical experience, so the way of carrying out the consultation cannot be standardized. Dr. Luo has training in Western medicine and also Eastern medicine, so her way of consulting is very different from ordinary doctors, so there are no points of comparison. You first mention that Dr. Luo provides a standard treatment for everyone, and then you mention that the points in your treatment were different. We consider one of the advantages of acupuncture treatment is the individualization of each patient. You mentioned that Dr. Luo recommended you to have therapy on a holiday, and that we should close the clinic, we don't understand what the reason wa, since on the one hand you do need therapy, and on the other hand we have patients who require appointments on holidays, because only on those day they have time. During the first consultation we offer the option for patients who want to use new needles each session, and in case they choose reusable needles, an autoclave is not used since the tips of the needles are damaged, so the sterilizing solution is used for the needles. With every single patiens we double check the name that matches the patient, and in the end the patient confirms that the needles are thiers, by showing them directly the needles. In the medical literature there is no report of infection related to personal needles (which are used in acupuncture clinic in China) and well practiced by the certified acupuncturist. And lastly, all of us who work at the clinic are certified acupuncturists or physician , including the "secretary", who also is a certified acupuncturist. We consider that what we apply in our clinic is very similar to the traditional acupuncture clinic in China, so we often have certain cultural clashes, but we will gladly clarify it for you and we hope that acupuncture is part of your lifestyle, since It is an effective treatment without any side effects, if you have any questions yo can email us consultasacupuntura@hotmail.com
Tiffany Lau: I was traveling to Mexico City and found Dr. Luo’s acupuncture clinic. I had a bad skin rash breakout I had over a week and progressively got worse on my trip. I contacted Dr. Luo through WhatsApp and she gave me detailed instructions on cost, location and what to expect. She so very kind and caring! She even opened her clinic on Sunday (which is usually closed) just for me because I was leaving and she wanted to make sure my rash was gone. I had 3 sessions with her and my rash is 90% better! Come here if you’re looking for healing/medicine that WORKS!

And then their assistants attend to you, who knows what experience they have. They run to put the needles on you (which by the way they recycle for you). MARCO ANTONIO CARBAJAL ACOSTA: This acupuncture IF YES, I arrived without being able to move from the intense back pain and Dr. Vietnamese, just seeing me knew what was happening to me and in 45 min.
